Location, location, location, makes Kempinski MOE 11 out of 10 stars ⭐️ for me. What did/do I like…too many reasons I can’t even begin, but will try. The attention to detail starting with reception and their professionalism, even though I booked through booking v/s directly (a special welcome back gift was sent to my room) which was so very welcoming to receive and it had been 3 years since my last visit. The recent renovations are absolutely Amazing (especially the New Gym that is like none other that I have ever seen) and the renovated Pool is beautifully done. Always so happy to see some of the same friendly faces working there after almost a decade. This by far is one of the best hotel chains I have ever stayed at worldwide. I have stayed at many….however the professionalism and exceptional management goes far and above at this location being so close to Jumeirah Beach, Marina area and the view of the Burj especially at sunset and at night. This location will always have my heart.

Good location with straight access to Mall of the Emirates, service is faultless, polite, and professional, this is really what makes you want to go back for more... it may not be the most high-end luxurious hotel in Dubai, but it still delivers the magic, thanks to their attentive staff... a perfect option for a week of Dubai discovery...

No apology/compensation offered for making us stand hours in the lobby in our pj's during a false fire alarm alert...

Location, rooms, and facilities — everything was perfect! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything I needed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-designed. The facilities were fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Overall, a perfect stay — highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean. The staff was exceptional including room service. The swimming pool was great. The location connected to the Mall of Emirates was fantastic. The check in and check out process was simple. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

The pricing is still high and hope this can be more affordable. Can't think of anything else. Fantastic stay for the entire family.

A great experience this was my second stay. The Housekeeping staff I didnt get to meet them in person but they were absolutely just amazing people they just did wonderful job everyday were very very detailed in ensuring that our stay was comfortable and great. So they deserve all the praise. Once again thank you to Muhammad at the receiption remembered me from our last stay and went on to give us a room with great view. We had a small incident with the security but the Supervisor of the Hotel - Mr. Hazem was absolutely great at addressing our concern and went extra mile to ensure we were satisified with our stay. Thanks for the late check-out and airport Taxi from the hotel. Mr Ali the security staff also did take our concern seriously and sympathized with us and did take our feedback seriously. Over the whole staff is very very polite and helpful hands-on at the breakfast and room service. The location is just amazing inside the MOE. You feel the privilage and the handfree shopping experience is just the best thing you can get. You can drop all your shopping at the Hands free kisok throughout the MOE and they get it send directly to your room no limits and completely free.

The room were very spacious and facilities were excellent. Location was excellent attached to mall. BESTEST thing was that they let us have early check-in free of cost and hassle free. Normally hotels don’t allow. All instructions were followed. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Extremely pleased

Classic charm with a touch of luxury. Some rooms are well maintained, service is good, and direct access to Mall of the Emirates makes shopping & dining very convenient. Special thanks to Manager Majdi for being wise, respectful, and extremely helpful.

Hotel is a bit old, and certain rooms show signs of wear & tear needing attention. Small improvements could lift the overall experience further.

The proximity to the Mall of the Emirates, the restaurants, a beautiful gym and Spa. It is a beautiful Hotel. The staff were very polite and continued to check on us to make sure that we were happy and comfortable.

1. I feel that guests staying at the Hotel should at least be offered one free massage during their stay, or an option of a discounted service. If the gym is free, then why not the Spa, particularly because the Spa prices are quite expensive. 2. The shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo are too small. I have travelled to other hotels of similar standards and they have larger bottles in their bathrooms.

I was upgraded and very happy about it. Though l stayed out for abit of hours and l had indicated on email of early check-in .

I indicated on email of my early check ln which the hotel had enquired but still kept out for hours. Please communicate next time early in advance if you have to pay for it.
