The design, the location, the rooms and especially the staff were all perfect. They have a simple but lovely breakfast spread and the staff are lovely with offering tips and recommendations. They were able to sort a babysitter for us at the very last minute which allowed us to go and enjoy Naples in the evening. Loved staying here and would definitely come back!

The property is right in the historic center of Naples. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The reception are very friendly and always ready to help.

The only disappointment was breakfast and I think it needs some improvement. However I must add I am not a breakfast person.

Lovely designed room, industrial feeling and a peaceful place to escape to in a hectic city. The room was huge and the facilties inside such as the jacuzzi were great. Great location to get to the old town.

Was hard to find originally. But once we sorted that don't think there was anything we could fault.

Large rooms, perfect to relax in. The cleopatra room was fabulous. We loved the hot tub bath. Perfect location for access to all main sites in Naples. Close to metro stations for travel further afield too. Staff were extremely helpful to answer any questions and to help with travelling to different areas such as Sorrento.

It was located on the third floor of an historic building in a quiet lane a few metres from the historical centre of Naples. The bedroom and bathroom were modern and clean. The breakfast room was bright with contemporary furnishings. Guisy on reception was friendly and helpful. She helped us with our luggage and arranged for breakfast to be delivered to our room ahead of an early departure the next day. Also gave us recommendations for dinner at nearby locations.

The stairs but this was not really a problem because we had help with our bags on arrival and departure. There is a lift from the First floor.

Our stay at Artemisia in Napoli was great! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent- very comfortable and felt very safe. Breakfast was minimal but tasty.

We loved the location and the staff were all so wonderful and helpful with our itinerary. We had a short stay in Naples and they helped us make the most out of our time.

The only complaint was that the room stayed very warm and there was no way for us to lower the temperature.

Artemisia Domus - Centro Storico has been masterfully restored, we were amazed at how quiet the room was despite being located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Matteo was very helpful with recommending where to get the best pizza in town and making our dinner reservations.

A big and comfortable room with everything you need. Great location. Great staff.
