Staff were lovely and great to use the infinity pool and sauna as part of the price

No prosecco in the bar only champagne other than that was great Another thing was the actual frame of the bed had a ridge all away around the bed and as I'm small made it hard to get over it when getting out of bed

The shower was lovely and powerful, the spa pool was nice and relaxing, great location

One of the major pluses of the hotel was the roof top terrace. It was actually booked out to a private party whilst we stayed over so we couldn’t use it. Which we felt we should have been informed about before we booked.

Lovely hotel, rooms was larger than I expected, and a real bonus having a bath. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Could only seem to get one Chanell on the tv. Took a while to get served in the bar.

Hello, I had a booking on the 26th August 2024 for a 1 night stay at a 4 star hotel advertised on your site, check in should have been 3pm upon arrival our room was not ready meaning we had to wait this caused a very long delay and us to be late and turned away for another booking which resulted in loss of money. When I was finally able to check in I had to pay a £100 room fee which should have been refunded however I have not received this

We liked everything about our stay staff were fantastic facilities were good food excellent couldn't have asked for a better stay

The only thing that we didn't like or expect was when they put the gratuity on the bill and then staff asking if we would want to pay it or not we felt that we had to pay the gratuity even though the service was fantastic we felt that we needed to pay it

Everytbing decor room facilities and staff was all incredible.

No music at the infinity pool which wasn't a biggie.

The room is truly beautiful and elegant, the staff are so bubbly and the pool is just lovely touch. I will be for sure coming back it was a pleasure.

I loved the service from all the staff and my requests for the room for my girlfriends birthday exceed my expectations and made the arrival perfect! The facilities are clean and great and just to add the bathroom was super.

We stay at king street often as a night away we highly recommend

We had a fabulous stay at kingstreet townhouse, the hotel and spa are absolutely gorgeous & the location is perfect for lots of great spots to eat. The roof top pool is also an added extra.

I got charged for the birthday package on arrival, I went to reception & they were very apologetic, gave us 4 x drinks vouchers and complementary breakfast. We decided to not have the breakfast, as we already had different plans- when I received the itemised bill the breakfast had been charged, they have refunded me now. It was disappointing that there was a lot of messing around with different things throughout the weekend.

Front desk on arrival was abrupt and unfriendly The staff the next day could not have been more different- smiley & helpful. No complimentary water in hotels like this is not great. I arrived late on a hot day and had no choice but to buy.

No mention of the view in front of the rooftop pool being under construction. The gym and spa were in a different building. I think there are a lot of nicer properties for the price they are charging

It was a massive room, the signs for each floor were helpful and the facilities were nice to use

The explanation of the views were a little different than what you actually see, I don’t know if it’s always like this but during my stay the views were big white tarpaulin straight across from the pool which I was hoping was going to be amazing, we didn’t get massages although I thought we would as the explanation on the website says so
