“One of the most luxurious accommodations in Seoul, this location of the Four Seasons boasts several well-reputed restaurants and a state-of-the-art spa in addition to spotless, sunny guest rooms that have panoramic city views.”
“The new 29-story, glass-and-steel Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, designed by Su Sin Tao of Singapore, is meant to look like an ancient Korean palace of old, but stylized and brought into the 21st century.”

The Four Seasons made our Seoul stay perfect.
Everything was excellent! The location was accessible but not in a crowded area. The room was well-appointed and very comfortable. We dined at Boccalino, Maru, and Akira Beck and had breakfast at the Marketplace and each restaurant offered distinct, very tasty, and well-crafted dishes. The masseuses at the spa were very good. The gym was well-equipped. Most importantly, all the staff were courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful from booking our stay to our departure.

Perfect hotel for a stress- free vacation with the family.
Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay in Four Seasons during the Christmas/ New Year holidays. The location was walking distance to where the NYC was held and although it was expected for a lot of visitors to come to the hotel due to the season, all the staff were very attentive to everyone's needs. Requests came at a very acceptable turn around time, rooms and common areas were squeaky clean, the "little personal touches" before bed time were well- thought off. I would definitely recommend this hotel and go back there again.
None.

Enjoyed every second
Akita back x-mas dinner was worst part of our journey . Actually one of the worst dinners we ever had in our lives . X-mas menu was around 140 dollars per person and was including a lot of interesting dishes like : truffle pizza , one of the worst sushi ever , really good fish and really bad meat . We will never go there again . The good side is stuff . Respect to them - they are really good people .

Top hotel in Seoul
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons Seoul. The highlight was definitely the service from the staff. Each person we met was very polite, professional and helpful. A special thank you to Summer at the front desk who helped check us in and all the front staff that worked so seamlessly together. The room was amazing and very clean, we have nothing but good things to say. We will definitely be back when we get the chance.

Four Seasons Seoul is a pinnacle of luxury and hospitality.
Four Seasons Seoul, a haven of luxury and refinement, flawlessly combines modernity with Korean tradition. The architecture and decor pay homage to Korea's rich cultural heritage while exuding contemporary allure. My Deluxe Suite offered stunning city views and a blend of Korean artistry with modern comfort. The plush bedding ensured restful nights, and the marble-clad bathroom, complete with a deep soaking tub and rainfall shower, was a luxurious retreat. Service here is impeccable, with staff treating guests as cherished friends. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism are truly commendable. Culinary delights abound, from the refined Chinese cuisine at Yu Yuan to international offerings at The Market Kitchen. The Michelin-starred Italian restaurant, Boccalino, delivers authentic flavors. The Evian Spa is an oasis of serenity, with signature treatments in a tranquil setting leaving you revitalized. For business travelers, well-appointed meeting and event spaces cater to every corporate need. Centrally located, the hotel offers easy access to Seoul's iconic landmarks, including Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village. In summary, Four Seasons Seoul is a pinnacle of luxury and hospitality, offering an exceptional blend of Korean culture and world-class service. Whether you're a seasoned traveler or seeking a memorable experience, this hotel promises indelible memories.
Everything was very delightful.

Excellent staff, terrific location, really nice quiet room with a killer view.
Top-notch service, great room, and excellent location. All the staff could speak English (the front desk people fluently, the housekeeping staff at least at a basic level). The staff were extremely well-trained, they were attentive, quick to respond, and always helpful. When I pressed the "make up room" button, whenever I returned the room was made up, even if I was only gone for a couple of hours. The concierge and bell service were always helpful in getting a taxi, even on one day that saw a sudden cold snap and when taxis were hard to come by: one doorman asked if I would mind paying a little more for a larger taxi (a minivan), and when I said I wouldn't mind under the circumstances, he called one on his own cellphone, asked us to wait in the warm lobby, and within 5 minutes he came in to tell us that our taxi was here. Although we didn't have any particularly unusual requests, everything we asked for was done quickly, cheerfully and efficiently. The room had a great view of downtown Seoul, and was very quiet - I don't know if there was just no-one in the room beside and across from us, or if the sound insulation was just very good, but I wasn't bothered by noise in the whole week that we stayed there. I asked for a quiet room with a nice view, and they put us on the 29th (top) floor. The location of the hotel, for me, was ideal. It's close (5-10 minutes' easy walk) to the main palaces, metro stations, the main shopping and food areas (Lotte Department Store, Myeongdong food street, Insadong art district), and yet has enough cute little side streets surrounding it, where you can get your fill of authentic Korean food as the locals eat.
Not much to improve, it was an almost perfect stay. The room, while spacious and comfortable in almost every respect, had a strangely small closet/wardrobe arrangement: there wasn't enough room for my wife and I both to hang up our clothes, and only space for 1 suitcase (the other one had to be placed on a rest in the living room). There was also a strange stand-alone pillar to one side of the living room, to hold the TV and keep all the wiring out of sight. Perhaps because it was a corner room, there were limits to what they could do with the room layout.

Expensive but glorious place to stay in Tokyo.
The bedroom was huge, well equipped and unlike some Japanese hotels we were able to unpack! The washing (we were part way through a month’s travelling) took just two hours. This hotel is walking distance to Tokyo’s main station and the Ginza shopping and restaurant district. The staff were very helpful and even helped us with our Bullet Train tickets to Kanazawa.
The hotel in common with other Japanese hotels likes to take deposits (rather than guarantees) that they refund once the bill has been paid. This means that foreigners get charged three lots of exchange. It would be better if they set themselves up to accept a credit card guarantee rather than demand a deposit. It would be simpler all round. There is some background rail noise from the railway station.
