The staff was excellent

At least a continental breakfast should have been included, but it was not. Also, complimentary coffee wasn't. parking was very expensive

Exceptionally well-appointed hotel, with the friendliest staff, excellent restaurants, and beautiful pools. Comfortable rooms and located very close to the new Universal park, Epic Universe. The value was superb. We were so pleased with our experience and will be back!

It is a beautiful property! Very clean!

Parking is very far from entrance. The person who checked us in was not friendly at all. I went to check in he didn’t acknowledge me. I asked him if I could check in. He said he was rebooting his computer. No small talk, no smile. I guess he was tired. I did come in at 2am from a long drive from Tallahassee.

The place is spotless clean and everything feels large and spacious. The staff is excellent as well. They have a couple restaurants and bars attached as well as a nice little store. You don't have to leave this place during your stay if you didn't want to. I will always chose this place if I need to stay over night in this area.

A beautiful resort! I loved having all of the restaurants inside the hotel. It was very clean and beautiful.

The staff was not the friendliest inside of the market or front desk. We had a corporate event there and it was very hard to find somewhere to eat during lunch because there were so many people.

The parking lot is a little too far away and also the shuttle to the hotel from the parking lot was hardly around. I also think the parking cost is too expensive. I would love to see cheaper parking especially since I drive in to Orlando so much!

The staff is extremely friendly, professional and well trained. The whole property is well maintained and cared for. The pool area is very large and even when it was busy there was always room to find a chair. I really liked how many options there were for food and drink right at the property.

Property was very clean and offered the exceptional service one would expect. The steakhouse on the property was above and beyond. My hats off to their staff. They even brought out a balloon for my best friend and her fiancée who were just engaged. A high five to the valet team who were all so courteous as well as the Front Desk.

The jacuzzi closed a little too early for me.

Spacious and clean. The pools are great.

Rooms are a bit outdated and they allow dogs. We had one next to us that didn’t stop barking.
