Very close to park

They charge an extra $500 to my stay and didn’t mention it at all. Plus they charged me twice for my complete stay which put a hold on my credit card and I wasn’t able to access the funds. Luckily I had other financial means

All facilities around the pool. The water taxi. The big reception area or lobby, width and height. Great service with our dinner room service.

Few options for dining. Poor wine menu. The games room for children did not work.

It’s a beautiful property, the staff is very nice and the food is good.

I thought that it was a little confuse, the floors. We stayed at second floor , below deck lobby , and had to take to two elevators to Go to breakfast. After two days , you’re more accustomed with it.

Lovely large rooms, which were very comfortable and had everything I needed. Restaurants, pool and gym on site. Excellent location, friendly staff.

Great location, enjoyed the water taxi to universal. It made it easy to get to the park. The rooms were spacious and modern design. We didn't have time to go to the pool but the pool was large.

The service was amazing at every restaurant and within the hotel. The food was great. The beds were comfy and the property was well maintained.

So close to theme parks

Convenient and location to the Parkes. Transportation to the park.

The location was fantastic. The beds comfortable, the view wonderful.

We were asked by the clerk at check in if we would like to be close to an elevator. We responded yes, and was more than a little surprised and miffed when we only had one room between us and the very end as far AWAY from the elevator as possible.

Everything, being a pet friendly property and super clean, offering a 24 hours room service, love the buffet breakfast and especially the boat ride to the city walk and the Universal theme parks was very helpful and convenient

Pool was great! Room was clean & comfortable overall a very good stay.

No microwave was accessible unless you rented it.

The room was smaller than expected. Still nice though. Also no breakfast included, everything costs extra on top of room price.

perfect, the front reception, the people giving us our universal tickets, the staff in the fast breakfast area were totally amazing. The staff could not be more accomadiating, also the pool staff. the room was so clean each day

The beds were firmer than expected and I thought the hotel was closer to the universal parks (less of a walk).

Love the atmosphere and the pool was amazing! Loved the water taxi and onsite dining is wonderful. Really enjoyed the early park admission and the hotel was amazing!

The bathrooms in the room are not great. There is a sliding barn door with no lock that separates the shower/toilet from the sink and rest of room. It’s pretty awful. Especially for families and families with tweens. Both kids and parents should have their privacy. Might as well be a curtain. You can have a conversation from the bed with a person in the restroom. For this alone, I don’t know if I would stay again.

The river taxi for transportation to Universal Studios, which the hotel provided free of charge, was excellent and fun.

I didn't like that parking was paid.
