Room service was incredible and food was amazing! Enjoyed the Pool and the downtime television in the bathtub.
I thought everything was up to satisfaction. I originally was only going to stay for one night but decided to stay an additional night because I did not want to leave!

The Best Hotel Stay Ever
Everything at the hotel was amazing. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was immaculate. I wish I could’ve extended my stay.

Far and away the best place to stay in Houston!
The room was truly a haven, modern amenities, nespresso machine, large bathroom. Comfortable bed and sitting area, We were sad to have to leave. One of the hotel rooms I've stayed in. The sauna and spa were an additional and welcome relaxation.
If I'm forced to say something bad, the bed pillows were a bit flat. Pool was a bit small as I like to actually swim. Other than that it was a great room and a great stay.

Great very happy with everything about it.
Breakfast was great and Location was Excellent. Nicest Hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a bunch. Staff was always excellent. Housekeeping was wonderful as well as the many amenities the room had. When in Houston I will be back to this hotel.

well everyone was very nice there was a few people who work the front desk or the concierge desk and they kinda looked and acted rudely cause the way I dressed witch was usally gym shorts and a tshirt and I’m sorry my job doesn’t require me to wear that but it did inspire me to dress a little nicer so I appreciate them

Definitely world’s top new city hotel
I think everything was beyond wonderful and got more than ever expected. Have been to the best hotels in the cities of USA but nothing like this. It’s a brand new hotel with outstanding staff, great facilities , lovely large rooms, several restaurant in uplifting decor and my personal favourite was the cafe in pink , huge bar menu, popular bar, delicious food, fun pool, positive vibes and energy all around and staff makes sure to give whatever you want. Spa is HUGE and excellent. Definitely the price is worth it. Location is excellent to enjoy the city of Houston. Houston has so much to offer for everyone , it’s people are so friendly, and now this lovely hotel to enjoy the day in !
Rooms are in dark wood too much wardrobe space makes room look small though actually it is huge.
