That I had to pay $57 to park in the hotel parking garage, I think it should be free as a guest at the hotel.

Location is excellent. Some employees made efforts to accommodate for the room wait.

Waiting for the room to be ready because they used resources to shampoo the carpets. Is the week of Thanksgiving the best time to do this and make people wait to check in?

Good location, friendly staff. It was pricey but you are minutes from all the major attractions of Nashville. Rooms are huge and plenty of storage space.

There are only 2 elevators for the whole building and lines built up regular. Of course there’s nothing that can be done about this but just a little inconvenience.

2 shades on window! Convenient parking and access to hotel! Fantastic shower! Comfy bed! Very convenient location.

The only thing was there was no changing room or showersat the pool but it was ok, we just went back to our rooms to change and shower.

The hotel was walking distance to everything we did except the Grand Ole Opry. We had a view from our room of the roof pool next store..bonus! The breakfast was good and all the staff friendly. The music Saturday night in the bar was a nice treat. Thanks.

My suggestion would be to train the staff to be able to give better directions. The bar/restuarant had unusual/nonposted hours and seemed to be out of many things. Post the hours and train the staff to be more helpful and friendly.

The location was excellent, close enough to Broadway but far enough away so it wasn’t noisy. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Check in was 4 pm and we couldn’t check in earlier unless we paid a fee. We’d already paid a significant amount of money for 5 nights so we were not keen to pay more. We arrived at midday and had to wait around until 4 pm. This was the final leg of a 4 week USA holiday and every other hotel allowed us to check in early without an additional fee provided the room was ready.

Rooms changed to 2 queen beds rather than a king and sofa bed in each room. Rooms connected. Convenient location. Free coffee in the restaurant in the morning.

Location was convenient (walking) to Ryman Auditorium, points of interest and airport (easy in/out w/out driving through the busy areas of the city). Just far enough from the bar zone to be quiet for sleeping. Bed was comfortable.

The property was in a great location and it was in great condition.

There was some type of construction going on the morning we checked out. It was very noisy and the sidewalk was partially obstructed.

didn’t have the best view and had some issues at check in for not allowing me to prepay my room and then i kept getting random charges to my card throughout the stay

The location was the best you could get. Ate at the Pancake Pantry everyday right across the street. Very comfortable and quiet, I slept like a baby.

My only issue that I had was checking in. I kept going to the hotel to see if my room was ready. Around 330pm I went back and still wasn't ready. I waited until 4pm which is check in time and the girl said I had 3 people in front of me waiting for a king room.She offered me a high floorTwo queen bed upgrade, which I took. When I got to the room, I was looking at the inside of other buildings.I do not consider that an upgrade. If the policy is 4pm check in, then I believe the room should be ready for the customer.

The location to the Ascend Amphitheater was so perfect. The room was excellent and clean. The staff was friendly and had answers to all my questions.

The down comforter on the beds were a nice touch. I loved the breakfast and the two water bottles that were handed out to use each day. Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were friendly.

The sliding door to the bathroom sometimes came unlocked.

Room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great.
