The property was immaculate! Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Our check in person explained that all the rooms were redone! Very nice!

Breakfast was very good and location of hotel was fantastic, walking to Rollins College, and a beautiful pedestrian area with many shops, parks, lakes and restaurants.

Everyone was so friendly, and smiling all the time. The food was excellent, the accommodations also excellent. I love the way they decorated the lobby with some great art. Here’s the best part. The hotel is a non-profit. All the profits go to scholarships to Rollins College students, a small, local, liberal arts college. It felt good to be part of that process, knowing that my expenses at the hotel (which can compete with any others) goes to students trying to jump start their careers rather than give the money to some corporation.

Perfect location and very friendly and helpful staff. The art on the walls is beautiful. Hamilton’s has a great brunch.

While the housekeeping kept the rooms clean, the windows were really dirty (maybe due to construction dust). All 3 elevators broke ), but we had to wait at 11:15 pm until a service elevator was fixed so we could get to our room. my elderly mother in law can’t take stairs.

Beautiful location! Right next to the Rollins college campus. We loved the winter park area with all the restaurants and lovely shops around.

The WiFi in the hotel was terrible.

I can see why the facility is getting renovated. The rooms definitely need an update

The gorgeous Alfond Inn is located close to the historic and and charming Park Avenue. The hotel is dog friendly and features lovely grounds for strolling, dining, cocktails, or walking dogs. There are exquisite and unique art installations throughout the hotel. The atrium is positively gorgeous - featuring a grand piano and prismatic art globes that cast brilliant colors throughout. There is a very good restaurant and bar within the hotel and room service is also an option. Meeting and confers rooms are also available. The valet staff is remarkable; the service and professionalism is top notch. The entire hotel staff is gracious and efficient. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase in the lobby. There is also an ATM if needed.

While the hotel is dog friendly, I do wish there were dog waste stations somewhere on the grounds. There aren’t any outdoor trash cans for disposal and I don’t want to bring the dog waste bag inside for disposal. When walking downtown this isn’t an issue, but for late night or early morning quick outings with a pet, it is a conundrum.

Location was great. The lobby and grounds of the hotel are beautiful. The staff was very accommodating. I liked the shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom and the fact that they weren't small containers creating more waste in our landfills...

Our room was ok. There really wasn't anything special about it. The bathroom was way outdated and blah... The bed was super comfortable with nice sheets and pillows... Too much money for an ok room. Big disappointment after the rest of the hotel being so stunning...

Everything about the Alfond whispers "quality." One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. I've been there at least annually since they opened, and they only get better.

We had an exceptional stay at the Alfond. We traveled with our daughters lacrosse team & families. We all decided to stay at the Alfond because of the location and access to activities (shopping, ice cream etc.) for the kids to do in our down time. We also traveled with our dogs which made us and them SOOOOO happy... We had them with us most of the day ad did not leave them unattended in the room - we will definitely stay there again..

It rained during our stay so kids could not swim - BUT wont hold the Alfond responsible LOL

Room was very nice. I was easily able to set thermostat for my personal & unusual warmer room temp. But the room was also quite dark. Having one seating area that could brighten up would help my older eyes.
