Great location, professional staff, rooms are a good size, breakfast included was a bonus.

The best reception staff good breakfast produce excellent location and very good service.

The cleaning needs more attention to details

Comfortable beds, quiet room, window that opened for fresh air, temperature control in room. Good breakfast easy to access on the 8th floor. Never had to wait long for an elevator.

Light outside and a number on the building. Arriving at 1:30AM it was almost impossible to see the name of the hotel even when the driver stopped right in front of the building. Light up the hotel name and add a street number!

Location is excepcional, in the middle of the best of Santiago, with lots of restaurants and attractions

The bathroom is very nice, but not very comfortable. The shower has little water flow.

It is a great place very close to the airport and city center. The street vibes around this hotel is very cool! The staff were great. The room was very spacious and spotless. I enjoyed my stay here! I'd highly recommend this place!

My stay at this hotel was very relaxing and peaceful. I was travelling for business. The hotel staff were great and helpful. The place is super close to the subway station and just next to Santa Lucia hill. Altogether it has been a great experience in Chile! 😊 I'd highly recommend this place!

The location of the hotel in the middle of the Lastarria neighborhood was excellent for our first 2 nights in Santiago. A lot of very nice restaurants, the Museo Nacional de Bellas Arte, Santa Lucia hill and the Plazas de Armas are within walking distance, we also felt very safe here. Our room was very spacious and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent served in the rooftop restaurant with wonderful morning views over the awakening city.

Very nicely decorated and comfortable in all areas. The location was excellent- restaurants, bars, cafés just a walk out the door of the hotel. Museums and other landmarks were within walking distance. The Forestal Park was such a treat to have nearby.

Breakfast was not to our liking, although the young lady cooked very good eggs.

The location in the old, historic part of town was nice. Close to good restaurants and tourist attractions.

It was hard to tell if the bar was open as no one was standing in that area therefore I didn’t venture over to it.

Everything was excellent and everyone very professional and helpful!

The only thing that I would change is the ambiance in the bar area- it felt cold and bright, while I would expect warm and cozy. More mood lighting.

The business center was reserved so I couldn’t work there and have a tea. I had to go back to my room and work.

Property was gorgeous, really comfortable and nice location. Staff were lovely and nice welcome drink on arrival. Lovely complimentary coffee pods, water filter and nice shampoos were a great bonus.

Unfortunately we got charged an extra €60 which brought down the value for money a fair because of debit card. I had asked if they take card but they hadn’t said it had to be debit. Also chrome cast would be good addition.

This is an amazing place! the best apartments in the region. everything is designed very stylishly and functionally. we will definitely come back to you!

Great location and very helpful staff.

The bathroom is very much part of the room so privacy is lacking. There are some frosted glass doors but these really are style over substance!

A very nice hotel in a great location. Lastarria is very vibrant with loads of restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel feels like an oasis of calm though. The breakfast was very good and we loved the welcome drink, we had some nice red wine.

Coffee for the espresso machine was not refilled without prompt Unfinished bottles of wine were discarded by cleaning staff Poster roll with posters from conference was trashed without asking by cleaning staff

Location staff and food

The lighting level in the bedrooms was too low. Difficult to see properly.

Style and location

Great location, clean, relatively safe. An employee called Nicolás always went the extra mile, like waiting with us for the Uber, opening the doors. He was great with us.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was that our room712 was to dark. We lighted every light we had and it was dark.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The location and level of service were so good that I came back here on my next trip to Santiago. This is a small-to-mid sized hotel located in a trendy, lively neighbor full of bars and restaurants. But the hotel itself (and, more importantly, the room) is very quiet despite the neighborhood being so lively. The staff are universally friendly and professional with excellent English language skills.

The fitness center and pool are very small. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. There is coffee, espresso and water available all day in the main floor, although the room to access the coffee, espresso and water was closed for some sort of function all day on one of the days of my stay. (I'm not sure how often this happens. It could be extremely rare. But it was a very cold fall day when I was there and I could have used a hot double espresso to thaw me out.)

The hotel is in a very safe and lively area with lots of restaurants and bars, the location was great as we could easily walk to many of Santiago's main sites. The room was tidy, the bed was super comfortable and shower temperature was perfect! There was an excellent variety of food for breakfast too. The staff were very pleasant and helpful to deal with.

Upon checking into the hotel, money was deducted from our card to cover for extra expenses from the staff (I think it was around 150 pounds). Although this was refunded by staff at the end of the trip when checking out, no hotel I've ever stayed in before has done this and we didn't like this policy - it would have made more sense in our opinion to add the extra expenses we racked up onto the bill to be charged when checking out rather than having a lot of money deducted first before anything was spent.

Staff were very helpful and the location of this hotel was in a very convenient location. It was surrounded by restaurants it was also in walking distance to the main center (approx 20mins). Rooms were comfortable and breakfast service had a good variety.

This property was outstanding…superb location and facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us.

Lovely building. Very comfortable bed and modern en-suite bathroom. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection. Nice location with buzzy atmosphere and good bars and restaurants.

Sadly the pool was out of action and we were hoping to swim.

There was an error in my booking but the reservations team were very helpful and went out of their way to get it sorted for me. - reception staff are great, very friendly and had some great suggestions for dinner places nearby. - large comfortable room, very quiet and peaceful sleep! Really nice amenities provided in the rooms. - good breakfast on the rooftop

Excellent hotel in great location. Perfect for walking to museums, parks, shops, etc. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Shower, toilet area clean and nice. Paid to upgrade room (larger). Nice to have two chairs and table in addition to nightstands and bedside lights.

Breakfast was not great. Scrambled eggs were very runny. Pool, restaurant and bar were closed (off-season?). Street vendors and loud street music at night.
