Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, Dubai

Enjoyed in a different way, looks like Heaven Palace, I recommend to the people who never visited Kempinski in Dibai.

The hotel has direct access to the Emirates Mall, which offers a number of advantages. I was also interested in the possibility of evening shopping and the large number of quality restaurants in the mall. A big plus is the short distance to the metro, which can be reached through the mall. The metro is about 15 minutes from Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and 20 minutes from Dubai World Trade Centre. The breakfast was good, the choice of food was not too wide and was the same every day. The staff was helpful and helpful.

The hotel was renovating the pool, so it was inaccessible. However, they did not inform about this. When asked, the reception staff said that the hotel provides free accommodation and transport to the Kempinski Palm Jumeirah resort, which was an really excellent offer. But the information was not automatically provided.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location is ideal to explore the whole of Dubai. The property was very clean, the rooms were very comfortable and the amenities were great. We stayed as a family of four with two children under ten and we’d recommend to anyone looking for 5 star base to explore Dubai.

Afternoon tea and evening canapés It wasn’t a very good choice.

As a family we booked the 2 bedroom suite, the rooms were spacious and well equipped, we were very happy with the rooms provided. Breakfast was very good, we also had access to the Executive Lounge which was great as they provided slots throughout the day to visit for afternoon tea, light snacks and pre-dinner canapes. Location was great being attached to the mall had it benefits as well as being central and close to most places we wanted to visit. The staff were amazing throughout our trip and did everything to ensure we had a great stay. I will be returning on my next Dubai trip and would highly recommend.

The duty night manager (Turkish)on the early morning of 11 April was very rude on a small velvet parking issue. Unfortunately, a night manager of a kimpinski standard lacks customer curiosity and hospitality manners!!!

Excellent Service from start to finish. The front desk staff, staff outside and in the restaurant went out of their way to provide five-star service. The cleaning staff/housekeeping staff went out of their way to provide exceptional service. Sometimes cleaning the room twice, a day! The location to the Dubai Mall of the Emirates was literally not only next door but the hotel was attached to the mall, so you didn't even need to go outside to access the mall. The location to the bus stop which provided easy/inexpensive access too many desirable attractions was only a three-minute walk from the hotel lobby.

Great staff makes you always feel welcome. Excellent hotel, very clean and large rooms. Special thanks to all the breakfast staff, my son really enjoyed it every morning for 3 weeks!

Room was the executive deluxe room(Nespresso machine, water ) which included lounge access and breakfast .The room had a wonderful layout and was larger than I expected.The lounge was being renovated and so we ended up in the Lobby at Aspen which was great.The Breakfast menu had a lot of options including great options for kids(pancakes, French toast ,eggs and waffles etc) in addition to the buffet.Location is unbeatable despite road construction , next to Mall of Emirates(direct access to the mall) with Cheesecake Factory at it's door. The room had a view of Burj ul Arab .

Great location with direct access to Mall of Emirates. It’s one if the oldest hotels that is still well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. It’s relatively cheaper than other properties in Dubai. Recommend

The staff are friendly, but few of them can be a little more enthusiastic when working and serving guests (Especially from the low ranking staff). The hotel can use some new fresh look renovations and refurbishment. Nevertheless, the rooms are in very good conditions!

there was an incident where i was sitting down on the couch mind you im a hijabi and a MALE cleaner barges through the door without knocking

The service by the entire team was above and beyond. Each team member was very nice, professional and did the best for us. That had a high impact on our stay which we really enjoyed.

The room was published with an access to the executive lounge which is open from 07am through 11pm. It was out of service, with some limited hours alternative in the restaurant- but was pretty disappointing. Also the pool was out of service, with an option to go to another Kempinski hotel which took 30 minutes drive each side. These drawbacks did impact our overall experience.

Their breakfast is trully one of the best in Dubai, they serve a varirty of dishes plus really attentive staff. They are situated inside the mall thus convieneint for shoppers. I am a repeat client, its still one of my preferred hotels in Dubai.

Nothing about the hotel itself. However, getting out of the hotel is a bit of a hassle. Construction in the area is causing some traffic congestion and you need an additional 10-15 minutes just to get to Shaikh Zayed Road

The reservation staff was nice and friendly. Also, the lobby manager, he was very nice as well.

towels, cleaning room when requested and the fact they misinformed us about breakfast, one day we did not know where to go because the restaurant where we previously had breakfast was in "construction" but there were people inside eating and when we got there they told us it was closed? but at the end one staff member was very nice and accomadate us in the lobby restaurant for breakfast. also, The chips/candy amenities, our kids thought they were for free, it's Kempski but obviously not, so my kids endulge in the stail old chips and candy at the end we ended up paying almost 100Dollars for old candy and chips., quite annoying.

As always, Kempinski’s attitude toward its guests is on top! Once again, we had a pleasant short stay at this hotel. From the very first moments, you feel that you were expected and given the utmost attention: our luggage was taken care of as soon as we stepped out of the taxi, we were checked in early and checked out late without any additional charges. All of this was done effortlessly, with a smile, and with the utmost respect. A huge thank you for your attention to the details – especially for your excellent ginger tea. It was a delightful touch! The service in the lounge was outstanding. Many thanks to your entire team! The room was excellent, with a great view, a fantastic bathroom, and a magnificent bed that ensured a perfect night’s sleep and relaxation. The taxi arranged by the hotel was premium-class at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

I had a small issue at the reception but the Duty Manager took care of it in the most appropriate Manner and she even upgraded me to VIP Lounge for breakfast and refunded the Breakfast money . I call this professionalism at its best
