Luggage service was not good, they've lost my Luggage for a while, and when about to check out no one came to help with the Luggage

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Everything was well organized and made my stay smooth and relaxing. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

The Staff went above and beyond for us and were very thoughtful and kind as I was injured, giving us a great room close to lifts

Had lounge access and took breakfast at level 2, where there was made-to-order options and afternoon tea / pre-dinner at level 11. There were diverse offerings including Indian (3 main courses which didn’t change over the 7 days of stay - it is my only wish they had changed a bit) and the quality of food was excellent, especially Dosas, Waffles, Pan cakes, and French toasts

Rooms are due for renovation after almost 10 years though all are functional and nearly perfect.

This was an excellent experience and the hotel and staff were truly fantastic. The only downside was the smell in the room coming form the airconditioning.

Very good location , the mall is connected so there are activities close by. The breakfast is good yet maybe adding more variety as every day it’s the same or almost the same

Not activities for children inside the hotel which makes it not very children friendly. For couples it’s perfect

The hotel’s location is exceptional, and I was very impressed by the recent renovations, especially in the restaurants—the variety, design, and overall ambiance were excellent. The newly renovated pool was also a great improvement. Most importantly, the level of service was outstanding; the staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive, exceeding expectations.

The location connected to Mall of Emirates, the friendly supportive pleasant staff, the breakfast delicious with big variety options, the cleanliness and quietness of the rooms, and offcourse the ladies in red accommodation special occasions needs. Seem like I feel compelled to revisit this hotels. This is my 2nd stay and review. Last visit was a year ago.

I must say that I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have ever experienced, by a significant margin compared to others worldwide. The value for money is outstanding. The rooms are impeccably clean, the service is flawless, professional, and genuinely kind, and the breakfast is absolutely exceptional. The gym is of the highest standard I have ever encountered. In short — perfect, perfect, perfect.

This property is nice and located very well it’s much more of business come meeting kinda of hotel. With great convenience of a mall just steps away from you

The beds were not at all comfortable including the pillows they are not good for health at all

This is not our first stay at this Hotel ….we love it and we continue to stay there whenever possible. Breakfast personnel are extremely courteous and accommodating. Gabal, Hani, Moses & Salma were constantly exceeding our expectations in customer service and attention.

We preferred the breakfast hall and bakery offering on the first floor compared to the current Aspen Ground Floor breakfast…but that’s just our opinion.

The room itself was magnificent: luxurious, thoughtfully designed, with impeccable cleanliness and outstanding housekeeping quality. We would highly recommend future guests not to miss the opportunity to enjoy access to the Executive Lounge. Afternoon tea and evening canapés are not just a pleasant bonus, but a refined and well-curated experience. Breakfasts in the lounge deserve special praise as well — refined, high-quality cuisine served in a calm and elegant atmosphere. With special warmth, we would like to commend the lounge team, and especially Haitham, for his attentive and genuinely caring attitude. It is employees like him who make you feel not just like a guest, but truly welcomed and valued. We would be delighted to return to this hotel and can confidently recommend it to those who appreciate comfort, outstanding service, and a genuine sense of care.
