Located nearly a kilometer away from the main city center of Memphis, the venue is one of the best stays for tourists. Generally not bad, but higher priced, maybe due to a local event?
Directly downtown, just minutes to Baele St, Main St or Mississippi Banks. Good bed, spacy room and shower, baggage drawer. Fridge avalable.
One elevator, very slow, in peak times need a lot of patience.
Bar closes at 7pm.
Climate in room good power, but apparently with some time schedules, so must be repeatedly adjusted...

Beautiful spot in a great location.
We had a beautiful, large corner room, looking out onto Second and Madison. Comfortable king bed, nice linens. Beautiful shower too.
I think quite a bit of effort has gone into soundproofing for the outside noises but Memphis has a very noisy downtown with muscle cars and motorcycles revving motors and racing around. This is not a Hotel Napoleon problem, it’s a downtown problem.

Very nice staff, very cool and interesting building, and great location.
The parking is a little confusing. Had to use the garage next door and it wasn't user friendly.

The hotel served its purpose. The staff was really nice.
Mainly the location because it was downtown which made it easy to navigate to other areas fairly quick.
Parking and there was no real ventilation in the room. There was a weird smell coming from the vents when the heat was turned on.

Excellent service. Your staff were outstanding. Especially Timothy who went the extra mile when we arrived as a last minute booking late at night. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay very memorable, including the kind lady who arranged a lovely bottle of fizz for my birthday. I would highly recommend your hotel. Thank you.

Bad
The rooms were ok. There was a good amount of room to walk around and relax. The manager was out of town but she contacted me and helped with a resolution.
It was not clean. There was mold, stains on the walls, hair all over the bathroom wall, one of the towels were laid strange and had a dirty mark on it and there was a bottle cap in the bed frame. There were more issues that I took pictures of.

Fabulous boutique hotel with great rooms and staff close to Fownton and Beale Street.
Efficient. Clean. Very quiet. Nice big room and spacious modern bath. Good spot to walk to Beale Street. Good parking next door.
There are lots of empty buildings around, which has nothing to do with this property, but I hope there’s more reinvestment like this!
