I loved the location and the aesthetic of the property!

I didn’t like how the property did not have a microwave in the common areas but the staff was kind enough to locate one and bring it to the lobby for all to use!

Walkability to so many cafes, restaurants and shops. Beautiful area. Super modern, spacious and clean rooms. Loved the drip coffee in the hotel lobby. Small pool but great city views!

The in-room bar prices were kind of outrageous and also the bar cart is not child friendly.

Location was great,breakfast was great, management was great & accomodating! There was a few staff members that needs some further coaching which eas brought to managements attention! Also upon departure time needed to use hotels computer for guest to print boarding passes etc it was operating at the time so I made front desk aware of the issue but never got feed back from employee being a hotel guest that it was tepaired.

A few employees at desk an bar needs customer service coaching! I felt the need to bring certain issues to management regarding service and communication concerns.

It was conveniently next to the conference center I was attending a meeting at. Great parking option in the garage. Great options for breakfast and dinner and the option to have it delivered to my room. The hotel was also conveniently around shopping and restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance.

We love the hotel, location atmosphere. Great to hang out in. The front desk workers were Amazing!!!

We have only 1 the ice machine was broken on our floor but that wasn't major just a little inconvenient.

Loved the room, the friendliness of the staff, the daily free infused water and coffee, bar staff was great, lots of surrounding options and vibrant atmosphere. Parking is also a plus. Front desk also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine!

Breakfast was just decent. If they’re going to charge for it they should put a bit more effort into the flavor and hotness. Fruit and yogurt and other cold options were great. Room should come with shower cap but you probably have to request one from housekeeping or front desk which I didnt.

EVERYTHING! All of the amenities, for places inside , pool. Free parking, friendly staff!

The only thing that should be addressed is for security or Houston police to address the street racing later in evening that is so loud.

I am a Houston native and lived there for 18 years growing up. I was returning to town for my high school reunion, so I know the city VERY well. I've always thought of Houston hotel options as, frankly, pretty dismal — typically you're paying 300-400+ per night for a super weak/unimpressive Marriott or other chain. When I came across this boutique hotel in City Center, I decided to go for it. It exceeded EVERY expectation and was an absolutely phenomenal hotel in every way. The staff was excellent, the location can't be beat — and especially if you're a visitor, it offers the very rare (for Houston) access to walkable shops and restaurants — and the room was giving 5-star luxury hotel. The common areas in the lobby, restaurants, and pool were absolutely stunning. I'll never stay anywhere else in Houston again.

Always loved the location. They have done a great work with the renovation and its even better to stay at the hotel. Always clean and the most spacious rooms I have seen.

Breakfast is still expensive and quite boring.

I liked the view, room size and location of the room. Employees were friendly and helpful. Access to the onsite facilities was easy.

Our bathroom had lighting issues. The light fixture above the toilet was hanging from the ceiling. Paneling at the base of the closet was loose.

I like everything about the property

I like the new remodel rooms since the last time I visited. Decorated very bright and luxurious. The staff was nice. Love the access to all the restaurants and live music. We had an amazing view from our room of city center.

I wish they had something going on for New years for the guest. The party was way too expensive and blocked the pool area. Parking was confusing, but it seems like shared parking for everything. Couldn't find the elevators.

Great hotel and great location. Unfortunately it's currently under construction and makes checking in unprofessional, but understand there's not much you can do about it. I'm sure it'll be very nice when the construction is finished.

Our room, a junior suite, was comfortable.

Simple buffet was over-priced given the few choices available.
2nd floor lobby did not offer a warm, inviting feeling. No comfortable waiting area to meet friends.
Free bottled water in the room would be appreciated. We had one bottle provided for our four-day stay. One per person per day would be a nice, simple treat.
Our TV (both sets) had transmission problems which was annoying and kept us from using either one.
