Liked that it was located close to the subway and a short walk into the nearest park. The breakfast was a really nice start to the day. We didnt make use of the sauna but it was available. Good sized bed and it was comfortable.

The upstairs pool wasnt very clean and didnt look in use. The rooms are compact and we didnt have loads of space to put our luggage. GF items were only offered on our last morning there. Overall it was a fine enough stay for what we needed.

Excellent central location close to bars, restaurants & metro. Big bed. Old fashioned lift.

Internal facing room with very little natural light during daytime but too much artificial light at night coming from inner lobby.

Great location. Bathroom was spacious and bed was comfy. Staff were super helpful, especially when we checked out early but didn’t head to the airport until midnight. We could still use the facilities and securely store our luggage.

Aircon not the best

Very pleasant front office staff; breakfast included; relatively good location; upper level open air bar (you cannot see out to the park, by the way—it’s just literally an open air area to chat and drink); the room seemed very quiet (street noise aside—if the window is open you’ll hear lots of street noise).

No major gripes, but a few mentions. We had a deluxe room but it had an odd design where the exterior window that would be nice to hang out by was in a bathroom facing the street. (My understanding is that not all rooms even have a window.) The interior portion of the room had the beds close to the hallway in a relatively tight configuration. As organized, this was not a place we wanted to chill out and relax at the end of the day. The interior bed area was kind of dark and uninviting. I included a picture of the layout. The included breakfast was pretty basic and will disappoint some. The floor wasn’t very clean and my wife took to doing her own daily floor mopping. We were cautioned by one gentleman who worked there not to be out late or early morning—not a problem with the hotel but its location.

Great location. Neat history behind the property. The rooftop bar was a nice touch. The art deco architecture and furnishings were fun.

The breakfast was just alright. Don't drink the coffee.

Excellent and friendly staff! Very welcoming! They gave us a warning about safety in the neighbourhood, that was very helpful as we could tell there were pick pocketer around.

Location and Art deco feel with helpful staff Lots of character opposite the park. The ladies On reception were especially helpful, running after us after checkout as we had left glasses in the room.

I liked that the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were a decent size and the breakfast was good. The rooftop bar was also a nice area to hang out.

All of the standard rooms don’t have windows facing the outside - they face a ventilation shaft - and this wasn’t clear from the pictures.

Location was good for the Lastarria neighbourhood, the Cerro San Christabel, Cerro San Lucia and the Costanera Centre.

The room was quite dusty but it is an old property so that is maybe to be expected.

Location was good and bed was comfortable. They were happy to book our airport taxi and provided a takeaway breakfast as we were catching an early flight. The hotel has done a good job to preserve historic features of the building. Staff speak good English.

Unfortunately there were some water issues while we were there and we had no hot water one night and day. We were offered another room to shower by email but only after we had gone to sleep and didn't have time to make use of this in the morning as we were catching a tour.

What did you like about the property? The hotel has a unique vintage charm with modern touches. The rooftop terrace was a highlight — perfect for relaxing with a drink and enjoying the view. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and attractions, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The location and facilities were very appropriate.

The lack of a parking very near was not very convenient.

Rooms are very clean. We spent two nights here, the location is great because it is walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions and restaurants. It feels like a safe neighbourhood in Santiago too. The staff were super helpful and spoke English and recommended some good restaurants for us to try.

Breakfast could have had some more varieties of fresh fruit and granola :)

Such a surprise. What a great little hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Great rooftop bar and pool. Not in any of the upmarket areas, but we could walk to most places and got the bus if needed.

What an adorable hotel! And right in the heart of it all. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We had to leave early and they had breakfast ready for us at 5:00AM! We were also able to store our extra luggage while we did a small side trip. The beds... AMAZING! All in all, this is a delightful hotel with wonderful staff. I would DEF stay here again!

It's a really cool place! The staff were so helpful and really lovely. The location is really good especially as Ubers are so cheap around Santiago. We were really busy so didn't get to enjoy all of the facilities, but the roof bar gave us some amazing views.

There's no kettle or coffee machine in the rooms, but it wasn't really an issue for us with breakfast included and coffee in the restaurant. Fridge in the room could do with being colder, but these are really minor things.

Great staff - very willing to 'go the extra mile' and no request was too much bother.

The hotel was close to the centre of Santiago, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was exceptionally good and different each day.. Great rooftop bar.. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful every day 😀 A special shout to you Aianis, Gonzalo, Anais and Isidora, they made the stay even better 😀

The pool is really just a plunge pool to cool off.

Very nice boutique hotel in Santiago not far from the funicular and park and close to a plaza with nice restaurants. Very comfortable room and very friendly and extremely helpful staff . Was a great place for a very quiet stay at the end of a long cruise holiday before the flight home . Good breakfast plenty to choose from .

The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, the bar and restaurant were fabulous, the views from the rooftop bar were fabulous and it was so nice to have that outdoor space to relax in. The location was perfect as it's very central and we have friends close. The style and history of the building was so cool, the rooms were clean, stylish and had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds and good showers, our and my mum's rooms being next to each other and with no other rooms close made her feel very safe. Having a lift was essential as we had far too much luggage and my mum couldn't do all the stairs.

The only thing I thought could be better was the lighting in the rooms. There was no bright overhead light in either room and as poor sighted oldies it made re packing our far too many bags at night and reading things if not in bed a little difficult. But that's a small complaint for a fabulous hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, about a 10 minute walk away from the main tourist attractions of Lastarria neighborhood. The staff was very helpful and polite. The included breakfast was very rich in options. The rooftop pool and lounging chairs were very comfortable. The rooftop bar was very reasonably priced and had good drinks. The bathroom was excellent: clean and high pressure to the water. The hotel was also decorated in a very special way with skylights that would show the long lamps that hang down to the bottom floor. We would definitely stay here again!
