They have great breakfasts, an excellent location, and awesome personnel.

The walls and windows in this region are thin, so it could get loud at night sometimes.

The location is perfect, and the car parking is a good benefit. Very friendly staff

The room had no views. It was a bit too dark around the wardrobe, I had to move my bag out from the wardrobe to the bed to see my stuff properly.

Excellent, modern and very convenient hotel… with one small detail to improve

The only negative note (shared as a suggestion for improvement): breakfast is served in the hotel’s own restaurant/bar located in the same building, but the entrance doors facing outside (towards the square) are always left open, probably for commercial reasons. In winter this makes the breakfast area quite cold — to the point that we had to wear our jackets while eating. It’s a small detail, but it could affect some guests’ final choice, and I believe it would be easy to fix.

Its center of Valencia, waking distance almost everywhere in the city center. Its very clean and great breakfast

The hotel was in a perfect location, very close to the central market, bars, cafes, etc. The room was spacious & very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa was great to relax in. We had a great stay, highly recommended.

Slight problem with the air-conditioning on the last night. But this was quickly rectified by the staff after a phone call to reception

Location is great! You are in the middle of everything. We walk to most places we visited. The room was a comfortable size and the bed was really nice.

The location is perfect, right in the center, right by the market. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is à la carte, with an exciting selection. The room is spacious and the soundproofing is quite good, despite the fact that life in Valencia goes on late at night.

The lighting is not perfect. The furniture is a bit worn and the cleanliness of the shower could have been better. As could the water pressure.

It is right in the center of all the action!! The staff was just amazing . Eva and Lina were just very very efficient , pleasant and so kind.

I would prefer a buffet breakfast, I’m a vegetarian who doesn’t eat eggs and I was limited to a very small bowl of fruit and toast either tomato for breakfast, they only had fruit, green or earl grey tea so I had to go and buy my own tea bags, and they only had strawberry jam, no marmalade which seems off when the streets are lined with orange trees

The location of the hotel is exellent, is far from all historical places, the room was spacious and well equipped, personal is very helpfull, support with parking and other questions, big thank you to Valeriia.

Would have been better to have instructions on how to operate the taps for the bath and sinks. It took me a while to get the bath to fill at a decent rate of speed.

Lovely small hotel right in city centre close to Cathedral. The reviews we read before going were very good and the hotel certainly lived up to these expectations. Very friendly helpful staff, great rooms and facilities and location couldn't be better for a trip to see Valencia. Only a few minutes to Turia Park which is fantastic for running & walking.

We stayed in a family apartment which is not in the main building but just hundred metres away from the main hotel building. The apartment was great clean everything that you would need for a short stay and the key system was really fancy with keys control within the app in your phone. We like everything in the apartment we had our anniversary celebration so the lovely hotel staff left some wine and chocolate as well as balloons for us which was really sweet of them, thank you lovely hotel staff. The location is absolutely central right next to the grand market of Valencia and everything else is walkable as well we even walked to the arts and science city which was around 40 minutes but we enjoyed the walk through the city.

The walls of these apartments are paperthin you can literally hear everything that people were saying they were walking on the street we were on the second floor but still we were able to hear everything in the night. Saturday night was really busy in Valencia so the noise from the streets was up until 1 am. I could even hear the person coughing who was either next to us or upstairs whoever was making the banging sound of things dropping on the floor etc. it was annoying.

Location is great. The place was extremely clean. Communication with the reception was great.

Central location. Kindness.

We were taking a driving vacation along the Spanish coast, and staying at Myr for the night. We used Maps to navigate to the hotel, and found ourselves driving on what appeared to be the sidewalk, or a closed narrow street. Alarm bells went off for us, but don't worry, hotel guests are allowed to drive there. Take it slow, and stop directly in front of the hotel. You will park in an underground ramp, using a "lift" to get there. A lift is an elevator. Yes, you are going to drive into an elevator. Ray, the man at the front desk, was AMAZING!! He came outside, and was our "Parking Traffic Controller", helping us navigate our first time on a lift, and then rode down to the parking ramp, and helped again with squeezing our car into the tight space. After that, we went to the desk to check in, and Ray was again amazing, not only recommending an excellent restaurant, Puerta del Mar, but calling and getting us a table, in a very busy restaurant. Next, Ray called Casa Carmela, and booked us a lunch reservation for the next day. Without Ray's help, we would not have been able to get in at Casa Carmela. He also wrote a list of things to see in the area. Don't miss the Church of San Nicolas for the frescoes! The next day, when we left, the woman at the front desk also came down to the parking garage to help us navigate our way out. Incredible staff! We loved the hotel. It is a great location for exploring the historic district of Valencia. Loved it!

