Room was good. Only negative was the cost to park. Never had to drive the whole stay. Everything in walking distance.

Free Breakfast is amazing, the staff is so friendly and caring. We stayed for a week, went to Florida for two weeks, came back and stayed two nights to break up drive back to Wisconsin and they all recognized us right away! Love the location, we could walk everywhere we needed to go!

I wish the cost wasn't so high, but we feel its okay because of all the positives.

Loved evening except the cost. But the bed was very comfortable and facilities in our room excellent.

The person who checked me in Cristian I think his name was he was a bit rude like I was inconveniencing him. The breakfast wasn’t not nice tasting at all.

Everything was great! Especially the bed and bathroom shower. The breakfast bar was amazing.

Parking fees are too much and if I’m staying in the hotel it offends me to be charged to park in their garage.

Very Clean Hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet.

Breakfast wasn’t good. The French toast was so hard I couldn’t cut it even with a knife. The juice was watered down. The fruit was frozen and mushy. It was disappointing.

The location of this hotel is fantastic—just a short walk to Broadway and a quick Uber ride to the Gulch and other popular areas. Everything was spotless and felt fresh. Plus, the elevators were impressively fast, which is a nice change from the slow elevators I’ve experienced at other hotels in Nashville. The bed was very comfortable.

I was disappointed by the request to pay a fee for checking in just an hour early, especially since my room was already ready. As someone who travels frequently, I’ve never encountered that before, and it felt unreasonable given the cost of my 5-day stay. The breakfast was fine but nothing special. Additionally, our room faced the street, and the noise was quite disruptive—cars revving their engines throughout the night and frequent sirens made it challenging to get a good night’s sleep.

The location was great.

The hours for lunch hours. The pool wasn't open. Claiming that it was under maintenance but didn't see anybody working on it.

Parking is terrible. The parking spaces are tiny and almost no where to park. Once you park there is barely enough room to open your doors to get your suitcase out.

Construction on the back side of the building. Avoid there as noise starts at 7 am. Also the gym was very steamy as it was by the pool. Very limited useful weights. All too large. 10lb missing

I loved being a Hyatt member - we got 2 bottles of complimentary water each day! So it was nice to grab & go before we started our walk around town

The thermostat was broken in our room. They attempted to fix it twice, but it couldn't be fixed. They never offered to relocate us until I finally asked to be moved to a different room. We were exhausted from a long travel day.

We went green, no housekeeping during our stay but asked the front desk for clean towels and we never got them. I had to find someone in housekeeping. The phone in the room didn’t work to call the front desk.

I booked here last min due to the hotel I initially had booked for my stay was discusting. They got me right into a room here even tho it was last min and I was early and the staff was so pleasant and helpful! 10/10 recommend! :)

The room was large with a lovely seating area and extremely comfortable bed. The shower was large and lots of clean white towels. Good toiletries. The view was fabulous and location very good as close, walking distance to the main areas. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast room and all of the reception and lounge areas were very cold. This meant we couldn't sit there and eat an evening meal or just enjoy sitting in the lovely lounge area. The breakfast was only adequate. There was a lack of choice and variety. We stayed for 6 nights so we're aware of it. Seemed to run out of food. On a couple of occasions we asked for something to be replaced, milk for example, but they said there was no more. But then on one occasion did replace it. At times, on the weekend, there was not enough seating for everyone. Often there was no ceramic mugs only paper cups and sometimes plastic knives and forks and polystyrene plates. They just didn't seem to have enough of anything really.
