Next time I should be invited and stay for free

The neighbourhood has a great vibe, and the restaurants in the street outside are great! I loved my room - comfy bed, lovely decor with the frieze above the bed, good shower etc. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Loved the good lighting for reading also.

Stylish hotel in a fantastic location. Great restaurants and shopping just outside the door. The neighborhood has a bohemian, artistic feel and it’s very close to many attractions. It felt very safe and lively.

The toilet is not very private as it’s got a glass door that is not floor-to-ceiling.

Great location. Light, modern building. Fabulous friendly staff. Markets and music right outside the hotel but still quiet inside. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful with excellent English spoken. We loved the location - lots of bars and restaurants around. Will definitely stay again.

Location, location, location. Wonderful staff throughout.. very friendly, always with a smile and going out of their way to make our stay even better. Restaurant was great and a great breakfast buffet with eggs made to order.

There isn’t anything that I can complain about… maybe get almond milk?

We really enjoyed our stay! Lovely, comfortable hotel to start our Chile travels. Great location, very central to the Lastarria area but also peaceful and not noisy. Lots of eating places, shops and a market close by. The staff were really exceptional, so helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a wide range to choose from. We loved the rooftop pool. Beds very comfortable.

Our room (standard twin) was a little bit dark; the room layout is quite open plan so bathroom doesn’t feel that private from the bedroom. None of this was an issue for us as was very comfy & we were out at pool or exploring in the day.

Excellent concierge. Everyone was exceptionally helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location.

Proximity to Santiago’s downtown

Loved the position right in the centre Resturant and shops east walking distance. Had a small roof top pool and a great breakfast

The room is larger than most standard hotel room with wonderful linens, comfortable beds that felt new, large bathroom. We especially enjoyed the in room free coffee and also the water filer machine. The breakfast had everything you could possibly want located on the top floor. Staff were very nice.

Very nice hotel in a great location, and accommodating staff. They had garage parking available for guests right at the hotel which was very convenient. Walking distance to many restaurants and markets.

Rooms could have been brighter

breakfast good, location great for walking to scenery, staff were amazing at front door check in and out, transportation needs and even extended checkout and another room to accommodate a late flight.

The area is vibrant and surrounded by good food. Easy access to the metro (e.g. if you want to venture to the Museo de Memorias),and a short walk (10-15min) from Plaza de Armas The general facilities and room are good, pool is small and adequate for a short dip to cool down. Room is spacious and well furnished Breakfast is standard. Food quality is good.

Bed too soft and room a little musty. Aircon helped a little to improve that smell. Expect slightly better from a superior room. Was on the second floor and facing into the courtyard so quite dark

The gym was dated. No extra power connectors for changing. We had forgotten to bring one and it was too late to go purchase one. It might be good to have some available for sale

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The location was also great.

The hotel was supposed to have fruit and coffee/tea available at all hours, but wasn't really there. To be fair, we arrived on New Year's Day and deliveries were behind.

Short staffed and no room service - we were there on January first, all restaurants in the area were closed and the hotel could not even get us a bag of chips, we had nothing to eat.

The location is really good, in a nice area. The room comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good.

There is a water purifier, that is really good thing for sustainability, but it's positioned in the bathroom next to where you would plug the hair dryer. It is not very safe and it happened me once that the water didn't stop.

Strange arrangement in room. Shower and toilet separate from each other and sink in main bedroom.

Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Many options for breakfast - amazing. The location in Lastarria was perfect - easy to walk to restaurants and museums. And the roof top pool was an added surprise. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

the open bathroom isn't ideal - frosted glass and you can hear everything. Had an issue with the shower in one room but moved to a new room. Would love if there were some basic options for in room dining - we arrived in the afternoon and the kitchen was closed and we were very hungry. I bought a sandwich from reception but it was expired.

We only had one night in Santiago and this was a great location. You can walk to a variety of good restaurants. The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.

Breakfast selection was good, amenities were nice and rooms were comfortable. The bar has a nice indoor outdoor element and the lounge area was perfect for arriving early and being able to relax with complimentary coffee and tea while we waited for the room to be ready

Excellent location, very convenient to walk around and visit the museums and city centre. Lots of restaurant options around, wonderful area in the heart of the city. The staff is amazing and very kind, special thanks to the whole reception team and especially Rene. Also thanks to the porters and all other staff, cleaning and maintenance. Breakfasts is rich and abundant, I found fruit especially good. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is located in a trendy area with street market (arty). There are some restaurants in the area, but do not count on dining at the hotel bar or restaurant as these were closed at the moment of stay (sat/sun)

The swimming pool had metal steps that were a bit wobbly. After having 2 knee replacements I had trouble getting out of pool because the steps in pool felt unsafe - such a shame!

The bed was very comfortable and the room in general was well appointed. People at the reception showed friendliness and care factor too.

The gym room was relegated in a dungeon area downstairs at level -1 with very little equipment, while the pool, as a contrast, was in the rooftop at level 8 .The breakfast was adequate but no foodcomhfu hetrsbirvg or dishes were memorable
