Established in 1887, Hotel Kämp was once a premier destination for Europe’s aristocracy. Today, the hotel has been renovated and restored to its original form, hosting a diverse array of travelers every year. We LOVED Hotel Kämp for its historical beauty, modern updates and superb staff. The location makes it easy to walk anywhere. the restaurants and bars in the hotel are gorgeous and delicious.

Lovely hotel that is worth the price if seeking a historic, classic hotel & great amenities

Very good business dinner in the Brasserie and meeting only 200 meters from the hotel.
The location is very good.
Most of the staff were good.
The room was quiet and clean.
The food in the Brasserie was good and tasty.
The check-out was quick and professional.
The check-in was a little bit slow to this level of hotel.
The wine selections in the Brasserie were very limited.
I asked for wake-up call to be done by phone, it never came.
A lot of construction is going on around the hotel

Enjoying to stay there, if we visit Helsinki next time, we would stay in Hotel Kamp definitely
Very good breakfast and good location, as hotel location is very good, we can reach most of tourist attractions by foot under nice weather in Helsinki. Really good experience in Helsinki. By the way, upper lounge in Hotel Kamp is very good, we had a nice time there, good food, good service.
Housekeeping should’ve room for improvement. Sometimes forgot to prepare face tower. Most of time , cleaning is done very well, however sometimes cleaning is not up to standard

Overall a beautiful hotel with old-time elegance in a great location.
Excellent location, beautiful flower arrangements, breakfast was delicious, lovely bar and brasserie, bathroom in room was lovely
Staff and overall vibe was sometimes aloof, breakfast was delicious, but always identical (no change from day to day), rooms were a little tired, spa didn’t have any water features

Sublime.
The historical building is impressive. The Ville Valgren Suite is one of the best hotel room I've seen ever. This hotel should be the etalon for 5 star level hotels.
Would have like to stay for a week. There's a hotel spa and Upper Lounge I didn't have time to experience during just a one night stay.

Most enjoyable stay in this beautiful hotel. Fabulous service, comfortable beds and amazing food.
The hotel staff were very accommodating and looked after me and my family very well. The spa area was lovely and I was able to arrange a treatment last minute.
I would of preferred to have a family room instead of interconnecting but it was fine in the end just ended up being very expensive

Fabulous
Good location, nice atmosphere and nice building. Love the area and love the feeling in the area and in Helsinki City center in general. There is something extra that's hard to put in words. The feeling of safety but freedom at the same time as in Europe in general. The European charm and the history mixed with modern. Nice hotel and city indeed.
Not really anything i didn't like. Just that if you're used to 5star hotels especially in Asia the approach in Finland is a bit more casual and not so high class or fancy but that's ok since Finland and Finns itself are very casual and everyone more or less middle-class be it good or bad.
