The overall experience and the front desk staff amazing.

The lookout restaurant for how nice it is supposed to be the restrooms were nasty and the hostess was rude. It was very chaotic.

This was a 4 day staycation for me, I live in the area. It was worth every penny. Just needed a massage parlor on the premises and it would have been pure luxury. Will stay again.

We loved the variety of sitting areas. S'mores on the Mississippi Terrace and bowling at the Fish Bowl.

Liked the property. Wish the restaurants were open earlier and later

The rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. Kid friendly and safe environment.

Couldn't eat at the restaurant up top because it was booked.

Our room was the furthest room away from the entrance to bass pro and there was rooms closer but with booking sites they put them in longest walk for some reason Free breakfast wasn’t that great and the workers for this kept staring at us eating like we was stealing it

All the views and bed was comfortable

Coffee machine in the room wasn't clean also I went to the front desk to let them know the telephone in the room wasn't working I couldn't even order room service I was told by the front desk last night they were sending someone to check on the phone in my room but no one even showed so I had to door dash our dinner which we didn't even get the order until 11 pm

The property was very nice really enjoyed watching the fish for my room .

Didn't do the breakfast. Location wasn't bad. But you could smell outside of the store was pot .

Loved all the attractions at the hotel

We hit traffic and didn’t get to the hotel until 7:00 and found out everything closed at 8:00. The person who checked us in offered no suggestions on what to do or where to grab a bite.

That everything looks authentic.

We stay twice a year. We chose a different room but same cost. Room was smaller and tub was half the size. The balcony had no privacy screen.

Beautiful and nice

Issues with the plumbing. The faucet on the tub was broken causing the floor to flood when trying to run water in tub. And one night there was no hot water to take a shower.

The food at the restaurant in the top of the pyramid was pretty poor and overpriced

Everything was exceptional except for the breakfast buffet.

DO NOT get the breakfast buffet, it’s extremely disappointing for $24 a person it should have been a lot better. The food was cold. It was as nice a breakfast buffet as some Holiday Inn continental breakfasts.

The decorations & the rooms are so nice. LOVE the big tubs. So relaxing.

I loved the rustic ambiance. Shower was great.

There needed to be more seating fore breakfast and better attention could be paid to the coffee bar and eggs.

They didnt have a swimming pool. If they had an indoor swimming pool it would have been GREAT!!!!

Unique experience, the rooms are very luxurious, we had a balcony looking out onto the store and a huge bathtub.

The store closes at 9pm, you can still access the lift and restaurant, this just felt a little limited to me.

I enjoyed sitting on the balcony of my room most of all.

It literally had everything we needed. Restaurants, entertainment, and lodging without having to leave!

The extremely soft pillows and bed. It was just not our liking.

What's not to like? Fabulous hotel in a safe place by the river. Bass Pro was awesome to have available and wander through. The whole theme of the place made you feel like you were on a movie set. Foyer security was provided by Memphis police department, let's hope that's not a bad sign. Very cool hotel! We loved it.

Our beds were a little short for 'doubles' and were squeaky when you moved around. Having no external windows on an internal room was difficult to figure out the time of day - very much like being in a casino. Not a deal breaker but a little odd. The external rooms have windows to the real world!

Beautiful place to stay. The views are great. The staff was great. The bathrooms are wonderful. The drinks at the bar were good.

Breakfast cost extra and it looked like stuff from holiday inn. The bedframes stick out a bit and I ended up hitting my leg. Kids are allowed to run up.and down the halls. Very annoying.

Beautiful decor, excellent location and superb facilities.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist, Memory, was very sweet and patient. She answered all my questions and informed me about hotel’s facilities. She also told me and helped me sign up for hotel’s breakfast buffet! The room was amazing and abundant in stuff like toiletries, snacks, blankets and even robes The lights in the room can be dimmed to your liking The bathroom was spacious. There was a bathtub with jacuzzi as well as a shower My room had a balcony with rocking chairs By getting a room one also get a free pass for the elevator to the lookout at the top of the pyramid

It takes a while to get to some rooms since you have to walk around the pyramid inside walls The restroom in my room had weak light

We didn’t have to leave the hotel…everything was there…we even enjoyed movie night!!!

I didn’t like that we had to pay for breakfast and it wasn’t even good…for the price of the hotel it should’ve been included…OR have someone make omelets for you…only because it was $25.00… we continued our travel, we stayed at another hotel that included free breakfast and made to order omelets.

It’s uniqueness

Our room was a little warm when we first walked into a room. We had brought some bottles of water and some cut up fruit with us and the refrigerator was hot. The door on it would not shut and when we went to go to sleep, one of our beds was missing the duvet, that goes inside of the cover and one of the sinks in the bathroom when you cut on the hot water on water there was water dripping out from under the of the cold side faucet and the light in the makeup mirror did not work, but I was still able to use it. For $500 a night all the rooms should be checked out before signing off that it’s ready your guest. Overall we loved our experience very cool place to stay. Pretty much the only thing my husband complained about was how far it was to walk to our room once we got off the elevator, all of the staff was very pleasant and our room was very clean just had the few issues within our room. We are not drinkers per se. It was nice to have the bar on the same floor as we were staying on. We love the bartender we had Saturday night. She kept us entertained. My Husband got one beer and I really didn’t know what I wanted to order just told her I would like something with Malibu and she said I got your back. I’ll fix you something really good and she did we enjoyed her company very much, and some of the other couples that sat near us as well. We love setting out on the balcony looking into Bass Pros store & watching the elevator going up & down and seeing the fish & . Cool experience riding the elevator to the top of the pyramid we got up there right as the sun was setting the veiw was so beautiful.
