Homeless people everywhere and it was dangerous just getting your luggage out of vehicle. Your view outside your window from hotel was homeless people.

I tried to stay out of the room the most I could

Do Not chose this hotel

the hotel is not clean, it smells strongly. we all ended up with a backache due to the beds conditions. We did not have hot water in the room, which the hotel staff which advised they will send maintenance, but no one arrived to even take a look.
The coffee machine in the room sprayed all over, when asked to replace it we got a machine that did not work at all and it was also replaced with another machine that did not work. Funny enough to get a replacement machine to begin with, we had to carry it personally to the reception.
as for the parking, the hotel only offers Valet parking and there is no self parking option.
The location is problematic as well!!! be careful !!! the hotel is surrounded by homeless. as it the entire neighborhood was of homeless people

The evening bartender wasn’t attentive. Also, we had to wait 30 minutes before the restaurant could service us because it was between breakfast and lunch time (11:00 AM - 11:30 AM). We had arrived to the restaurant at 11:05 AM.

Although I live in the area and only stayed one night, I look forward to coming back.
Everyone was polite and helpful, and the hotel itself felt quaint and tucked away downtown.

i will never EVER stay here again.
breakfast was not included at all and the front desk person was argumentative about a confirmed reservation that i had blatantly showed her on my phone. charged me the same as my online reservation within none of the percs that came with the online booking.

I would not stay here again.
Bathroom was nice.
Property is located next to a homeless shelter. I did not feel our family was safe in this area. Hotel rooms were very small. No mini fridge. It was a 12 min walk to Minute Maid. again, did not feel safe enough to walk. Found an old eyelash curler on the floor from the last person. soap dish was dirty. Mirror was cracked and dirty
