Sapphire Falls Resort, Orlando

Wonderful hotel, perfectly located close to the parks. We loved the little boats and really enjoyed the pool. The staff was polite and friendly, everything was clean and cozy. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Everything was easily accessible. It was CLEAN and the pool was super nice. Staff was very accommodating.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

The room was very comfortable. I was offered a room with a bath for my infant without me even having to ask. The characters in the lobby were awesome! They were so attentive and can’t thank them enough for how happy they made my 20 month old. The water taxi to the parks was a great perk! Overall a great hotel for families 😊

Unfortunately our bathroom socket wasn’t working and our room was located quite far from the lobby. The food could be improved but the coffees and cocktails were all great!

Room was nice, location was perfect, I really liked the boat shuttle to Universal Studios.

Price was quite steep for the service we got. The food quality is average, with some places being actually below average and grossly overpriced.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Walking distance to the parks (you can also take a boat). Early access to Adventure Island. Very clean rooms, comfortable but could use renovation. Gym is excellent and you can go for a run around the hotel in the mornings.

All the food was Caribbean. It would be nicer to have more variety in the restaurants.

Beautiful property with a huge heated outdoor pool that was open until 10pm. Everything was very clean, with comfy beds. Both restuarants we tried were excellent, with the cafe open late. The water taxi to the park was a nice touch - that helped save our tired feet! We weren't too tired for ping pong outside the gym! Friendly, welcoming staff. Well stocked gift shop.

Flights into Orlando were not matching up with our plans, so i added a day at the hotel. When i called the hotel (a month in advance) to ask about keeping the same room for both reservations - i was told it would be no problem. But we ended up having to change rooms. A minor inconvenience, but on a 3 day mini vacation every minute counts.

Location was good! Hotel was wonderful, lobby was noisy and busy. Food was good, not wonderful though.

Food could have been better at main dining and signage to main restaurant needs to be much clearer! But happy with stay!

Great pool area and service here was excellent - they will bring drinks and food to your sunlounger and are very attentive. Sun cream provided at the pool and chilled water and as many towels as you like. Very convenient for the park - great shuttle service on the boat or a really easy walk. Nice coffee shop onsite. Can get Ubers very easily. Big gym that is very well equipped. The bathroom is split so the shower and toilet are separate. This is good because the sink and mirror are still available to use if your partner is in the shower. Everything is so easy here - the staff are very friendly and happy to help.

There is no minibar - there is a fridge in the room but it was empty. But there is a well stocked shop in the lobby!

Location was excellent. The water taxi was a definite plus. The beds were very comfortable and the services were great.

Not thrilled with the sink outside of the toilet and bath. The prices for very basic items (bottled water, coffee, etc) were extravagant.

When we checked in we were told that we didn't have to pay for parking. I ended up paying for parking. Other then that it was a nice time at your resort.

Servers at amatista restaurant - we went as a family for breakfast and they got us adult portions for kids which was expensive and more than half wasted.

The internet connection inside the building wasn’t great.

Such a good vibe hotel clean rooms were beautiful. So easy check fast. Boats to park was brilliant. Just all brilliant. Love to stay here longer

Location, theme, hotel staff, transport to theme parks by boats, and responsiveness.

Humidity smell in the corridors. No bellboy services to take the bags on checkout after midnight. More lights are needed in the extra kids room.

I thought that the property was clean and looked very nice. Had a beautiful pool a game room, which are always nice options to have when traveling with the family.

I wish they had a little bit more affordable eating options or buffet was quite pricey $32 per person and anyone who has kids even though My Son is not a huge eater and I pay $32 for two pancakes because that’s all he really eats

Restaurant prices and limited menus hours of operation. Catina by pool never open during advertised business hours. Electric receptacles didn't work and there was no power bank station for charging electronics.

Love how they decorate for Christmas, the paths around the property for walking my dogs, they Love dogs, the staff is so friendly and helpful (they assisted as I got photos at the Christmas tree), and loved the text helpers!

The new parking technology that never worked. They finally just raised the gates. I’m sure it’s being worked on. Just an inconvenience.

I love that the property has everything you could need. Shopping, restaurants, a place to eat breakfast, amazing pool with pool side food and drinks, a water taxi direct to the park, and soooooo much more
