Clean, nice and big rooms

Great location right at the Armadale Centre, a 5 min stroll from Manchester Victoria Station and a tram across from the hotel. Rooms were very well equipped, very spacious and luxurious. Great addition of free coffee and croissants in the morning. Beautiful old building with stunning features including staircases.

We had an issue with our bathroom which was an accessible room and the shower did not drain. Staff and housekeeping were fantastic in getting us moved to another room without an accessible bathroom as we didn’t require it.

The location was perfect for exploring Manchester. The room was great, large with plenty of facilities. Very quiet and comfortable.

The reception staff. The woman who checked us in was rude and off handed. Worst we had during a seven week trip! Made us feel like we were a bother!

Location was fantastic, in the four days of staying, did not use public transport once. Right in the centre. The beds are extremely comfortable as well

Fantastic location directly opposite Arndale shopping centre. We were in Manchester for a concert at the AO Arena, and this was less than a five-minute walk away. The free coffee and croissants in the morning were an unexpected bonus! Great service and great facilities. Spotlessly clean too.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't working when we arrived, and with it being 28 degrees outside and 27 in our room, it was very uncomfortable. But the lovely reception guy immediately upgraded us to a suite at no additional cost. I would have loved recycling facilities in our room - it felt very wrong to throw all rubbish into one bin.

Apartment was a great size and decent location.

Receptionist gave us a key to a room that was already occupied...and waited for us to return rather than come to stop us. Should never have happened in the first place.

The gentelman on the desk could not have been helpfull the electric hobb in our room didnt work he upgraded us to better striaght away

These was our third stay here and a lot of thing are broken both security doors leading to the rooms broken bathroom plugs donot work already looking tired

Layout of the rooms and cleanliness of room and hotel. The courtyard in the corn mill was beautiful with many food options. Great attrition being able to check in early and check out late.

In the center of shopping, dining and convenient to Victoria station. Best of all, when there was a series of steps to manoeuvre on the hallway that my Achilles tendonopathy couldn’t handle, Lia and Catarina stepped up and found me another room which was an upgrade, even walked the hallway to be sure it would work. I would happily stay there again!

It advertised parking but the parking was offsite, should be clearer. I had a mum who walks with a crutch and this was a bit disappointing

Lovely building and great rooms, was very warm when we went so the air con was a blessing!

Only negative if I was to be picky is that we had a flickering light but we just used the lamps instead so wasn’t a problem. Also check out was 11 and the cleaners turned up before 11 which felt a little rushed.

The staff were all so friendly, my room was amazing value for money. The location was also perfect! This was for a birthday trip and the staff were so kind, allowing me a free drink and some complimentary soy milk as I am lactose intolerant.

I can only think of one negative being the noise at night, however I was expecting this so brought ear plugs.

The Roomzzz hotel is situated withing the historic corn exchange building. You get a nice red carpet vibe on entrance to the hotel reception. At reception its nice cosy and you can still see all of the historic marble style walls and wood carved handrails. You do get a pick up and go breakfast area for your grab bags made to look like a historic market stall which is cute and if you want to get something to eat while you wait to get checked in, there is an entrance direct into the corn exchange inner eating ears with hidden bars and restaurants. You can pay a little extra before check-in to get a late checkout and if you want to leave luggage before you check in you can do so as they will airport style tag up your bags and secure them which is great for tourists wanting to come to the city early. Our room was a Grande Studio room facing inwards to the corn exchange, its a huge all in one room with kitchen, oven, dishwasher,hob, fridge with dining table. The bathroom is compact with and over head shower, hand shower toowith plenty of towels, a massive mirror and a frosted door which looks real sexy! The bedroom is a good size with a desk that is situated at the end of the bed. The desk has a big rotatable TV that can be rotated to face a double leather style sofa facing our bed, so you can chill out and watch a little TV, have a glass of wine etc. Around the room there is some decent art, the headboard on the bed is illuminated and has very snazzy padding. The bed was very comfy and noise free and that's the same with the room too, no one can hear you and the room does have air conditioning and if you like to work out, there is also a nice sized gym inside to use too. You also do have a safe, iron, ironing board, microwave and wooden laminated flooring throughout with full blackout curtains. Our room was the Grande Studio with city views, but on booking we was disappointed as our room was facing the air conditioning areas of the corn exchange, paying what we paid for that day, we thought we would have been given what we paid for, we was early checking in and when we asked about the city views the receptionist blemed Booking.com for false advertising which as bad because we checked the main website and it said the same too about the room we originally booked, the pictures looked different too to be honest. Only small issue is that the air conditioning is a little noisy and that we thing guests should be told off for leaving KFC rubbish outside there hotel door as the smell does linger.

The location was great, there is a small kitchen in the room (small hob, oven, fridge etc)

It was in a really great location, however due to the nature of this building, it took a while of walking around the building in a circular manner in order to get to the room. As you’re walking there are multiple doors that you have to open with the keycard in order to navigate through the corridors. This isn’t ideal for someone with mobility issues due to the amount of walking The girl at reception charged us the incorrect amount upon check in and it had to be rectified at check out

The location was fab, stepping out into the exchange centre was lovely! Also so local to the arndale, everything on the door step.

Property was nice and clean, good room to move about and the kitchen was nice and big.

The o my thing I didn’t like was that the air conditioner wasn’t working and it was boiling! Asked a member of staff for help he said they’d send someone to fix it, to only find out later on from another member of staff the whole hotels air conditioning system is down.
