Omni Resort at Championsgate, Orlando

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Omni Orlando! The property is beautiful, spotless, and easy to navigate. The rooms were very comfortable and perfect for our family with two young kids. We stayed for a week to celebrate a birthday, and the location made it so convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Our kids (ages 4 and 1.5) had the best time enjoying the pools-especially the kiddie pool-and we loved spending most of our days relaxing there. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special, even arranging cabanas for us on two of the days. They made us feel celebrated and truly taken care of. Special shoutout to Laura Roman, who was absolutely amazing in making sure everything was set up for us to have the best vacation possible.

There are so many fun activities for families at and around the hotel: Camp Omni, family bikes, mini golf, and spots to grab a sweet treat. My husband loved the golf course, and we enjoyed a pizza dinner by the pool from the hotels restaurant(a tradition for us!) and the breakfast buffet there.

We also made a quick trip to Disney Springs, which was just a short drive away.

We come back to this hotel year after year because of the incredible staff and the way they make us feel right at home. We were so sad to leave and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Omni Orlando, for helping us create another set of wonderful family memories!

A lot of great amenities on site, including the business conference

I did a late check in, however, I was informed at the front desk at check-in, that I could still place an order at the David Lounge as long as I arrived at least five minutes before closing. Yet, when I went to the hostess 10 minutes before closing, I was told the kitchen had already closed. It seems there was a miscommunication between the front desk and the lounge.

Very clean.

The only negative thing I would say was it was hard to find parking.

Really enjoyed our stay at this resort! The pool area was amazing – it had a wave pool, lazy river, water slides, and bar servers who came around to take food and drink orders. The piña coladas were a personal favorite!There were tons of golf options to choose from, whether you're into full-course golf, mini golf, or a fun Topgolf-style experience right on the property.Even with a wedding, a convention, and lots of families on-site, the resort still felt calm and peaceful, which made it super relaxing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a fun and laid-back getaway.

For such a large resort, the arcade felt really small and limited. It would’ve been nice to see more games or activities in that space. Also, there weren’t many food or restaurant options on the property. I expected a bit more variety given the size of the resort. It didn’t ruin our stay, but definitely something to keep in mind.

Everything! It was a bit pricey especially for a family. The lazy river was not the cleanest - lots and lots of leaves due to the landscaping.

More children there than we expected especially given the costs. They seemed to have taken over the lazy river. I think that should be adults only.

Everything was nice, clean and multiple pool choices we enjoyed our stay and Omni were accommodating by leaving us a very nice surprise for my baby’s one year birthday

We would love to thanks Elias and Jared at the trevi’s restaurant, when they knew it was my baby’s birthday they brought her a small gift from Omni team and she loved it , all staff were super nice

Rooms need a bit of upgraded cleaning , cribs for babies are good but they were not stable enough for toddlers

The slides, wave pool, lazy river and close proximity to Disney was exactly what I was looking for in this vacation.

The pool bar/restaurant opening at 11am was way too late for my family. Not even to be able to have a Bloody Mary while my kids played or for my kids to get a drink or snack by the pool before 11am seemed like the hotel understands that kids like slides but not that they wake up early and may want a drink or a snack (and the parents might want that for themselves too).

Everything was breathtakingly expensive. From the $38/day self-parking or $50 daily valet parking fee on top of the $260/night room rate, to the $17 mojito that was mostly ice at pool side. Come loaded with cash...

It has plenty of activities to do from mini golf to an adult pool. The front desk team was very polite and even gave us a voucher to redeem any drinks at the bar as a wedding present.

The hotel is immaculate and has great amenities. My toddler loved the kiddie slides and the lazy river. You can order lunch right from your lounge chair and they bring it to you, which was really convenient. We also loved the restaurants on property and thought the food was top quality.

We were initially placed in the Villas, which isn’t attached to the main hotel building and would have been a bit of a walk to the restaurants and pools. We paid extra to upgrade to a room in the main building. I also would have liked shampoo and conditioner for the bathtub, as they were locked on the wall in the shower.

Very nice place, room looked clean and the amenities were very nice.

Sheets were dirty upon arrival. The place seemed very understaffed. Replacement sheets took a while and we were not able to get a bellboy in the morning.
