Central location and lots of restaurants around. The staff were so lovely. I didn’t catch her name but the lady on my first day with brown hair was so sweet. Really lovely place and has everything you need. I travelled solo and felt very safe also.

The bathroom door wouldn't shut , not much of a problem for us but others might not like . Also for the price you would expect breakfast really but the free hot drinks were good

Such a good price for a gorgeous studio room, piping hot powerful shower, little kitchen and tv at the end of the bed! staff all lovely and able to check in early for no extra cost! such a good spot for transport, shopping, bars and restaurants many you get 20% showing your room card number!

Had a near perfect stay at the property. Great comfort and clean large room, smack in the centre of Manchester and all the various shops and locations right at walking distance.

Convenient for the city and all amenities

Great location, very central and easy to get to buy train from the airport. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Expensive for 2 nights but could have been due to a gig being on in the city.

The room is very spacious, with a kitchenette and full size fridge, comfortable bed, excellent shower. Complimentary croissant and coffee in the morning. Location is very central and with many food options around.

Always have a great experience at this hotel and the only place I book when visiting Manchester. The young man /person who does night shifts 3 nights a week was an absolute angel, so helpful and accommodating, they really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable, he needs an extra special mention! Even though you're right in the middle of the city you don't hear any noise in your room which helps with getting a good nights sleep. Comfortable beds and well equipped rooms.

It was central to all the things we wanted to do in Manchester, the apartment and surrounding areas were clean and had everything we needed in it. A tea cloth, washing up sponge and liquid,tea and coffee was supplied. The kitchen was really well equipped as we did cook on our first night’s stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful and if you had forgotten anything there was a small shopping area in reception. There is a lift but the staircase is beautiful and you can look all the way up and down the levels of the lovely building.

I can honestly say there wasn’t anything we didn’t like, including the price.

We like everything about Roomzzz, the location so central, the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms which are furnished nicely, comfortable beds & bed linen including pillows the kitchen provides everything you need for a short stay. The Reception Staff are impeccable, Martin & Olivia are exceptional, they greet you with a smile & welcome you into the Hotel wonderfully well.We enjoyed complementary croissants & coffee each morning. We have stayed at Roomzzz Victoria several times, we love it here & can recommend to others, thank you for everything

The view from our room was like looking into Strangeways jail from the roof ..

It was a great location and it was very comfortable.

We had a problem with the water supply. No cold water was available from the taps. The shower was fine but the normal taps were very hot. Even on the cold setting. This wasn’t easy to repair and remained a problem throughout our stay. However it didn’t really spoil our stay at all and we would stay here again in future.

The room was comfortable and air condition which was anazing as it was really hot on the weekend.

Great location, less than 5 min walk from Victoria Station and in the heart of Manchester. Really nice room with the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Would definitely stay again.

Location is exceptional, for Manchester City centre, and transport to everywhere. Access to beautiful bars and restaurants. Incredible view of old and modern, including Manchester Cathedral!!!

Nothing to dislike about the property, but a smaller apartment this time, and although the view was incredible, the layout of the room wasn’t great. Bed against a window wall, TV in wrong place . Microwave and cutlery drawer to low in kitchen.

Location is great, it's right beside the Arndale Shopping Centre and a short walk from Printworks.

No apps on the TV like Netflix, Prime etc.

Location was excellent for an event we were going to see at the AO Arena, the room was amazing, very clean, we had everything we needed to make a meal if needs be, however there were loads of restaurants next to the apartments.

The air con wasn’t correct but as soon as spoke to receptionist was sorted

The room had everything we needed, the kitchenette was great, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean. The hotel's architecture is stunning!

Loose tap in kitchenette, could do with more places to hang things in the bathroom.

It got a bit noisy some times but that’s not the hotels fault.

Location is fantastic, onsite gym was great and the room had everything needed. I’ll definitely be returning to Roomz for my next visit to Manchester. Nice and quiet, slept well and no issues hearing banging doors or loud noises.

Upon check-in, it seemed the female receptionist was surprised and wasn’t expecting me, was a bit strange although my booking was made months in advance. Room was roasting, the aircon unit didn’t seem to regulate and cool down the room. Hair on the pillow.

Everything was fantastic we loved the place it was lovely and as it was out first stay we would definitely stay again!

Large rooms that are so close to the centre of Manchester. The rooms are well fitted out

Air con didn't work, the cleaner claimed she knew, but nothing had been done about it.

Everything was fantastic! My favorite stay ever. Staff was spectacular, facilities were clean, utilitarian, and comfortable.

24/7 mini market in reception for drinks and snacks Free croissant in morning Excellent location opposite a Metrolink stop. I stayed for Pitbull at Co-op Live, which involves a different tram line - Piccadilly is about 10-15 mins walk. Room was clean and spacious Pleasant staff

Air conditioning didn't seem to work at all - a trickle of air came out the vents, but we had it set to 18 the whole time and the room still sat at 24c which was horrific overnight. Windows seemed to be bolted shut Personal preference but I found the mattress very firm The shower is a fixed type and if you are tall (I am 6'2) you will not fit under and have to duck. I can't knock them on this though as most hotels have this same issue.
