Hotel Cumbres Lastarria, Santiago

The hotel is in a great area, with fabulous restaurants around it, walking distance to many things - as well as close Metro access. Rene at the Concierge desk was excellent throughout, and couldn’t be more helpful or pleasant enough.

Ideal boutique hotel in the heart of the busy Lastarria area. Breakfast really was excellent. We used it for 5 days one way and another night as a stopover.

Pool was chilly but it was Chile!

We loved the location. Perfectly located to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Lastarria, and easy walking distance to the historic centre and other attractions.
And of course, the wonderful staff of the hotel. They were all great.

It’s only a minor thing but we are not coffee drinkers so a kettle and some teabags in the room would have been nice.

Spacious room with comfortable beds and plenty of space for lots of luggage. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Small pool on roof and a small gym. Location is good with restaurants close by. Complimentary drink was nice and staff here really lovely. Filtered water available in room.

Our room was by the linen cupboard and seemed to have a cleaners trolly outside the door a lot of the time, wasn’t nice as it contained all the used linen from other rooms - perhaps it could be parked somewhere else. Didn’t complain as we were only there for one night but we did move trolley a couple of times.
Unusual semi open plan bathroom which didn’t offer much privacy for showering and using the toilet as glass doors.

Prime facilities, location and access to Santiago. Pool area is a plus during Summer months.

Breakfast buffet could be replenished more often.

This hotel is a lovely property in a busy, trendy neighborhood in Santiago. The rooms were very nice, and the breakfast had a great selection of foods, including made to order omelettes. The hotel staff was very welcoming, warm and friendly. They helped us with recommendations for restaurants in the area and other activities. I was worried about the noise from the busy street in the evening, but everything calmed down by about 10P, so there was no problem.

Top hotel in the heart of one of the best areas in Santiago ( Lastarria ). Pool area was small but great, rooms perfect

We thought we were staying in an historic building but only the facade of a small part remained. Our room looked through claustrophobic concrete panels. Pool was not worth it

Comfortable beds, good shower (once we figured out how to work it), quiet room on window well. Front desk made sure we got our bags quickly to make it to a dinner reservation. Good breakfast choices (hot food, continental, fruit, pastries, automatic espresso drink machine), and good views from 8th floor breakfast room. Good location on a bustling street scene in Lastarria (1 block from Bocanariz, about a 15-minute walk to pre-Columbian museum).

Light switches tricky to match up with lighting. Initially couldn't find bath towels (stashed in the WC). Had to summon a maintenance man to get shower to work: hand-held was locked in some obscure way.

Good sized room, huge and comfy bed in the Superior room. Great location.

The breakfast was average. No real orange juice. The sweet treats were at least 2 days old. The rest: Very average offer, for this price class we expected more. The rooftop pool is small and not heated.

The neighbourhood has a great vibe, and the restaurants in the street outside are great! I loved my room - comfy bed, lovely decor with the frieze above the bed, good shower etc. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Loved the good lighting for reading also.

Stylish hotel in a fantastic location. Great restaurants and shopping just outside the door. The neighborhood has a bohemian, artistic feel and it’s very close to many attractions. It felt very safe and lively.

The toilet is not very private as it’s got a glass door that is not floor-to-ceiling.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful with excellent English spoken. We loved the location - lots of bars and restaurants around. Will definitely stay again.

Location, location, location. Wonderful staff throughout.. very friendly, always with a smile and going out of their way to make our stay even better. Restaurant was great and a great breakfast buffet with eggs made to order.

We really enjoyed our stay! Lovely, comfortable hotel to start our Chile travels. Great location, very central to the Lastarria area but also peaceful and not noisy. Lots of eating places, shops and a market close by. The staff were really exceptional, so helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a wide range to choose from. We loved the rooftop pool. Beds very comfortable.

Our room (standard twin) was a little bit dark; the room layout is quite open plan so bathroom doesn’t feel that private from the bedroom. None of this was an issue for us as was very comfy & we were out at pool or exploring in the day.

Loved the position right in the centre Resturant and shops east walking distance. Had a small roof top pool and a great breakfast

The room is larger than most standard hotel room with wonderful linens, comfortable beds that felt new, large bathroom. We especially enjoyed the in room free coffee and also the water filer machine. The breakfast had everything you could possibly want located on the top floor. Staff were very nice.
