All the staff were exceptional and attended to our every need. We had a very early checkout for our first visit and a takeaway breakfast was prepared for our journey. Facilities were excellent, excellent location for exploring the city.

Extremely historic room that had a lot of care taken to preserving it. So unique and beautiful! The rooftop is a wonderful spot for a drink and excellent food. The service was fast and thoughtful. The front desk was outrageously helpful, kind, and patient. They arranged a taxi for us without problem. The breakfast is nice, but simple. The hotel is walking distance from a lot of things. We really enjoyed our stay!

It's no fault of the hotel -- but something to note -- the immediate area is near a bus stop, park, and fountain. Where beautiful by day, it can attract unsafe activity by night. Be mindful of taking a cab later in the evening. Front desk can help arrange it for you!

We had a nice stag at Hotel Luciano K over New Year’s Eve. The room was comfortable however there was probably a little too much furniture in the room given its size so it was a little tight for two people with two bags. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. The staff were really helpful and the location was walking distance to many good neighbourhoods. The roof terrace is a nice place to chill out. Breakfast was good.

Conveniently located and wonderful staff

Location was great. A short walk to Lastarria or Bellavista for restaurants or nightlife. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is brilliant. Best Pisco Sours and Moscow Mules ever! The room was quiet and well appointed. It had everything we needed. The hotel had been renovated but retains the original design which added character and charm.

The hotel is a lovely art deco style building with a historic elevator, comfortable rooms, and a nice rooftop terrace. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and the location is excellent - right by the Lastarria neighborhood and a nice park leading to the Museo de Bellas Artes.

The pool was tiny and the water in it was dirty. The room cleaning could have been more thorough - for example the sink was not cleaned.

We were told upon check-in that we had been upgraded to a larger room. The room was nice. The bed was king size and overall, it was a pleasant experience. There was no window in the actual bedroom just in the bathroom that was facing the street. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was OK – nothing to brag about. Juice was not fresh, but from a pack. The vibe of the hotel is pretty cool. The rooftop bar is nice if you don't wanna go out. Food was decent.

Overall, the whole hotel could use fresh paint and just a little bit more love. The bed was very soft. It was weird being upgraded and then not really feeling like we got a better room just a bigger one with an extra bottle of wine. The bathroom was very big however there was lots of unused space that just made it feel like somebody was moving out.

Great location and cool rooftop bar

The staff were incredibly helpful & let us use the communal rooftop area as we arrived hours before our check in time. The room was so clean, comfortable & very quiet. We loved using the sauna each day, as well as the rooftop bar & plunge pool. The hotel was within walking distance of the main bustling areas & faces a beautiful park.

Room size

Hotel Luciano K is a totally gorgeous 1920’s art deco hotel. I loved that the original building was not changed . Even the original old lift is still operating. The Hotel is also in the best location for visiting Santiago and there are many great restaurants close by. The bed was super comfortable, roof top bar was great and breakfast was good . Staff are all friendly and helpful with good English which is so helpful.

A suggestion is to ensure the lights in the light wells are turned off early enough for those trying to sleep.

Liked that it was located close to the subway and a short walk into the nearest park. The breakfast was a really nice start to the day. We didnt make use of the sauna but it was available. Good sized bed and it was comfortable.

The upstairs pool wasnt very clean and didnt look in use. The rooms are compact and we didnt have loads of space to put our luggage. GF items were only offered on our last morning there. Overall it was a fine enough stay for what we needed.

Internal facing room with very little natural light during daytime but too much artificial light at night coming from inner lobby.

Great location. Bathroom was spacious and bed was comfy. Staff were super helpful, especially when we checked out early but didn’t head to the airport until midnight. We could still use the facilities and securely store our luggage.

Excellent and friendly staff! Very welcoming! They gave us a warning about safety in the neighbourhood, that was very helpful as we could tell there were pick pocketer around.

Location and Art deco feel with helpful staff Lots of character opposite the park. The ladies On reception were especially helpful, running after us after checkout as we had left glasses in the room.

Location was good for the Lastarria neighbourhood, the Cerro San Christabel, Cerro San Lucia and the Costanera Centre.

The room was quite dusty but it is an old property so that is maybe to be expected.

Location was good and bed was comfortable. They were happy to book our airport taxi and provided a takeaway breakfast as we were catching an early flight. The hotel has done a good job to preserve historic features of the building. Staff speak good English.

Unfortunately there were some water issues while we were there and we had no hot water one night and day. We were offered another room to shower by email but only after we had gone to sleep and didn't have time to make use of this in the morning as we were catching a tour.

What did you like about the property? The hotel has a unique vintage charm with modern touches. The rooftop terrace was a highlight — perfect for relaxing with a drink and enjoying the view. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and attractions, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The lack of a parking very near was not very convenient.

Rooms are very clean. We spent two nights here, the location is great because it is walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions and restaurants. It feels like a safe neighbourhood in Santiago too. The staff were super helpful and spoke English and recommended some good restaurants for us to try.

Breakfast could have had some more varieties of fresh fruit and granola :)

Such a surprise. What a great little hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Great rooftop bar and pool. Not in any of the upmarket areas, but we could walk to most places and got the bus if needed.

What an adorable hotel! And right in the heart of it all. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We had to leave early and they had breakfast ready for us at 5:00AM! We were also able to store our extra luggage while we did a small side trip. The beds... AMAZING! All in all, this is a delightful hotel with wonderful staff. I would DEF stay here again!

It's a really cool place! The staff were so helpful and really lovely. The location is really good especially as Ubers are so cheap around Santiago. We were really busy so didn't get to enjoy all of the facilities, but the roof bar gave us some amazing views.

There's no kettle or coffee machine in the rooms, but it wasn't really an issue for us with breakfast included and coffee in the restaurant. Fridge in the room could do with being colder, but these are really minor things.

Great staff - very willing to 'go the extra mile' and no request was too much bother.
