Really nice

I did not realise that there was no access to a beach

I really enjoyed staying at Rosewood. After the floods I was so exhausted because flights were canceled and delayed. The front office let me check in much earlier, i really appreciate that. Rooms are very clean, in room dining very yummy especially Peking duck)))

I loved almost every thing, but the room was amazing. And people on reception whom we met had been very supportive and friendly. Special thanks to Clarisse. Thank you very much

This is our second stay in Rosewood and everything is amazing at this property. The checkin is very smooth and friendly, the rooms are lovely - very comfortable and the link to the mall is very handy. The breakfast is great value and really good. I would stay here again and it is in a perfect location.

Norhing! I guess I wish there was an opeanable window or balcony but this is the style of the hotel so it is so it is as expected.

The lack of variety of inroom dining for special allergies requests. Nothing complementary, although I booked a suite and arrived very late.. only the coffee, tea, and water were complimentary in the room. One of the reception members told me that the room was booked for the late check out, but I could pay to stay, so I said I won't pay for a shared room. The dining table side was very dark in the living room. There was a bad smell in the room so I bought a small diffuser. Some spots needed cleaning, but the housekeeping took care of it when I called them.

Very pleasant hotel with well decorated rooms. Large choice of top quality restaurants. Great situation, with a nice view on the canal, and close downtown Abu Dhabi

Excellent hospitality, wonderful rooms. Smooth check in and out - very close to Galleria Mall. Bath area really big, and has all the facilities one could ask for. Highly recommended

Breakfast could have been better. Choice wise , and taste wise. However, the excellent hospitality dwarfed all the shortcomings. Really recommended

Excellent hotel, large pool, clean room! The staff is very friendly and they allowed late check-out! Our room overlooked the pool and in the evening it was noisy, but the view was beautiful.

The hotel is more than wonderful. The room is beautiful and the bathroom is also very clean. Their breakfast is also delicious. They have a corridor that takes you to the hospital and to the mall. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Great staff, very welcoming and professional. The room was very clean, had everything needed. Small attention to details, welcome letter, fruits and sweets was really heartwarming. Very good located next to all the restaurants, shopping center and huge hospital.

The phones in the room was poorly working, couldn’t connect to spa, had to go down on the way to make the booking. In Manor club one of the stuff said that lady in shorts is not appropriate, but just before that I asked the reception and they said is totally fine for ladies. I felt really uncomfortable having this comments in the middle of my breakfast.

Just some issue about the casting from device to the Bedroom TV, but other than that, everything else is perfect.

Staff couldn't have been more attentive. The decor and facilities were deserving their 5 star rating. Excellent breakfast range. Close enough to all Abu Dhabi has to over with good taxi service on hand.

As a 5 star hotel the bar and restaurant prices were understandably high, so we ate out for other meals.
