Close to central station

The slant part of the ceiling i had room in the attic room, sink was clogged

The location, the simple and modern ambience/facilities, basic but comfortable and clean. I guess it is good value for money, consider you could save the public transport if you intend to juat explore the city as it close to most of everything!

Perhaps there should be a complimentory coffee or two for new guest arrived?

Travelled in December '25. The location was great. A 5 minute walk from the train station. And a 3 minute walk to the main shopping mall. A lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space in the ground floor lobby area to sit and read. Can't rate the staff because there are none. The self check-in was easy. Overall, great value for what you pay.

It was all pretty good actually so don't have much to complain about.

The hotel is in a good area. Easy to walk to all of the main attractions. Check in was fast and easy to do. Nice there’s also a luggage storage room.

It’s a shame there’s no kettle in the room or TV.

I couldn't find any information about the checkout process -if any- so I just left the keys inside the room. The shower needed some fixing, as it was leaking massively.

Location is great, the bed is comfy.

Check in was fast, location was right in the center of the city and well located. The lobby is quite spacious and has enough seating areas. The luggage storage is spacious and well secured with easy all day access with your key card.

Although I understand that nature of the place, single bed rooms felt a bit too small. Not complainign though, just "stating the obvious".

Very easy to walk to from the train station. Check in is contactless and efficient - as it checkout. My room was small, clean, and I had a window that opened which I always appreciate. I could also control the heating, which I also appreciate. The hotel was more than adequate for the night.

My hairdryer didn't work. I think this should be checked by staff on a regular basis and replaced. I had to go to sleep with wet hair as I didn't want to go downstairs late at night and try to borrow a hairdryer.

Everything was tech! Easy to use: for check in check out and the key card for luggage room. Location is in the center and you could easily go to the attractions

The floor in the room- it seemed not to be cleaned because of the smell & rubber like material. The shampoo & soap containers were almost empty- and we haven’t hand towels as we checked - in.

Great spot. Room was nice and a good size. Beds were comfortable.

Someone on our floor was smoking - this went on over several days. We informed staff but they could not locate the person/room responsible.

Right in the heart of the city!! Super modern, gives a youth hostel vibe inside and it is full of life! However, it is a hotel that offers everything for a very good price. We also asked for an early check in because of a schedule change, and we were able to check in 2 hours before, which worked great for us, since we only had about 24 hours in Oslo!!

The only thing we noticed was that there was no TV. Not necessarily bad, but could be included in the future!

1. The location is very convenient, close to the city center, train station, and all major tourist attractions. 2. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and easy to manage independently. 3. A helpful front desk was available for any issues, which added to the overall convenience. 4. Additional storage was provided for guests who needed to store their belongings after check-out. 5. The rooms are spacious and offer sufficient space to move around.

1. The room had an unpleasant smell. 2. The washroom drain was slow and appeared to be a bit clogged. 3. The bed was not very comfortable and could have been better. 4. The view from the windows was disappointing. 5. Some visitors brought pets, sometimes more than one. The issue was that the pets were moving around within the length of their leashes during the visitors' self check in, mostly reaching other guests. This was very disturbing to me, and I did not like it at all.

The extensive lobby area and kitchen with all the facilities that you need to make tea or coffee or prepare a simple meal. Location is perfect too.

The shower screen had a leak that would make the whole bathroom wet.

Quite convenient next to train station and most of the places you can take a walk.

If you get a room next to the roadside it might be noisy

Excellent value for money. The room, kitchen area, and lounge were spotless and very well maintained. Staff were always available and approachable, which made the stay especially pleasant.

The stairwells could benefit from more frequent cleaning.

I have a bad knee injury and the chair was broken when I seated and nearly, fall, not good.

There were no any glass inside room for drinking water Matress was very soft and pillow to high , I used towels instead pillow, and air-condition is not working till 12 night it was too hot I couldn't sleep, it should work from 11 night to 8 morning And no any small fridge inside room

Very nice location, a few minutes walk from the central station. Easy self check in and check out, 24h kitchen, vending machine, coffee, tea it has everything you need, and the tram station is right outside.

Very spacious lobby, the room was bigger than I expected from the pictures. I could walk to different places and there's a mini market close by.

There was no kettle unfortunately.

The carpet in the rooms were very thin and rough. Cleanliness wasn’t poor but could use some work - it was clear the beds weren’t cleaned under often and the bathroom needed review.

Very noisy from outside until 4am even though i was on the 7th floor. 1of the locks on the window was broken so window would not close tightly. Bed / pillows uncomfortable.
