The hotel feels 5 stars, the staff is well trained to prioritize guest experience. Also there are two parts of the hotel, connected with a buggy service, so you can get benefit of both. A few nice spots to sit for a drink with a nice view.

Everything was amazing. Just one thing - there was noisy ventilation system launched at night near our bedroom, while we asked for a quiet room. They switched it off upon our request in the morning.

Amazing property with excellent service. Would give it 10/10 and stay in a heartbeat. We were upgraded to the residences part (no kids) but just top notch. Couldn’t fault it.

The low rise resort style accommodation with lots of F&B and pool options. Also the sea was great for Dubai standards. Breakfast rich. Personnel very friendly and helpful.

Overall hard to access with pram: too many steps here and there, especially to get to the breakfast area. For small kids, clearly better Arabian court. Not that many options in terms of restaurants. Often very slow to pick up phone when we needed help from reception.

It was like staying in a mini oasis in the middle of the craziness of Dubai. We loved coming back to the hotel everyday. Calm, peaceful everyone was super polite.

The mattress sloped! And the door keys never worked very well but other than that, it was all fantastic.

Specifically booked The Residence for the quieter atmosphere, whilst still enjoying access to the whole resort. I like the 1 Km length of the private beach and the easy going lunch options. Family time at breakfast is the perfect start to the day (after the gym). Loved the quiet rooms and garden access as well as the perfect pool at The Residence. All the team was brilliant. Water bottles in the bedrooms are abundant - they place great importance on your hydration! Room amenities are excellent and sensible as they want to make sure everything is taken care of whilst being as sensible about the environment as possible.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. Otherwise we would not keep going back! If I can think of anything, I guess it would be nice to have larger slippers (the larger ones are just size 42)

This hotel could easily be added to TOP 3 of the most beautiful hotels in my life! And I’ve travelled a lot. Enjoyed every single second of my stay here. And the staff were so kind and thoughtful.

Old style, low rise with lovely staff. Great beach and rooms bigger than expected (and the mini bar more reasonable than expected!)

Sadly now surrounded by high rise and ongoing DXB expansion. We were driving and the roads are, as always, crazy.

Breakfast at Olivia was standard, but the breakfast at the restaurant on the bottom floor (don't remember the name, Splendid?) was excellent.

The hamman was the highlight experience of our stay! Nice restaurant options in a beautiful setting - both the gardens and the beach are beautiful. The best staycation plan!

Top notch facilities and staff. The grounds are spectacular. Staff go the extra mile.

Some Restaurants too expensive for the choice. Like the buffet from Olive. Buffet mediocre compared to the price.

Everything was absolutely amazing - team at the reception was very kind and assigned us an incredibly beautiful room that had everything and more for a relaxed and comfortable holiday. Everyone was very kind and attentive, there was not a moment where there was no one around to guide us, whatever and whenever you need is there for you. Territory of the resort is breathtaking and quite big so buggies come handy to move around, plus it’s fun! If you are looking for an oasis to hide in a concrete jungle, this is definitely the place! Great breakfast choices, beautiful pools, huge quiet beach, lots of restaurants and activities available.

We've been coming to the Residence & Spa for many years and we still love it for its feeling of exclusivity and tranquility. The gardens and pool are beautiful. Breakfasts are always a highlight as is the Asian fusion restaurant Eauzone.

We didn't enjoy our dinner at the Moroccan restaurant Tagine at the Palace. It was not up to the standard we expect from O&O.

Incredible staff. Gave us a memorable experience. Upgraded us to a suite without asking. Stunning property. Great vegetarian food. Accommodating to dietary needs. All in all, great experience.

The best hotel I've stayed in in Dubai. A dreamlike experience. The place is exceptionally beautiful and stunning. The staff are friendly and attentive. The restaurants are amazing, the private beach is calm and clean. The Royal Suite gives you a truly royal experience.

We lived at the palace. At arrival we got an upgrade and the staff made us feel special thru the whole stay. Very helpful staff, nice area, beautiful beach and a nice breakfast. Easy access around the Dubai.

I loved the breakfast but I wished it was more diverisified.

Nice garden, nice design (stayed at Arabian Court), beautiful breakfast restaurant design, very nice and helpful staff, very welcoming and wonderful.

Was overall not as special as I expected. Pool not as nice as expected - the pool that is advertised is for Residence guests only, so that was a bit misleading.

Excellent staff, room, breakfast and pool! 5 star facilities. Coffee was awesome too!

Maybe would not do half board as a lot of additional charges and limited flexibility if you are unable to make a dinner

We stayed at the Arabian court Hotel in the Royal mirage, our room was great, with picturesque views from the balcony area. the room is very spacious with a very nicely fitted out bathroom. the amenities in the room is also well thought out and amazing. The one and only Royal mirage exceeded our expectations, from the breakfast. We ate at the rotisserie buffet breakfast, with the quality of the breakfast was 5 stars and the variety was also amazing. We were allowed to also eat breakfast at the other hotels on the resort like the palace, but we were more than happy with the rotisserie breakfast area. the amenities that hotel provides is also amazing. from pool tables, to table tennis courts, to your own private entrance to the beach and a state of the art pool area for families and adults. the hotel provides free towels and water on the beach and the pool area. There is also a bars, restaurants, shish lounge, a spa, and a activity concierge to organise experiences and adventures around Dubai (dessert safari, quad biking, boat trips, sky diving, etc). The facilities are amazing, we utilised the free aqua venture park complimentary tickets for day access, I highly recommend getting an aqua express pass internally to jump questions, or expect to wait 2 hours for rides.

The hotel was amazing, clean, relaxed atmosphere. The service was unmatched. Nothing was ever too much for the staff. The swimming pool area was so relaxed and a great place to spend the day at. The restaurants had great food selections at reasonable prices, too. Can't wait to go back.

The property itself was absolutely stunning. The staff were very polite and helpful, particularly the concierge team at the front of house! The spa which we made good use of, whilst expensive, was very much worth the price we paid. What an amazing experience and facilities were immaculate.

The buffet breakfast was ok but lacked the personalised attention we felt we had received at other hotels of lesser calibre than the One&Only. We had to call attention for coffee and tea, and the coffee once we did receive it was really under-par and egg orders were wrong though we never corrected and we did not want to make staff feel badly! This unfortunately let down our impressions of the hotel.

We stayed in Palace area. Excellent service, nice welcome with flowers, a cake and a prosecco for our anniversary, very good breakfast, amenities also for adults only (12 up,16 up), any of our requests has been fullfiled asap. The hotel is an old lady, but still having old times quality. Nice swimming pool for adults. Unfortunately not a place for sea swimming, it is in middle of Dubai development, however in the well kept garden. The sandy beach is nice and clean, service on the beach is also very good, free cold drinking water, fresh fruits serving in the afternoon. We will be back.
