Excellent Hotel. Friendly staff, clean. Great breakfast and food overall. Good value for a great stay! I'd definitely recommend it. The 24-hour kitchen is a great convenience.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were also comfortable. The food was also good and the facility is beautiful and the grounds were well maintained! Loved my stay here!

Rosen Shingle Creek is a beautiful property close to Universal Studios and many other attractions. There are several amenities onsite including bars, restaurants, a salon, a small arcade, a market, and gift shop. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The pool area was very large including 3 pool areas, and a couple hot tubs.

I don't have any negative comments.

Beautiful! Comfy! Had a store. Different types of restaurants. Staff was amazing except for one! Buffet and service was exceptional!

cost of self-parking. Attendant at self-parking was rude to my friends who paid for the self parking and so rude to my boyfriend that he refused to stay. service fee at breakfast was insane!! The small table by window in room was super dusty. Too long of a walk to room. I didnt know. I have lung issues.

The rooms and bed were very comfortable & clean although the air conditioning unit is very noisy thankfully we didn’t need to use it very often

The spa was very expensive and unfortunately you couldn’t even relax around the inside pool or use any of there facilities without paying, especially when up upgrade your stay you should be able to access that area or even use the gym with becoming bankrupt… I now know why it was empty and unused

Beautiful architecture, very upscale property and grounds.

We were in a handicapped room. Unfortunately, it was the last room on the end of the hall, which means that we had to traverse about a good quarter mile on carpet with increased rolling resistance. It would have been better suited to be closer to the elevators. The additional cost for parking on the property seemed somewhat ridiculous. Especially when the parking attendant stated that we would be charged one price and the invoice for closeout was at a higher rate. Prices on everything on premise were exceptionally inflated. We had a meal in room on the first night that was two sandwiches with two glasses of milk. It cost $70.

Beautiful property and room. Many dining options with a store to grab what you need including coffee and breakfast to take back to the room. Great room service pizza for late night after the Bowl game Everything we needed was right there. Short stay so would have been nice to have a couple days to enjoy all the amenities.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was so cheerful and colorful.

The only entrance/exit was through the front door.

Everything we needed was on site and easy to get around via Uber/taxi. Grounds are beautifully kept. Rooms have all the connectivity ports very convenient and the ambient lighting was very relaxing. Entertainment options were amazing with huge TV and Chromecast for casting own devices. Multiple door options catering for a variety of tastes.

Decor slightly tired and shower refresh (curtain rather than screen) but mainly aesthetic’s and didn’t affect our stay at all.

The hotel was dressed for Christmas in the main public areas. Our room was large, bright and perfectly clean. The grounds were well manicured and the pool was heated.

I feel that the dining areas should have been dressed for Christmas ans the music should have bee more seasonal for the festivities.

Love it. Definitely going back
