What a fantastic hotel. Loved all of it, the staff, the amenities, everything.

Location was great. Pool was great.

Bathrooms were a little dated. Walk-in showers would be much better than tubs with shower curtains. Could use more electrical outlets and USB outlets for electronics.

Sapphire Falls is an excellent resort. The rooms were very clean & comfortable. The grounds were very well kept & the pool area & pool bar was the highlight of our stay. Great food options on site & walkable distance to City Walk.

We loved everything about the property, but the service in the Strong Water Tavern could have been better.

The water taxi is the most convenient amenity in my view by far! Also having a Florida Resident Discount as well as the park tickets included with our room stay was the best way to go! Room service and the food and staff were all incredible ! Any wish was granted. The Luau next door was an added treat. We will definately be back to stay again!

We asked for duvets but they kept on sending us blankets so we never ended up with duvets.

Absolutely beautiful property with wonderful amenities. I was weary on the timing around the boat transportation, but I was happily proven wrong. It was consistently efficient and I never waited more than 10 minutes.

Location was unreal for Universal theme parks Unreal!!! Can’t get any better imho

Having to pay to watch a movie considering we were staying in a Universal hotel. Should be streamed for free

I was given an early check in at noon because I ended up getting sick from one of the rides and it was very nice of them to do that.

Location, convenience to Universal Studios, Hotel was clean and has lots to offer

For the price we paid, it should have been comparable to the 4 other Loews premium hotels and used our room keys as a fast pass.

Great all round, excellent staff and very helpful, enjoyed our stay. Kids activities were great.

Swimming pool is slightly on the smaller side with only one slide but was still great to use.

Wonderful hotel, perfectly located close to the parks. We loved the little boats and really enjoyed the pool. The staff was polite and friendly, everything was clean and cozy. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Everything was easily accessible. It was CLEAN and the pool was super nice. Staff was very accommodating.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

The room was very comfortable. I was offered a room with a bath for my infant without me even having to ask. The characters in the lobby were awesome! They were so attentive and can’t thank them enough for how happy they made my 20 month old. The water taxi to the parks was a great perk! Overall a great hotel for families 😊

Unfortunately our bathroom socket wasn’t working and our room was located quite far from the lobby. The food could be improved but the coffees and cocktails were all great!

Room was nice, location was perfect, I really liked the boat shuttle to Universal Studios.

Price was quite steep for the service we got. The food quality is average, with some places being actually below average and grossly overpriced.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Walking distance to the parks (you can also take a boat). Early access to Adventure Island. Very clean rooms, comfortable but could use renovation. Gym is excellent and you can go for a run around the hotel in the mornings.

Beautiful property with a huge heated outdoor pool that was open until 10pm. Everything was very clean, with comfy beds. Both restuarants we tried were excellent, with the cafe open late. The water taxi to the park was a nice touch - that helped save our tired feet! We weren't too tired for ping pong outside the gym! Friendly, welcoming staff. Well stocked gift shop.

Flights into Orlando were not matching up with our plans, so i added a day at the hotel. When i called the hotel (a month in advance) to ask about keeping the same room for both reservations - i was told it would be no problem. But we ended up having to change rooms. A minor inconvenience, but on a 3 day mini vacation every minute counts.

Location was good! Hotel was wonderful, lobby was noisy and busy. Food was good, not wonderful though.

Food could have been better at main dining and signage to main restaurant needs to be much clearer! But happy with stay!

Great pool area and service here was excellent - they will bring drinks and food to your sunlounger and are very attentive. Sun cream provided at the pool and chilled water and as many towels as you like. Very convenient for the park - great shuttle service on the boat or a really easy walk. Nice coffee shop onsite. Can get Ubers very easily. Big gym that is very well equipped. The bathroom is split so the shower and toilet are separate. This is good because the sink and mirror are still available to use if your partner is in the shower. Everything is so easy here - the staff are very friendly and happy to help.

There is no minibar - there is a fridge in the room but it was empty. But there is a well stocked shop in the lobby!

Location was excellent. The water taxi was a definite plus. The beds were very comfortable and the services were great.

Not thrilled with the sink outside of the toilet and bath. The prices for very basic items (bottled water, coffee, etc) were extravagant.

When we checked in we were told that we didn't have to pay for parking. I ended up paying for parking. Other then that it was a nice time at your resort.

Servers at amatista restaurant - we went as a family for breakfast and they got us adult portions for kids which was expensive and more than half wasted.

The internet connection inside the building wasn’t great.
