The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast system. They told us we had to wait 40 minutes, but I understand they have to accommodate a lot of people for the size of the breakfast area. It wasn't a big deal for me.

I think it's a very cool, elegant, and clean place, I really liked the shops they have, the beach, the kayak area, the restaurant; very interesting.

Staff were nice. Location was good. The staff and the food at Four Flamingos restaurant were amazing! Some reviews complained about that it wasn’t worth the price. We didn’t spend more than at a Cheesecake Factory; and the food was unique and delicious. And I’m very picky like a child and I’m also vegeterian… still I could find food to eat there and it was fantastic! Wifey loved it, too. I think it’s worth a try! The breakfast buffet was worth it, too! We loved it. A lot of nice amenities in the hotel also. We had a lot of fun.

There is room for improvement. Our room was not as clean as expected. Sure, the bed, the bathroom, and the floor were clean, but the windows weren’t so much (they also had spiderwebs overhead). I mean it’s not critical, but one would expect more from a 4-star hotel.

Good service. No extra charges for water bottles, WiFi, very warm welcome. Friendly staff. Able to check in early without extra charges. This is service that you won’t see anymore these days.

The room clean not perfect because i show underwear from last customer in the clothes room. The food i had at four flamingos 4/10.

I liked the fine dining restaurant. I had NYE dinner and it was a nice experience. Our server Mike was great and the food was delicious. The plating was also gorgeous. We really wanted to be able to see the fireworks and the front desk staff really delivered on a great room view. The decorations for the holidays were also nice and really made the lobby look nice. The grounds are maintained nicely and it’s really beautiful outside. The conference section of the hotel and daily events like movie night were a nice touch.

I didn’t like that the rooms don’t have microwaves and there is one microwave on every 5th floor. I also didn’t like that the my room still have carpet. I KNOW those carpets aren’t shampooed between guest so it just doesn't make the room feel clean. It’s literally 2026 and after COVID, every hotel should have wood or tile floors for sanitation purposes. The hotel also could use some renovations. It was a nice stay but the hotel section of the resort felt a little old like it was amazing 15 years ago. I truly hope some renovations to the hotel are coming soon because it’s still a nice place and could use a facelift.

Free shuttle is joke! You can't rely on it due to single shuttle per day to the Universal park. Also very limited availability/seats. $40/day parking fee which seems very high after paying daily room charges/cost and resort fee.

The staff, hotel and grounds were wonderful.

They should offer a shuttle to Disney Springs that runs more often. One shuttle leaving at 5:00 and picking you up 4 hours later is not a convenience.

Loved the look of the hotel. From the water Brook in reception to the very dectrive pool.the grounds and gardens are beautiful, well planned and kept In excellent condition. The room are very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly . Overall I could not fault the hotel. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

I did notice the restaurant wasn't used very much. Most days it was empty. Maybe something to think about, in terms of price and menu.

I bought Disney world tickets at concierge desk. I was told that I do not have to stand in line at Disney and can just go straight to the gate which is not true. I have to stand in the same line like purchasing tickets at Disney. It is prob better if I purchase tickets at the gate so I can ask for more advice about fast pass to save time. I think staff does not clear info about Disney when they sell tickets Also shuttles end at 9:30pm but the spectacular firework also ends at 9:30-9:40pm so we can not take shuttle back as we will miss the firework. I think the time can change to 10pm instead.

This is always been my favorite hotel in Central Florida. It has the perfect mixture of activities, excellent customer service, and great food. It’s so affordable it’s family, friendly and a good place for people who don’t have children. I have never had a bad experience at this hotel and would highly recommended to anyone over any other hotel in Central Florida.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to leave. I wish I could stay forever.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort. I was especially impressed by the pool service — everything was well-organized and relaxing. The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, and the restaurant service was outstanding. The service personnel were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, a great experience that I would definitely recommend!

They have a guest lounge for post check out where one can shower, ect … no blow dryer and no where to sit if waiting for a shower room. It was nice to be able to use the hotel pool after check out though!

Always so much to do here. Absolutely love this resort.

The new towel machines at the pool weren’t my favorite. We also seem to always have an issue leaving self parking using our room key.

It was extremely beautiful! A lot to do on the property.

The self parking is extremely far away from the property. We did use valet just the first night, but they had done some damage to my vehicle that I chose to use self parking on our remaining stays. It was just easier to use uber to go to the theme parks! Wish the hot tubs were a lil more hotter and that they would put an age limit for them.. they were so crowded with kids jumping and swimming in them. We just needed a lil peace and quiet to enjoy the hot tubs for our aching muscles. We are 55+ so a hot tub to relax for adults only would be really nice and for the disabled, have closer self parking.

The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was closed in the afternoon. Due to heavy rain the pool was closed to so no option!

We really enjoyed the hotel, the staff were very attentive. The grounds were very up kept. We were offered champagne when we first entered. Bell service delivered our luggage.

Payment for parking. Valet service is understandable but not for self parking, which was $37 a night and it was a further walk.

There was a lot of trash left around was the only negative thing. That’s part lazy disrespectful guest but, also part in observant staff. $20 drinks add up fast.

Hotel needs a little maintenance. Elevator stopped while all my family were inside and checking out for transportation to our cruise in Port Canaveral. The driver left us and I had to pay for the additional transportation 0f 200 USD.
