The food

The rooms were not cleaned properly no bathrobes and slippers no iron half toilet paper. The beds were not cleaned .

The room is spacious, as we requested for twin bed instead of 1 king bed. Even though it was twin bed, the bed itself is big. Over all it was clean.

I was looking for coffee and teas on the mini pantry but unfortunately there's nothing in there. Slippers as well, you need to request. Lastly, the connection of the wifi is very weak. My son stayed near the door of our just to have a strong connection with the wifi.

Breakfast selection was amazing, tv allowed chromcast and wifi was super for YouTube. Room service was super quick and the valet service was amazing. Location is very central, easy to get to all attractions and airport. Roof top pool has really good views.

The staff were great, as was the room. The staff were lovely, valet parking, nothing too much trouble, quick and efficient on checking in and out. Obviously well trained and know what they are doing. The room was very comfortable, very clean, great bed. We stayed in a suite where there is a living room separate from the bedroom. We were impressed by the value for money, the nice design of the suite, its comfortable and clean. The furniture etc was great, comfortable couch, good sized TV screen on the wall with a variety of channels, both in the living area and in the bedroom, very spacious bathroom with separate toilet, amenities such as toothbrush etc provided. All up, very thoughtfully designed and equipped. I would highly recommend this hotel for the room and the staff.

The breakfast was poor. While it looks good with lots of artfully placed decorations around, it was actually quite basic. The bread area was good, but the rest was very simple. Hot dishes only two: on respective days meatball and noodles, fish and fried rice, then the usual mass produced sausages, hashbrowns, baked beans etc. They do omelets on demand which lacked flavour. I asked for fresh milk but they only use UHT milk, the coffee machine delivered bland coffee, and so on. In short, compared to the many hotels we have stayed in, the breakfast was very average. Needs a serious rethink to make it appealing. This is not comparable with the quality of the rooms and staff which were great. Finally, the breakfast dining area is very tight, they use one section only and open the second only if there is a spillover. This means on entering you have to wind your way through the tightly placed tables to get to the buffet section. The area should be utilized more efficiently with both sections open allowing greater distance between tables.

Japanese night is excellent. Food and staff were best quality. This is one of the best value for your money hotels in Abu Dhabi. Room amenities and size are excellent.

The bed mattress is a little too hard for my liking but is overall comfortable.

the interior is good, fast Internet, pleasant staff, delicious food, carefully tidy the room

perhaps it was a mistake on our part, but we had very high humidity in the room even with the ventilation turned on as much as possible. sometimes there was not enough lighting, but not critically. there is only 1 socket for charging devices and it is built into the shelf of the cabinet, which is wobbly

There was dust all over the corners, cabinets and under the beds.
