Breakfast had many options. Staff was friendly. Very complete and well-kept gym. The food was good as well.

For breakfast I missed the option of a cappuccino. Fresh orange juice would also be nice. I missed some weights in the gym (the 6 and 8 kilos) and some resistance bands or Pilates ball would have been great but the gym was already very good. Too bad that the sauna is only available privately and not publicly available but overall a great stay.

Friendly helpful staff, one of the best breakfasts we have found anywhere, spotlessly clean and comfotable bed. And the fika and dinner were an unxpected bonus in an unusual building with a story.

Not a thing.

Hotel is located near the harbour, as well to the city centre. You could walk everywhere. Price included breakfast and dinner, but also fika! Rooms were clean and spaceous enough for playing with the kid. All the staff members we met were happy, open to help. They were fast with fixing things and supporting with all the questions we had. We have been discussing the experience for days now and we are more than happy that we choosed this hotel.

Windows could not been opened. However as our room was towards inner garden, where other quests could smoke, it was good that this smell did not come to our room. So i am not sure how bad thing it is. :D

The location is great, and the atmosphere is truly special, with a historical flair. The room was compact but very comfortable. The meals that were included (breakfast, afternoon snack - which we didn’t get to enjoy unfortunately, and dinner) make this accommodation a very good value for the price

You could see inside the shower cabin from the bedroom, which was a bit odd from an intimacy perspective.

It’s great that breakfast and dinner is included in the price. Breakfast was really good. For dinner, there is one main course for each night + salads and sides in a buffet. Location was rather close to the centre and train station (20 minutes walk).

The breakfast was great; the bedding and the mattress were very high quality and fit for the 5* hotel; we got checked in 30 mins before the official time easily; the shower/WC space albeit small was very well-organized and had nice smelling shampoo, shower gel and body lotion.

The food at dinner was rather plain, on the menu the Sunday's meal was described as "Chef's special" and TBH the said choice was kind of disappointing: the main was school canteen style potatoes with cut sausages. The salads were not impressive too, there was no dessert (on an Easter Day), and the highlight of the dinner was knäckerbrod with cottage cheese.

Great hotel in a good location. The double bed was so comfortable and I loved the bathroom, especially the heated floor. The breakfast was also good.

Everything was great. Breakfast, fika and dinner generous and tasty. The building is an extraordinary example of Finnish architecture of early 20 century.

I would prefer to have bathroom and toilet separated a bit more from the room; at this point it cannot guarantee 100% privacy, but it’s ok in general.

I liked everything, especially the reception staff! Very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a 10/10 didn't need to eat again for the rest of the day. Thank you all so much!

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Amazing value for money with breakfast and dinner included and all meals fantastic. Very helpful staff especially Peter in the restaurant. One of the best stays we have ever had. Sustainable focus excellent also.

The beds were comfortable but was actually two beds pushed together as a single.

The location is excelent and the food was delicious. (I’m a picky eater) the staff was very welcoming, there is a gym and relaxation room which has a massage bed (similar to a massage chair).

There are virtually no closets except a 40 cm wide one with 4 hangers. No place to store your clothes and considering how small are the rooms it can make the stay very uncomfortable if you’re there for more than 2-3 nights. Everything was clean except the bathroom where there was a layer of dust you could pick up with a finger. As we only stayed there for 2 nights and it was contained in one place, we didn’t ask for cleaning, although I’m sure if we had, this would have been solved immediately.

Gorgeous hotel, one of the most beautiful hotels we've been to. Both breakfasts and included dinners were delicious (in particular, the soup of the day and bread selection). The room was comfortable and nice.

Great hotel in the heart of Helsinki with very kind staff. They were flexible and arranged early breakfast for us according to our request. Breakfast and dinner was varied with lots of salads. This hotel is good choice in downtown of Helsinki. The building is very cozi. There is opportunity to book private sauna as well.

There was no prepared drink (water or tee) in private sauna (1 hour), but we could drink cold water in reception after sauna.

I liked the fact that the room didn't have to be cleaned every day. It's just like being at home. The hotel has character, and it's well-located. I didn't even know that dinner was included, so that was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast choices were excellent.

Everything was wonderful! The room was very comfortable, the food was excellent and plentiful (especially dinner), and the staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location is great, within walking distance of many interesting places, and there’s also a nearby tram station that makes it easy and affordable to reach the main station, the airport, or the city center. There’s a supermarket close by for quick snacks. I will definitely be coming back!

It would be great if dinner could be available over a slightly longer time frame, perhaps starting an hour earlier or ending an hour later (instead of only between 6 and 8). Just a small suggestion, not a problem at all.

I love the design and very comfortable rooms for a great price.

The rooms were overheated and I was unable to lower temperature or open a window.

Meals were very good. Nice selection for breakfast. Pleasant atmosphere. Room, though very small, had everything including an adjustable bed. Hotel was extremely quiet.

My only complaint was there was nothing in the lobby for fika. Perhaps I was in the wrong location?

Beds could be more comfortable

Very nice hotel, i liked the style. Good location, and connected well with the downtown.

The rooms are so small, i was alone, but very difficult to move around. No desks in the room if you wanna work from the room. I couldn’t open the window in the room, which i didn’t like. They clean room only per request, i stayed 3 days and no cleaning by the staff unless you require it.

The staff were friendly and helpful, I liked it that both breakfast and dinner were included in the price. The location was great and in the heart of Helsinki
