I specifically filtered for hotels with parking. This hotel does not have parking.

Location convenient. Bathroom nice. Room comfortable.

1. Front desk difficult to engage, avoided me one of the two times I approached (gave up after 10 minute wait, while they held phone to ear). 2. Staff (including front desk person) parked in the loading zone, with no hazards on, causing us to haul bags and dresses a block away, where theft risk is high. All this after paying $17 to park in unconnected garage, then being unable to pull to curb for loading. 3. Offered coffee and a cupcake and called it free breakfast. Cafe closed on our Sunday for public dining only.

The bar and restaurant were not ever open the entire two nights we stayed. The rooms are small and dimly lit The front desk worker was very hard to understand. Broken English

The room we stayed in had cracked tiles around the bath and nowhere to hand a towel/dressing gown etc, when we arrived ( party of 6) 2 couples had to request the bedding to be changed as it wasn't clean, 1 room wasn't ready at check in time and were advised to go next door to the cafe for coffee, no voucher offered! we were advised we could park in the carpark next door as we didn't have an American phone number we could not use the app, the reception staff advised we could park on the road for free as its was the weekend this was NOT correct, so please check before parking.

Great location for starters. The property is very nicely appointed and designed. The lobby restaurant was also very good. Wish they had a lobby coffee service, otherwise, we enjoyed the visit and will return.

We did not eat breakfast and I thought the location was very nice.

The first thing I seen when I walked in the room is that the bed railing on the side looked worn. And a little more wear around things such as windows.

Room was fine.

No food options. Restaurant was not open in the morning. Homeless people outside.

Beds were comfortable. Staff were nice.

Toilet clogged. Curtain off the track and would not close properly. Hidden fee with “deposit”. Poor water pressure. Refridgerator did not get cold.

The room was large and very comfortable. There was a desk and big TV. The bathroom was huge. Good water pressure and hot water. I liked the design of the historic building. The interior decorating is hip and vibrant. The staff was super nice and helpful. The attached restaurant had good cocktails and appetizers.

We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was really good, and the service was fantastic, but they gave us tiny paper napkins, and we were eating $62 lobster and deviled eggs with caviar. That was weird.

The lobby and restaurant upgrades were nice. Location to nearest attractions was super convenient. Ample street parking + garage.

The room’s sound quality. We could hear our neighbors and hall traffic throughout the entire night. Also, so much wear and tear… Especially in the bathroom: several scuffs, no shower door but could def tell there used to be one there, chipped drywall, dirty windows.

My stay was more than I could have asked for! Every request was met with pleasure! I'd stayed at Hotel Napoleon once before in celebration of my Anniversary in 2022. It's been 2 years & I was worried that the hotel & service may have declined. However, what I found was a more streamlined experience - Before, During & After the stay! The entire experience exceeded every expectation & pre notion that I had before my stay! Hotel Napoleon is my go-to hotel when in need of a Memphis hotel! Thanks Hotel Napoleon! PS. John, YOU ROCK!

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The staff is nice. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant in the lobby, they were all hospitable. Liked the look and feel of the hotel also.

Traveling with kids, we booked one of their nicer suites. What sucked was being told at the check-in that all of their suites are in the basement. Yes. Basement. We got into the elevator in the lobby and went down to get to our suite, past their laundry/cleaning facility and all that crap smdh. Basically we stayed underground at an old hotel and paid the premium for it. And that really sucked.

Great location for the Memphis St. Jude Marathon.

Excellent service. Your staff were outstanding. Especially Timothy who went the extra mile when we arrived as a last minute booking late at night. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay very memorable, including the kind lady who arranged a lovely bottle of fizz for my birthday. I would highly recommend your hotel. Thank you.

Though the hotel was under construction at the time this is a beautiful hotel. I love the chic style.

Whilst the hotel is nice, it doesn’t seem finished. Eg the bathroom door continued to slide open when closed. And there are empty walls (no art) and wires showing in the lobby. We had issues with the car parking - and it took forever to get the right contact number, for then not to be able to use the hotel phone from the room to make a call. Finally, our room didn’t get serviced for our stay over - apparently you have to request this. As seasoned travellers this was news to us. Whilst the staff were polite and keen to help, it just didn’t move quickly.

The property was clean and I felt safe. The price was reasonable as well.

The parking paid garage. It was hard to get in and out of.

Was told we were being charged additional fees that we could not decline but would include beverages in the bar lounge area but the area was so busy we could not get anyone to take our drink orders even after they acknowledged we were there.

We loved the entire property. It was beautiful!

The mattresses are like a rock, and neither of us slept. Heard road noise all night long.

Customer service, including the text service, was great. Everyone was polite and accommodating. The room was freshly cleaned and sanitized, and the bed was comfortable. Also, enjoyed the little complimentary items in the lobby.

The only weird thing we weren't happy with was the lack of room service. One would think it'd be a given considering the restaurant is in the same building and that it's one of the best and most expensive hotels in Memphis.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown and a close walk to Beale Street. The Peabody ducks were just down the street. Unfortunately the Main Street trolley wasn't running while we were there. It would have made getting around even easier. Complimentary wine was very welcoming as we came "home" tired at the end of the day. Desk staff were wonderful.

The on-site restaurant was handy, but with limited offerings.

Location was good. Hotel was clean. The asst GM and GM were very helpful. A place we felt safe to be.

The chk in process, (admittedly late in the eve), was difficult. Several aspects of room needed maintenance, (sink taps leaked & door lock didn't work). We were offered another room but not to same spec. No windows to open & so no fresh air to circulate - air con v cold. Although senior staff on the ball, other members lacking i.e. didn't know how to order a taxi or local info. A safe & clean place to sleep rather than a hotel with full facilities.

The hotel was really nice I loved that they kept the character of the old building. The rooms were big and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Location was walking distance to Beale street.

Needed a quick stop while traveling from TX to VA. I just pulled it up and booked it. I was hoping for a place near good food but really didn't have the time to look. All is all -- it met the need at the moment.

Excellent front office service by Rocky who was extremely helpful - rooms are a good size and located about 600m from Beale St
