One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel, Dubai

We stayed at the Residences. We loved the exclusivity, personalized service and the peace and quiet.

The hotel is amazing, everything is great from arrival to departure.

The rooms at the palace are a bit dated. There should be a proper coffee machine instead of the kettle and nescafe sachets.

Great location and the staff were very helpful, specially during the check in.

Perfect location with the best beach in Dubai. Great view of Marina skyline. Large pool and a lot of sunbeds, I never had to wait for them. Breakfast is amazing, there is a lot to try. During our stay we also got complimentary afternoon tea with snacks and drinks. Big thank you to the staff, they are always ready to help. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and it was amazing that we got flowers and cake. I don’t remember the name of the staff who helped with it (Joan?) but again thank you.

The hotel is Very clean, exceptional service and hospitality. the staff are very friendly welcoming us and smiling all the time. I stayed at the palace, the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Food is very delicious in room dine and breakfast buffet. The buffet food is fresh and of wide selection service is great and the decoration is very cozy and classy. A very quiet and calm hotel. It’s a reel 5 star hotel My family and I loved our stay at this hotel And hopefully will visit again.

The traditional Arabic toilet which is lacking the modern bidet. The room doors are not soundproof.

The packaged water park access was poorly designed and didn’t give the experience of a 5-star resort

It is the perfect location for a staycation or romantic getaway. The room was quite spacious. The staff kindly upgraded us to a Suite as we celebrated our anniversary. We stayed in the Residence part of the resort which was a quiet private area with a private pool for the guests staying in Residence. We received a complimentary massage also. Overall the resort exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful stay there.

I travel all over the world and for me this is definitely one of the best hotels in the world!

Great location. Grounds immaculate, attention to detail and service above and beyond.

Sea not blue like it use to be with the new island construction opposite but not the hotels fault. Pool still our favourite!

We stayed in The Residence, which was private and quiet as it was the adult only error. Loved the green gardens and surrounding area.

As guests of the hotel it would be better if we were offered complimentary sun loungers at drift. We had to pay full price for the cabana as only sun loungers were discounted.

This was my second visit to O&O Royal Mirage and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The staff friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool large with plenty of sun loungers to relax and enjoy the Arabian sun. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There was also complimentary afternoon tea and sunset drinks which was a nice touch. Drift Beach Club and Arabian Courtyard wonderful places for breakfast and dinner. Thank you O&O - we will see you again!

Absolutely incredible hotel in every way possible. Best service, facilities and restaurants I’ve experienced in any hotel I have ever visited. Could not recommend this place any more.

The whole working employees, very welcoming, the rooms are big and very clean, recommended for everyone to stay at this hotel!

No food service at pool, which is complicated for families with kids to wear and go inside restaurent with AC on The breakfast area inside, is small if you want a table u have to wait, which for the price u pay does not make sense

The staff were amazing. They are the main reason for us to go back to this hotel. Prisca,Yohan and Amal made our stay extra special.
