Excellent, clean, modern hotel with a fabulous breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room itself was big, tv easy to use. It was very clean and warm, shower was great. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

The location is great just near the Esplanade but in the inner silent square. Lots of dining places nearby (The Cock is recommended), also Stockmann and other shops are close to the hotel. Importantly, it’s in walking distance to/from railway station and bus station (Kampi). The hotel itself is splendid, has a brand-new designer fit-out, very well-equipped rooms, comfortable beds. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Though we missed breakfast, we have seen it looks very nice.

The entrance to the building can be somewhat inconvenient if you have massive luggage. I would expect a Finnish hotel to provide a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Also, our room for some reason missed any slippers (but we did not bother to ask for them).

Great location, easy access to the whole city. Very friendly & helpful staff. Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Good TV's too, which allowed me to cast from my own devices.

Our suitcases did not arrive with us in the plane and one of the girls at the front desk went out of her way making phone calls and helped us get them back. We are very grateful for that.

Break, location and room were perfect for a quick city break! I actually worked from the hotel on the Friday and the hotel were able to arrange early check in which helped immensely. Wifi is also very good.

Nothing, If I had to say something, there wasn't a restaurant to get lunch, a snack or dinner, but you're in the centre of town so no more than a 3 mins walk to somewhere.

Breakfast offered variety of options, all that we tried were excellent. Beds were firm and comfortable. Room spacious and clean. Reception staff available and very helpful.

As a coffee-in-bed person I would have appreciated coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel is quite compact and small, located in walking distances to most attractions. The room was comfortable.

For the price I feel the hotel could have provided a kettle and tea/coffee service in the room. After such long travels and being Helsinki being a cold city having a warm drink facility in your room should definitely be there. It usually is a standard practice to provide this. Tea was an additional charge /service.

Hotel Fabian is always excellent and a great location near to the esplanade and markets. Rooms are a good size, even with an extra single bed in it, and each has modern facilities and en suite bathrooms. Nice quiet courtyard facing windows for a restful night.

We were travelling with our 4 yo daughter so the typical breakfast options were not quite her taste but luckily she does love a croissant

Breakfast was delightful and cozy. I loved the little Travellers journal/log in the room. And the decor was very clean and stylish.

I liked the central location close to the harbour and within easy reach from the rail station. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good although I missed warm dishes.

Location was perfect for why I was there and needing access to the ferry to reach the island

I don't like staying at hotels were I have to pay for water. Paying for everything else is of course acceptable. I just feel water should be available to everyone free of charge.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the room was quiet, immaculately clean and very comfortable. A wide selection of lovely food was provided for breakfast and the hotel was in a good location for exploring the city.
