The location and breakfast were really good!

We chose the hotel to spend the night after a long flight. We requested an extra bed to be added for my 6 years old son through the reservation and through a separate message sent to the Hotel, as a reply to their welcome message and enquire if there were any special requests from our side. We arrived and the bed was not in the room. We called twice the hotel office until the bed arrived and the staff member wanted to leave it in the middle of the room. We had then to request for him to move the table and chair, so the bed could be placed by the side of our bed. A hassle which could have been easily avoided.

Pool temperature was not controlled, no proper rules in the pool. Ball games with group of families we’re without considering other swimmers.

Really lovely room. This is not the usual type of hotel I stay in, but I splurged for 4 nights. No regrets. I'm coeliac and the staff, in particular the Chef Riza, made sure I knew which food I could and couldn't eat. It is a rare treat to have gluten free pancakes made for me every morning! Soju, at the concierge desk was incredibly helpful when I asked where to go for specific items. There are 2 pools, one in the shade and one in the sun. The latter was a bit harder to find (out maybe it was just me) so do ask the staff. It was the perfect spot to relax with a book and fresh juice

Weird- they provide hair drier, although no power socket where to put it on. You have to use kettle’s socket🙈 as in the bathroom only low voltage for men shaving machines.

We stayed here for two nights on a stop over and enjoyed a relaxing time. The bedroom was a great size with a very comfortable bed. We had a room with sea views which was nice. We loved that we could still utilise the pool area after check out which suited us great as we had a late flight. The pool area itself was nice with good views, comfortable loungers and very easy to listen to music which was being played at the perfect noise level! Staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Uber was about €25 to and from the airport. Very handy to use.

The bedroom could have been cleaned a bit better. Whilst not in any way dirty, there was a sticker attached to the exterior of the bath and a dark coloured stain could be clearly seen on one of our towels. We primarily used this trip to relax before our onward flight so location was fine for us. Others, however, may find it a bit out of the way or not ideal for sight seeing. We purchased breakfast in the French bakery attached to the hotel. We felt it was overpriced for what we got. We had gotten breakfast in an external establishment the day before which was cheaper and much tastier with a broader menu.

The room is spacious, view is amazing and Kerolos from the reception is a great person he upgraded the room for me . Breakfast is having a variety of options .

There was of shortage hotel staff during Eid’s holiday,the hotel was full and during the breakfast time there’s no enough tables. Food selection at the breakfast was wonderful with verity of food selection.

The room needs an update. The water in the shower took very long to warm up alittle but there was no hot water.

The reception staff were very friendly at check in and were very helpful. I also ate at the thai restaurant and used the spa facilities and the staff there were also very friendly and helpful.

The room itself appeared clean but it was actually quite dusty..and had a lot of marks on the furniture. Just seemed a little rough around the edges.
