Grand Bohemian Hotel, Orlando

The location was easy, if a bit noisy with in-town traffic. Our room was lovely and very clean. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The pianist in the piano bar was terrific and created a nice holiday mood. The doorman/bellman we encoutnered was also particuarly pleasant and friendly.

There was a private event in the bar so we had to get a drink in the little piano bar area. The menu was very limited and very overpriced. The servers there were not as friendly. We visited the pool area which looked very worn out (furnishings) and was not inviting.

Breakfast was understaffed and food was cold.

Couldn't get a dinner reservation while paying a high rate.

The whole hotel has not even 1 microwave.

Love the style and the idea of art and beauty at one place.

It was very very dusty. I have asthma and seeing so much dust just made me upset. I spent an hour dusting. The lamps were broken. The toilet wasn’t sealed and just leftovers of paper present. I mean for the luxury room expectation we were hoping to spend few romantic days in- it was a big disappointment.

It was a treat to myself. I wish I could have stayed another night to enjoy all the amenities this hotel offers along with the location the hotel offers so much. I would love and will return when I can spend two days to enjoy the restaurants and especially the pool

Very comfortable beds! Rooms were a nice size and common areas are elegant and a little whimsical without being overly pretentious. Breakfast was fine but candidly lacked culinary refinement consistent with the great surroundings. Very comfortable furnishings and the art on the walls is impressive. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

My hotel room seemed a little overdue for a remodel and refresh - especially the bathroom. When I cross the $300/night rate I really start to expect not to have a tub shower combo with a shower curtain. The bathroom also would benefit from updated tile and honestly the whole room could have been cleaned a little better but I suspect staffing is very challenging. It is important to note that I would happily stay here again the next time I am in downtown Orlando.

The art on the walls was amazing. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

The parking situation was confusing and it wrapped into the street. The area for intaking the valet parking is too small. I ended up parking at a local church. It was hard to tell where to actually enter the hotel. Maybe some wayfinding signage would help.

I liked the friendliness of all the staff, the surrounding ambiance and art pieces, the relaxing pool area, the nice room. We thoroughly enjoyed the jazz brunch and the singer was outstanding. I felt secure with the room key required in the elevator and pool area.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. They were very helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. Great location as far as stuff to do.

Rooms were lovely. We had a very nice city view. The security of the building was much appreciated, as was the valet parking. We had a drink after the show we attended and the bar was lively and fun.

Everything was great! The only part was not being able to enjoy the wonderful piano music. By the time the show at Dr. Phillips was over and we returned to the hotel, the piano music was closed.
