Located so close to shops, bars and restaurants in a central location. The room was really quiet and it’s so good to have a small kitchen. 3 of us shared a room with a sofa bed which was really comfy. There is tea/coffee making facilities in reception too

The location was superb, right opposite the Arndale Shopping Centre. What's more, there was a free bus that picked us up at Manchester Piccadilly railway station and took us almost to the door of Roomz. My wife and I had a second floor apartment. It was very spacious with a separate bedroom away from the kitchen/diner section. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. The bathroom was superb with both a shower and a bath. The cleanliness of the room was second to none. We couldn't fault it. All credit to the cleaning staff at Roomz. Our room was at the back of the hotel but it was perfect for us as right opposite was Manchester Cathedral and we were treated to a two hour practice session on our first night. Truly magnificent. There was enough plates and cutlery, along with a good sized grill microwave, a hob and a dishwasher. If you were to stay longer, there are laundry facilities on the premises. The bottom line was that we didn't want to leave and are already talking about visiting Roomz again.

I suppose the only tiny issue was that the TV's (yes, there were two, one in the bedroom and one in the lounge) could have done with a re-tune as it appeared lots of channels were missing but that does not warrant any drop in points.

Great location and staff. Good value for money too. The room had a kitchenette, so ideal if you need that.

Personally my pillow was too hard. The double bed was against the wall so my husband had to climb over me in the night to go to the toilet.

The location was lovely. The room we had was a big room even though we didn’t go for the upgrades. You don’t feel cramped and plenty of space to move around.

The only 1 minor thing we had was hearing the tooting of the trams as they went past the station located outside the front door

Very clean and what a great location The room we booked we didn’t get due to on going issues but we got a call a few days before and said they will look after us and put us in the next best room and they certainly delivered highly recommend Staff was spot on

Very cozy room!!! I booked a room on the smaller side and it was still pretty spacious and comfortable to move around. I also liked the toiletries provided such as plenty of towels and shampoo, and the electronics like the fan were nice to have

Fantastic hotel for a short overnight stay for a gig. Room was spacious and had everything you could need. Staff also made an exception to a request i had. Will be staying again.

Bedroom was a long way from reception, no good if you are not especially mobile and it was at the end of a corridor near stairs (emergency) kind of locked away from closed rooms. Travelling alone, did not feel very safe. And at 10 am the hotel had run out of complimentary breakfast.

First impression, loved the building, the architecture of the inside, the stairs, the overall ambiance. Loved my room. Very clean, just as I wanted, bed very comfortable, all the appliances available, cutlery, pots, mugs, glasses, plates, absolutely everything, fridge, washing machine, microwave, even a iron plate with iron and hairdryer also. Literally everything you would need for a stay, especially when you are in a hurry and cannot bring too many things with you. I really really enjoyed and totally recommend.

The air con unit made the most hideous grinding noise every 10 minutes & no option for extra pillows once checked in.

Great location, loved corner room, in close proximity to public transport i.e. train stations, trams and buses also great shopping outlets and wide range of locations to eat. Clean spacious apartment, sufficient amenities. Wasn't aware of grab and go breakfast, not informed at check in. Saw advert for the grab and go in the lift on the last day as we were checking out.

Not enough wall sockets in allocated room, no built in heaters, room supplied with 2 x portable heaters, wall sockets at the front of the apartment only, therefore unable to move heaters to heat up the rest of the apartment.

Beautiful building in a great location. Seamless check in, very friendly & helpful. Rooms were huge, extremely clean & really comfy. We didn’t use the kitchen however we noted it was equipped with everything you could ever need. Lovely bathroom with White Company toiletries. Free croissants & coffee in the morning was a nice touch. Amazing value!

Can’t fault a thing. Shame we couldn’t stay longer!

Fascinating classy apartment with marvellous views to the city and Manchester medieval cathedral. Everything is near shopping etc, easy to make sightseeing walks. Big gym is extra plus.

TV did't work but I'm sure that is going to be fixed soon.

Lovely location

The hotel was excellent and centrally located and would definitely stay here again. The hotel was very clean, including the plush corridors leading the rooms. We had a suite, which was very spacious, clean and had a good equipped kitchen. The breakfast was as advertised- croissants, coffee, tea etc. with a seating area at the back of reception within the historic Corn Exchange. We independently pre-booked parking nearby in AO arena (£24 for 26 hours)

Excellent location, with the Christmas markets right out the front of our hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a small kitchenette which was very handy. It is close to everything, making it easy to walk everywhere. The staff were very obliging and helpful. Close to many great restaurants and shops too!
