If I had to choose something, it would be the distance from the parking lot to the actual hotel, but I really don't mind the walk.

The property was beautiful, the pools are heated, clean, there is a shuttle that constantly going around the Parking lot and the entrance picking up/dropping off, and the staff members were helpful.

The bed squeaked every time I moved, the vent cover constantly rattled, making a continuous tapping sound anytime the AC kicked on, and did not like that I had to pay $32 to per day to SELF PARK.

Absolutely everything, down to the cardboard tampons at the on-site store were severely overpriced

Clean areas. Pool was clean and refreshing. Beautiful views from the hotel room.

I loved the family atmosphere they had. Traveling with my two daughters, they were thrilled to stay at the hotel and use all the amenities for the price. We were on the top floor and the view overlooking the city was amazing, we were even able to watch the fireworks each night from our room.

Location and beautiful setting!

Very clean, beds were so comfortable. We checked in late and they offered a late check out time at 1:00pm!! That was unexpected and much appreciated.

The only thing I would complain about is the parking situation. I was not forewarned about having to pay for parking and once you do pay it is quite far from the actual hotel. Other than that it was great!

Location, clean, bed comfortable, options of restaurants, options on where to lounge either by the pools or inside.

I would rather have a walk in shower versus a bathtub. Mini Refrigerator was marking strange noise throughout the night. They do charge $40 a night for parking

Breakfast was wonderful. All food af restaurants was great.

I was NEVER informed by Booking.com that a pet fee of $150 for one night was charged on top of the room rate. This was very very upsetting and unfair for a cat for 1 day!! Shame on Booking.com. This almost ruined my stay but the hotel staff helped make up for it with great service.

Beautiful facility. Huge and new. It was cold,so we didn't get to utilize the 3 pools ,unfortunately.

Self Parking was a very far walk to the main building and we couldn’t utilize the shuttle because we had our stroller and toddler in-tow.

It was clean, the nice smell on the hallways, the attention from the people outside in the valet.

Pillows are tiny, the hotel needs renovation, a little upgrade.

Went from the room to the pool and back. Pools were great. 3 pools, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There is at least one large heated pool. The other pool we ventured into did not feel heated. I cannot vouch for the third. There is also a smaller kiddie pool and two hot tubs. There is a Publix supermarket very near by, about a ten minute walk (its literally across the street but the driveway to the resort is long), and the room has a minifridge. There are also plenty of food options in the resort and a mini-market.

Easy check in. I received the level of floor I had requested. Friday evening food somewhat limited.

18th Street Market employees were visiting with one another, eating food on duty and looking inattentive on 2/14/25 at 5 pm. Not a good image.

Beautiful resort with amazing restaurants and pool. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed.

The only downside I had was that the spa charges an automatic 20% gratuity fee to your bill. I don't think anyone should be obligated to leave a certain percentage of tips.

$32.00 a night self-service parking and front desk clerk taking my card and swiping it without telling me first (until I asked) what she was charging to my card.

The stay was worth it. I had a great view from my room. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a quick, efficient, and easy check-in process. Kevin, the manager at the Mexican/Tequila Restaurant, was amazing, and the gentleman who made the awesome homemade salsa was great. The food and drinks were excellent. The shuttle drivers were professional, very helpful, and patient. My experience at this property was Fantastic. I can't wait to stay again!

I like it everything . Amazing view

Room was clean and nice view overlooking pools and golf course. Multiple pools and hot tubs, the lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays. Great late evening food (cobb salad and pizza), and all the restaurants looked great.

The staff . Very professional, very courteous, full staff front desk staff.

Loved every amenities that’s was on the property. The nice Christmas Tree, decoration for Christmas, the amazing big gingerbread house(was our kiddos favorite), the food at restaurant and BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS SO GOOD. Waiter took the time to not only make sure we were good, but as well our 5 and 2 in half year old. Literally went beyond our expectations. This will be a forever place we stay at coming to Florida.

I want say this was a breaking point for us. But some of the restaurants wasn’t open the entire time of our stay such as sushi and hibachi place. It could have been because low on my staff. Because I did notice that every time we tried a new place there we seen some of the same waiters and workers but different places.(Even though they were working didn’t spot, They were friendly every time and remember us).
