Lovely hotel perfect location staff were great and very helpful

Our room was very warm and there was only a portable air conditioning unit next to the bed which was bulky and in the way also it was very noisy when on so we couldn’t leave it in while sleeping so the room got quite warm

I couldn’t believe how fabulous the hotel and staff were. The breakfast / breakfast area was out of this world and three staff in particular; Orla; Rob and Osborne; couldn’t do enough to assist us. My partner on the trip, David; fell head first down a staircase in the early hours of Tuesday morning. He was released from hospital in a blanket and slipper socks. No taxi would stop for us the way he was dressed. In the early hours of Weds 3rd Sept; I went down to Reception to see if I could get some ice / a cold drink for David; his swelling was coming out and he spent the night having hot and cold sweats. Osborne’s greeted me and when I advised I was hearing impaired; he even signed for me. His knowledge was infinitely better than mine and I need to get my sign language course booked. Nothing was EVER too much trouble to the staff and Osborne even found some apple juice to help cool David down The hotel should be used as a benchmark for others in the hospitality sector and I hope o get to visit Dublin and your amazing team again! x x

Overall it was a nice short stay. Nice and clean room, large bathroom, AC control. Excellent service also in the restaurant.

No parking available. Having personnel entering our room without warning is a big no. This occurred twice and not by cleaning personnel.

Staff are so nice and helpful, I booked the wrong type of room on accident but the woman at reception helped sort it out quick and efficiently. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious and very well kept.

The Tv could do with an update, seeing as the price you pay I would expect the likes of the Tv to be up to date and the chrome cast didn’t work but other then that it was a fantastic stay.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times as a couple and with friends amazing hotel excellent location close to St Stephens green and Grafton street clean ,friendly staff lovely hotel rooms and hotel have enjoyed this hotel everytime that's why I keep returning

I really cannot find anything I didnt like! I travelled with my adult son so it was great to be able to get 2 lovely rooms next door to each other, lunch in the restaurant was excellent, staff were lovely!

The location was fantastic and within walking distance to many sights in Dublin. The front office manager, Brandon was very supportive and efficiently took care of our many requests. He was a professional who made our stay much more enjoyable. The staff at the restaurant were attentive, making sure our coffee/tea was promptly filled and the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices that enabled us to start our day positively. The room was relatively large, clean and quiet which we appreciated.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Staff very friendly & helpful. Extremely clean. Food was great. Cocktails were Yummy.

The only downside was the toilet paper & Tissue paper. It was probably recyclable but I do like white paper.

Rooms bit smaller than expected. Throw on bed definitely had a dubious mark and could have done with cleaning.

3 problems with the air conditioner : When we arrived, it was on = freezing cold As itwas à later added system, the window was kept open : noise from the little street + not environment-frendly It took a lot of spacein the room F

The location is fantastic, the staff were very kind, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was fantastic.

The television didn’t work, it kept losing connection and freezing which was annoying. No dressing gowns or slippers were provided.

Great location - walking distance to most attractions. Loved the outdoor space for dining. Staff was always accommodating.

Room was hot. Had to open windows and the noise from a nearby venue - loud music and voices till midnight.

Location if great for meetings in the center of Dublin. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best Iv'e had in Dublin.

Parking only available offsite but I guess that's most city center hotels.

Central location near St Stephen’s, clean, friendly and good facilities. Reasonable prices for the busy season in Dublin.

Street ambience not ideal, no direct access from hotel to park, expensive in absolute terms though not for Dublin.

The room was very spacious and clean. The shower was very big as well. Breakfast was superb! The staff was very friendly.

The aircon was not working, so it was very hot at night and the windows of the room open very little, so the fresh air wasn´t coming that much.

Excellent staff, especially Rob who checked us in,the location is great in a quiet area but only a short walk to bars restaurants and landmarks,the room was quiet,clean with a comfy bed.would definitely stay again

No a/c in room,that's the only reason I gave it 9 instead of a 10 as the summers are now getting hotter i think they need to invest in a/c

The room was stunning. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff in the hotel were very accommodating and lovely to deal with. We were greeted at reception with lovely smiles and a warm welcome.

Breakfast was a little disappointing we came down 40 minutes before breakfast ended and the staff were reluctant to put out any fresh food or beverages, we had to continuously ask for food and beverages even though it was a continental breakfast. With 20 minutes left of breakfast the staff said we had to finish quick as they were setting up for an event after. It just felt very rushed and unwelcoming.

Although a great hotel I must say the room was too warm. Strange that there was no AC. Also would be great to have a mini fridge in the room.

The location is great, very central and close to the tram stop.

The fact that there was no air conditioning. We got fans though as compensation.

The room was spacious, the bed comfy, and the shower was strong and hot enough. We really enjoyed the breakfast items available and the cocktails in the bar were lovely! Fresh bottled water in the room was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

The air con was quite noisy. The room had a strange smell at times; we were notified that maintenance works were taking place during our stay, so this could have been in relation to that.
