Family Fun Weekend
I've stayed here before and enjoyed he property's beautiful grounds, friendly staff and location to all the places I go while in Orlando. The pools were amazing!, and the property is also very easy to navigate.
The shower faucet dripped all night, even when tightened. The sink vanity protrudes too far out, impeding functionality.. They should consider changing to a flat rectangular counter top

Exceptionally well-appointed hotel, with the friendliest staff, excellent restaurants, and beautiful pools. Comfortable rooms and located very close to the new Universal park, Epic Universe. The value was superb. We were so pleased with our experience and will be back!

My stay was tranquil and exceeded my expectations.

It is a beautiful property! Very clean!
Parking is very far from entrance.
The person who checked us in was not friendly at all. I went to check in he didn’t acknowledge me. I asked him if I could check in. He said he was rebooting his computer. No small talk, no smile. I guess he was tired. I did come in at 2am from a long drive from Tallahassee.

The place is spotless clean and everything feels large and spacious. The staff is excellent as well. They have a couple restaurants and bars attached as well as a nice little store. You don't have to leave this place during your stay if you didn't want to. I will always chose this place if I need to stay over night in this area.

I would love to go back with my family when there’s not as many events going on for sure
A beautiful resort! I loved having all of the restaurants inside the hotel. It was very clean and beautiful.
The staff was not the friendliest inside of the market or front desk. We had a corporate event there and it was very hard to find somewhere to eat during lunch because there were so many people.

Most of the restaurants were closed when I was there. I was disappointed I couldn’t have those options available to me.
