Breakfast was amazing , also restaurant staff . Location was great .

Construction site outside our bedroom window , room change , then room change offered on our return , We were not given the room , on our return , we were promised . We arrived at 2am , so was not in the state of mind to complain. Lack of communication with staff .

Spa is really nice and the massage was excellent.

There was an outdoor renovation taking place on the terrace of the Finlandia Suite, which we were not informed about at the time of booking. This was quite disappointing. Additionally, we found a half-finished bottle of champagne in the fridge upon arrival, which was not appropriate. The phone in the suite was also not working.

Everyone was nice, but it wasn’t the most welcoming hotel stay experience and felt very impersonal.

Breakfast really good and personnel at the breakfast amazing.

Bathroom was super cold, floor was freezing and the shower door leaked water as well as was clonky closing (the soft close was broken). Spa was dated, visible red mould in the steamroom. No staff to offer any refreshments (more sales) or otherwise no where to be found. The spa room temp was cold as well as the poo water. Harsh lighting not really suiting the space. No mood at all. Overall REALLY underwhelming. Something is whong when a 5 star hotel like St.George isn’t as good as an average four star. And when public saunas are more inviting.

The check in was really unfriendly. Also the room was really loud at night… you can hear the next room. The air conditionig makes weired noises and for this price you‘ll find better hotels to stay in.

The location of the hotel is very good. Nearby public transport as well as many museums/attractions. People working at the restaurants were extremely kind and helpful. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel.

The breakfast had quite limited options. There isn't much to do in the hotel which is a real downside. Only a spa which is almost always fully booked. If you're with children, be ready to entertain them yourself.

No coffee machine in the room. We were not warned at the horrendous overcharging in the in house Thai Restaurant. Mediocre food at 168 euros. Was charged $57 euros to simply change the date of our stay. Would warn anybody thinking of booking here that the room is very overpriced- not of value at this price point.

The hotel itself was fine, but our room was freezing cold during the entire day. We complained to the staff who said they would fix it, but nothing appeared to have been done. Needless to say this did nothing for the experience.

The room was really cold and they tried to fix to no avail so we ended up behind given a portable heater. We had to call and request for a kettle which I thought is a standard in rooms.

It’s a little far from the train station, but not terribly.

Design, location, building - all is amazing.

1. Wine glasses in the room were not washed - were full of lipstick and fingerprints. Terrible feeling. 2. Breakfast - egg station was over low quality - eggs royal - worst ever, omelet - not eatable. Pure selection of other options for such a high level place.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful location across from a park. Helpful staff and absolutely delicious breakfast buffet, Thai restaurant and bakery. The food was exceptional. The twin double rooms were ideal for a family of 4. Highly recommend.

The breakfast and service at the breakfast was very good. Rooms are clean and functional.

Crowded spa and requirement to book in advance as well as 45min time limit. Also being asked to do self checkin and checkout is not that common in 5 star hotels.

Love the interior design of the room. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. Great location near to malls and restaurants. The breakfast was good and the restaurant staffs were friendly. Definitely worth to stay here.

Wonderful staff that made us feel welcome after a not so nice experience at Hotel Kämp (concierge personally fetched out luggage from other hotel at no surcharge), rooms are exceptionally clean and feature a nice Nordic modern interior. Stylish lighting system, allowing you to set the mood and control lights perfectly. The in-house breakfast and coffee place (also open to external guests) had great quality items and was reasonably priced. SPA area features steam, sauna and small pool as well as a ice bath - all of which is new and well maintained. Would recommend this hotel as the best one in town (including over Kämp).

Serenity suite was wonderful and very well equipped it’s luxurious bathroom products/ kettle, coffee and teas etc. even a jug for water. Spa was fantastic and staff and service excellent. Location couldn’t be better. Bar is great, with very good drink’s selection. Breakfast also excellent.

The location is good,. In general, clean and okay..

Some of the reception staff were cold and not helpful (with the exception of Anna and one other person). At check-in we had to carry all our heavy luggages to the room by ourselves, no porter helped, no one showed the room. There was no concierge desk. The only lounge of the hotel was rented out for private events so we had no place to sit and spend time at the hotel. They charged us for my husband’s massage appointment that we tried to cancel more than 4 hours before. I on the other hand took my massage and was surprised to have been assigned a male masseur without being told anything in advance. They must’ve at least asked me! Finally, after checkout they tried to charge us extra for a housekeeper’s comment that smoking was made in the room which was absolutely not true.At the time of entry we were told we can smoke in the balcony and there was even an ashtray and my husband only smoked in the balcony once or twice. Never ever inside the room. We were very disappointed by this baseless accusation after our checkout.

Sauna, breakfast, room decor was lovely, location great

As a solo traveler, we often get given the smaller rooms. I felt my room didn’t match the advertised room given it had a smaller internal courtyard facing window rather than a larger external facing own. I was disappointed. I probably could have queried and asked for a room on a higher level with the outward facing window especially as I checked in early.

The plunge pool wasn't available, the breakfast offerings weren't great, and the room was very crowded.

The staff is very polite and friendly. From front desk when checking-in and checking-out, the greek gentleman in the breakfast room and the lovely finish girl in the cafe. The Spa is was good presented and very clean.

Amazing location. The room was very good and whilst not huge was perfect for our stay. The spa was fantastic and I had a hot stone massage treatment which was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious. The bar menu was not very big but the staff were great and accommodated our requests. We didn’t get to try the in house Asian restaurant as it was closed for the summer.
