Great location, beautiful hotel, staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Lovely hotel, staff were great from start to finish, helping with a number of queries throughout our stay. Modern, warm and welcoming & a great breakfast reasonably priced at €17 if reserved the night before. Would recommend and would stay there again without hesitation.

Small things you notice after three days - shower was limited to a certain heat that was slightly below what I would have chosen - but really liked the controls being in a very useful position - the tap in the sink was crammed in the corner - awkward for cleaning teeth/splashing face. There were no robes or slippers (not the end of the world but always a nice touch). TV was next to useless - limited choice of channels and some not working and one of the double plug sockets was not working (Room 3114) - the air-conditioning was heating only so you could not cool the room other than turning the control off and opening a window (difficult to manage when very cold outside) - none of this was worthy of a complaint (I did check the heating) but niggled and stopped it being a 5 star review - however best comment I would give is that we would return without hesitation - the above comments are meant constructively.

The cleaness and the location were the highlight for me.

The restaurant and spending the new year there was disappointing, basically they promoted a 5 course dinner and then made a plate with 3 small pieces of dessert count as one...felt wrong

The rooms were spacious by European standards. Bathroom was clean bright and new. Triple room was a plus for our teenager.

Breakfast was a bit expensive if not paid for in advance but still good.

Had dinner one evening, the waiting staff were inexperienced and not well trained. They misunderstood my order, and later attempted to take my plate away while I was still eating.

The only issue was the quality of the Guinness.

We always do an overnighter I the 2erd December in Dublin. We usually stay at the same hotel but this year we decided to change it. This hotel is really lovely. Clean and quiet enough for a city with a great bar. Our room was so spacious and on the 5th floor with a fab view of the Dublin skyline. Bathroom was fab huge shower and luxurious fluffy towels. Lovely staff so friendly

Hot room so so hot 🔥such a pity I had checked and they had air con but it wasn't working a member of staff did cone up to try and get it working but there was nothing he could do. He did offer us a change of room but it was 11am and we were only staying one night, we made the best use of the fan in the room but it was still uncomfortably hot 😔 on looking at other reviews it seems I'm not the only one that has had this problem 😑

The location was super. It’s close to all amenities and a short walk to bars, restaurants, attractions and shopping. The property had beautiful decor, great food and the rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the shower superb.

Bar was nice but the atmosphere was lessened by very loud music which made it impossible to have a conversation. Rooms at front a bit noisy.

fantastic, the staff are accomidating, helpful and friendly. The room was cosy, with everything that you need. The bed was confortable, we slept like the dead!. The location is perfect for all the city attractions

The location was excellent as I was up for a work event, the price was very reasonable especially considering the quality and comfort of the hotel. We had a room at the back of the hotel and it was super quiet. The breakfast was good (the food could have been hotter) and the staff were absolutely lovely.

Location superb, very centrally located, near Grafon Street. Everything very tidy, entrance hall very nice, warm welcome. Double twin room, nicely decorated, size OK but on the small side, beds very narrow, would rather book a queen or king bed nwxt time. Bathroom, all kept in grey, great rainshower, all very new.

Room: washing hands in the bathroom sink, very uncomfortable. A too-small faucet is placed in the corner of the sink - you can hardly get your hands under the faucet without splash. Who has installed this?? Breakfast buffet: everyrhing is included in the breakfast price, but: for an espresso you have to pay extra.

Very central hotel, close to monuments and parks, quiet area although there are clubs nearby. very friendly staff. We were surprised by the hotel, large and very comfortable beds, it's a shame that we did a lot of tourism and enjoyed it little.

Im a little claustraphobic so I asked at reception if they had a bigger room available but if not that was ok because it was a busy Sunday night, but they were so helpful at reception the found me another room, so very grateful to them for this, Thank you
