My favorite place in Dubai, Location is perfect, room is spacious, staff were really nice and friendly

Hot water takes long time to get hot, GYM is so small with few machines, try advised it’s getting renovated in another floor

Have stayed there multiple times before. An excellent experience as always

The rooms are spacious, even the superior, and clean. The beds are comfy as well. You feel the luxury in every corner in the roomBeing a door away from the Mall of the Emirates, it’s a step away from cinema and shopping. The staff is very helpful and informative.

The electric point next to the bed are broken so it’s hard to charge the phone it needs to be upgraded, had to disconnect the hair dryer to put the phone on charge.

Gym is poor for a hotel of such size and quality shower space in room is very small size - not designed well.

Exceptional location. Great access to Mall of Emirates and activities for the whole family. The attached mall offers incredible eating and entertainment options. The food at the hotel itself is fabulous. The breakfast buffet a huge highlight. Nothing was a problem for the team at the hotel. Concierge assisted with amusement park bookings and onward flights. Moses in food and beverage was a delight, highly professional and made us feel like we were celebrities! Cannot recommend highly enough for families or even solo travellers

I wish the pool was open a little later at night. Due to the day time heat we were not able to swim as much as we would have liked.

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski Hotel, Mall of the Emirates, for a staycation to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is connected to the Mall of the Emirates and conveniently located next to Ski Dubai, where we spent an entire day having fun. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. At check-in, I mentioned we were there to celebrate my son's birthday. Fatima, the reception ambassador, went above and beyond by arranging a delightful surprise with cakes and balloons in our room. When we returned from Ski Dubai, my son was overjoyed to see the surprise, which made the day even more memorable. The room was thoughtfully designed with guests' comfort in mind, which added a special touch to our stay. This was our first time at the Kempinski, Mall of the Emirates, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment, creating unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to return for another stay.

This is an amazing place to stay with all the bells and whistles! Very tastily decorated, with probably one of the best bedroom layouts I have stayed in (For this price). The Hotel exudes class and the beds are so comfortable! Hard to find fault in anything. The location is amazing as connected to Emirates Mall!

Only at a push, the only thing we didn't like was the gym, and its location to the pool. We are avid gym fans and like to swim afterwards. The Gym was small and had no windows, out of character to the rest of the Hotel.

Great stay, staff very welcoming and attentive.

A bit pricey

Room,hotel facilities & location were excellent.

Upon arrival, our booking was not on the system as alleged by the lady at reception. Fortunately, I had a hard copy of my booking & I presented same to her. Welcome process was non existent. I had during my stay, the hotel chauffeur service from the hotel to the airport, once again the lady at the reception had no knowledge whatsoever. I then engaged one of the senior person, he verified all transport arrangements were in order. Incidentally, it was the same staff member at the reception both on our arrival & our departure.
