Pillows and the lift! Pillows were flat. Lift is extremely slow!

We love the location and property, it was clean and super modern. We really enjoyed our stay! :)

The pillows were flat, but we ask for new ones and they were delivered to our room within 5min. We love everything about the Cortiina Hotel!

Location was perfect. Hotel was cosy and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Afternoon-tea was nice!

The room was a little bit unpractical. Only one chair in the room, small tables, not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels, only one small wardrobe for two people.

Everything was absolutlty fantastic. Staff are always really friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The location is perfect, staff are helpful always, the facility is clean and the hotel is super cozy.

No smoking area for smokers. Especially when there is an exclusive Cuban cigar shop on the other side of the street, but smoking a premium cigar is prohibited. Why? Can't understand it. Even though, to smoke a cigarette I had to choose between sitting in front of a smelly dumpster or standing outside the hotel doors.

Incredible location!! Steps from old town and anything you need. The staff are super friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Will stay here again next time in Munich.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space so the room never felt cluttered.

The street noise went until 4:30 in the morning, however it was euro soccer so was to be expected

Fantastic bathroom, wasn't expecting the kitchenette either which was very well equipped. As we were only staying one night we didn't get the chance to use it - maybe next time.

2 single size blankets for a queen bed were not comfortable. Prefer one queen/king size blanket Also very thin pillows. Could be better both.

Basically everything! Exceptional location, friendly staff, large well appointed rooms with enough space and a separate seating area, cool design. Easy parking too.

The bathroom was nice and clean, but with it had a free standing shower.
