Artemisia Domus, Naples

The rooms were really nice, spacious and clean. Easily fit a family of 4. Nicely decorated and loved the ceilings!

Only thing lacking in the room was a hair dryer. Otherwise it was a great experience!

The two girls at the front desk were excellent and very helpful. The location is very convenient

The location at first is hard to find and seems out of the way but once you walk around, you realize that it is incredibly well located

The jacuzzi tub in the bedroom was great — really enjoyed it!

Staff was great, location was excellent close to all the action in Naples. Rooms were good sized and beds were very comfortable. Getting to check in was a bit of a challenge as it was up a few flights of stairs.

Breakfast was OK but not great. Would suggest limiting what you serve and make it high quality (given the small size of hotel).

My bed hurt my back but only on my side, my wifes side was fine.

Modern clean apartment with comfy bed and lovely staff. No issues finding the place.

Kitchenette was part of the apartment but was not stocked with cutlery or anything (although did have a bottle opener and glasses. Shower door let water out and water slow to drain when using.

The staff was very friendly and gave us tips where to go and to eat. They have contacted me 1 day before to check if we need help and gave us all the needed instructions

Breakfast could be better

The staff were amazing - Sara in particular took extended time to recommend (and then book) restaurants - which we loved! The room is so very quiet and the bed was so very very comfy. It really was the surprise of our holidays, and in a great location to explore the fun city of Naples.

It wasn't an issue for me 😂, but there are a few stairs to tackle before you get to the lift that my wife found a challenge with her extra heavy suitcase! And it's not a negative, but our taxi did struggle to find it so it really is a hidden gem!

Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Nice large room. Great shower. Lovely toiletries. Close to the Gesu Nuovo and easy access to the Via Toledo.

Access is not easy as its an old shared building - lots of steps and turns and a lift but its also part of its charm.

The places was lovely but the staff were amazing. The airline lost my suitcase, they were so supportive, helping me call the airport and check on line throughout the day for updates. Honestly I would definitely come back here. Beds so comfortable and coffee in the morning was lovely in the breakfast bar. Thank you so much

The whole experience was very comforting and the staff were lovely people! Everything was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was very nice. The hospitality was exceptional, I was not only allowed a free late check-out, but was gifted a drink, and assisted when I forgot my valuables in the room.

This hotel was such a tranquil space in the middle of Naples. The room was so big and the decor was beautiful location was perfect for walking around Spaccanapoli. The staff was so incredibly welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend it.

It was a bit tricky to find but when I called, the woman I spoke with was so helpful.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. We received a complementary drink on arrival which was a nice touch. This is a small boutique hotel and you are given keys to let yourself in if you return after 9pm. So the bar wasn't open for service. However, if you want a comfortable, clean stay in a good location, then I would recommend it.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. Facilities are beautiful and the room is spacious and wonderful. Super confortable bed and bathroom. Breakfast was very good too.

Absolutely loved this place! Central location in historic old town. Not a traditional hotel but feels like you are a resident in Naples. It’s quiet and private. Reception incredibly helpful for choosing where to eat etc as there is a lot of choice! They advise the places where Naples residents go.

It was not a problem for me but sharing for others booking. This would be difficult to find without a taxi as it’s in a back street and looks like a residential building from the outside. There is a sign but it could be easily missed amongst the decor of the streets. The hotel is at the back of a building so there are a few stairs to go up and down and then a lift to the 4th floor before you reach it. May not be suitable if you have heavy bags or pushchairs.

Needed to lug suitcases up some stairs to access the lift to the accommodation. Quite an odd set up in the breakfast room with everyone sitting in a long line of tables directly off the rooms. Great Italian breakfast though..