A warm welcome was extended to us by Ray on our arrival and he was very well informed about things not to miss in the city. The front of house staff in general were extremely helpful throughout our stay and suggested places for us to visit, places to eat and how to get there. The location of hotel was central to all we wanted to see. The room was spacious, clean and quiet and looked out on the Central Market. Breakfast was good and particularly on the last two days of our stay when the breakfast menu was extended and many new items were added. A lovely choice of food was offered.

Amazing place to stay in Valencia. Right in the middle of it all. Very helpful staff. Great room. Highly recommended. We had a big van so had to park in an underground one close but they helped us with that too.

Noisy plumbing

The location was central and great, yet not too loud at night. Room was spacious and modern, breakfast was lovely, and spa was a nice touch.

The room was right by the lift and other residents were very noisy in the mornings. Walls not insulated to stairwell

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room 105 was awesome - modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, with creative lighting, huge windows that open to a tiny balcony, and views of Mercado Square. When the windows are closed, they perfectly block out street noise. The room layout is thoughtful, with a swivel chair for two, a small kitchen, and dining area, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - Lina went above and beyond, providing tips on parking, check-in, restaurants, and more, and made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel also has a small, cozy spa that can be used complimentary for one hour - such a nice addition. There’s also a parking garage available for an extra fee, which is very convenient if you’re coming by car. Overall, this hotel offered comfort, style, and outstanding hospitality - we couldn’t recommend it more! Thank you Lina, for making us feel like home :) We would love to come back.

Hotels in Valencia seem to be expensive compared to other cities in Spain. At the price (> USD 200+), hotel facilities could have been better.

Nothing I didn’t like.

The breakfast was well worth 16 euros/day. Several courses and you could order as much as you like (e.g. more than one thing that appealed on a course's options). The location cannot possibly be beat as its so close to the Mercado Central, and so many fine restaurants and stunning architecture.

I was hoping for a hot jacuzzi dip but the temperature to be sure suitable for all was way too low for me to enjoy. I was in jacuzzi for less than a minute. I am used to 102 or 103 degrees but this doesn't suit everyone. I understand.

This boutique hotel is within easy walking distance of many historic landmarks, attractions, shops, eateries, bars & city buzz. It's roughly 15 minutes drive away from the famous City of Arts & Sciences. Room: nicely designed, comfortable, quiet & spotlessly clean. I had a suite at the top floor with the view of the market square - really enjoyed watching people & activities go by whenever I was in the suite. Mobile Bluetooth is used to open the hotel room door instead of a key/card - convenient, secure, contactless experience & efficient. If mobile is not possible though, they have cards. Toiletries: hand gel, hand/body lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner... I fell in love with them! My skin & hair felt so nice after every use; such a lovely detail that elevated my experience. Staff: cordial, especially the ladies at the reception desk who were genuinely friendly, very professional & always ready to offer assistance or local recommendations with a smile. B'fast: mix of continental & cooked options, slightly limited, but hearty & delicious. Consisted of choosing 3 plates. A starter: choice between 3 bread-based options, a main: choice between 3 egg-based options (scrambled/fried, omelet or eggs Benedict with salmon/bacon/avocado) accompanied with a side salad, & a dessert: choice between fruit, yoghurt or croissant. Try the freshly squeezed orange juice, very famous in Valencia. Drinks during b'fast are free flowing, so you can ask for more as many times you wish. It was the perfect way to start each morning & kept me full & fueled for hours. Spa area: not big but well-equipped with jacuzzi, water fountain, warm pool, cold plunge pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation area, bathrooms & lockers. 4 people in all would be comfortable; in fact I like that they keep a booking system so that it doesn't get crowded unnecessarily.

I loved the hotel & the points mentioned below didn’t really affect my stay overall but worth mentioning. B'fast: would suggest improving the selection by adding a wider variety of items, like more local specialties, cereals, pastries, meats, cheeses, cold cuts & desserts, to cater to diverse guest preferences & enhance satisfaction. Lighting: would suggest adding light at the entrance of the suite, above the bed & near the wardrobe. WiFi: would suggest improving the reliability, stability & make it more high-speed.

Great location, great staff. Clean and comfortable room. We took the family room, which is a one bedroom apartment. And surprisingly it has 2 bathrooms, so that's a big plus for us. On the checkout day we had to leave early in the morning, so the hotel provided packed breakfast for us, and helped calling a taxi.

The family room is located in a different building from the receptionist and breakfast room. So it's a bit uncomfortable to go to breakfast in the morning especially when it's raining and still dark outside.
