Clarion Hotel The Hub, Oslo

The room was tiny for the price but it was convenient as our cruise was starting from there. Shower did not drain well and was not fixed despite notifying staff immediately.

Location is excellent and staff are very friendly. Breakfast was outstanding.

Bottled water in the room would have been a nice touch. There were a lot of glowing or blinking lights in the room at night.

I booked a deluxe twin room and I didn’t want corner room at first so they gave us another room. The room had a small window and a pillar in the middle of the room in which I didn’t feel comfortable. Then I asked for the corner room again. The staff first claimed that the lighting and the size are the same but I remember seeing the emergency route map that the other room was bigger. The staff at first was a bit reluctant to change for me and I had to request several times and they ended up changing the room for me. The corner room ended up to be much bigger and has 3 windows. Overall the stay was great.

It was very cold in the room and I have never seen so little room. I tryed to turn on heating but that was not possible. The bathroom lacked a magnifying mirror typically used for applying makeup.

Lovely hotel in great location. The room was small and you have to climb over the bed to close and open the curtains as you can’t walk round it. The room was very dark too, insufficient lighting so difficult to see dark clothing which had fallen on to the floor beside the bed. I think there should be one good overhead light to help with packing to leave.

Great hotel. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Food in restaurant was delicious. Great cocktails while looking at the view was wonderful. Loved the way the lifts work.

The bed, it was way, way too soft. Weird pillows too, they were workable but one was large enough to use as a floor cushion and the other so soft it needed to be rolled twice to make it useable. Not enough storage space in the room or hooks in the bathroom. Room looked great but was more design over substance.

Wonderful breakfast and cleanliness, very polite and patient staff. The room was a bit small, but it was still a great stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Massive selection. The breakfast room is a large area and although there were many people it never gets uncomfortably crowded.

I had a very nice room for a single person. My biggest complaint is, why do you have to have so many pillows and bed "ornaments". There is nowhere to place all this "extra junk" so you can go to bed. Even the bedside table is loaded up with lamps etc and nowhere to operate a portable computer.

Everyone was nice and the bed was very comfy.

Lovely hotel opposite the Central Station and near all the tram stops so great location. Oslo is a lovely city, with a friendly vibe. This hotel is excellent and the breakfast choice is superb. We also ate in the restaurant and the meal was really good.

There was nothing to dislike! We were so pleased with this hotel on all levels from location to staff to comfort. This was a perfect place for us to explore and enjoy Oslo.

The hotel is located right off the high-speed train from the airport, perfect for those who need easy access to the airport. I arrived for one night so I didn't have time to experience all the hotel facilities but the room was large and clean and the breakfast was very varied and delicious.

You stayed for one night and there was nothing that bothered me or that I didn't like. no complains :) But I did not use the various hotel facilities so my opinion is limited to the service, breakfast and the room itself.

Big city centre international style hotel. Comfortable room. Truly excellent breakfast. They had a room at short notice.

I arrived late about 11pm. Hungry. Kitchens closed - no bar food or room service. Strange for a hotel of this size and style. No tea in room (only coffee). No complimentary water. Not a great welcome after a long journey.

The room was very modern, with a stylish bathroom. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and a great variety of food was available. The location of the hotel was central to everything I needed.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

Great location by the central station. Lovely interior and very nice, clean and large room with great amenities. The breakfast was superb for this price range.

The noise. Unfortunately there was a ton of noise from the tram that ran on the street outside my window and it was very disturbing when trying to sleep.

There were a tram running all day/night on the street out side of my window. This was noisy even though I was on fifth floor.

Management of fire alarm and evacuation was poor, exits needed me to be manned by staff to assist, especially those with small children or mobility issues.

This is a very nice hotel to stay in. It is very clean. It has a wonderful breakfast and the hotel staff is friendly. I stay here every time I come to Oslo. It is right across the street from the train station, which makes it very convenient.

Loved the location and breakfast and loved the rooftop bar!!

The air conditioning in the room was not very easy to operate? The rooftop bar staff could have been more friendly, as they were not the most welcoming sadly! The bar needs to purchase paprika or chillies to be able make a spicy margarita!🤗

Location was excellent. We didn't eat in the hotel because there were many cheaper cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff were particularly helpful and the room was very comgortable/

There was no milk or tea in the room - just coffee and the machine was difficult to operate.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and so modern and clean. I couldn’t fault anything. The room was very modern and had everything I needed. The pool area and sauna was lovely and again very clean.

The room was stunning, the breakfast was amazing. So much choice of food I was spoilt I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The interior in the reception was unreal and the bar and restaurants were really good.

Breakfast was a huge buffet with a wide selection with a large amount of availability. Nothing was out of stock. The hotel itself is centrally located and right near the train station which we took for the airport and for touring. We had such good experiences with staff (Emma who checked us in was incredible and super helpful!!) and the hotel itself was clean, modern, fun, and very comfortable. We liked the rooftop bar too. Would definitely come back.

Unfortunately the steam room was out of order but it did not affect our stay much.
