Arrived at Hotel approximately 3.am and had to pay for the Day before to secure the room. Under the circumstances I thought the hotel would have waived the payment and glad we chose the Kempinski. Arriving 7 hrs before we could check in. Breakfast was very loud and crowed . Hygiene was a concern . People handling food and children handling good and putting food back . We only had cereal and juice . Coffee.

Spacious, modern, clean, comfortable, luxurious. The largest and most sophisticated gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

There’s nothing not to like about it. It’s a great hotel. If I absolutely had to pick something, gym closes at 10pm. I wish it ran until midnight.

Breakfast in Lounge overcrowded and very noisy. Breakfast Buffett looked delicious however we stayed away from it and only had cereal with fruit. Hygiene was our concern . Hand sanitizing was not encouraged , people and children touching food .

Excellent hotel - cannot fault them at all! I am a small eater, so absolutely loved small tapas / snacks at the executive lounge. The [free!] cocktails were delightful. The staff are very well trained and exceptionally courteous. Will return, as soon as the current conflict is over.

I would like to share my feedback following our recent stay at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, where I stayed together with my wife and daughter. First of all, I would like to highlight that overall we truly enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were excellent, very comfortable and well maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We genuinely appreciated the service and hospitality.

However, there were two aspects of our experience that were quite disappointing and, frankly, unexpected from a five-star hotel. The first issue was the breakfast experience. Every single morning, we had to wait at least 20 minutes in a queue just to enter the restaurant. This was not a one-time occurrence but a daily situation. I must admit that I did not expect guests at a five-star hotel to have to wait in line for breakfast, especially on a regular basis. The second concern was related to the pool area. Each day when we wanted to relax by the pool, we found that all sunbeds were fully occupied. On one occasion, a staff member offered us just two chairs instead, which was far from the experience we anticipated. Again, this is not what one would expect from a hotel of this standard. While we truly enjoyed many aspects of our stay, these two issues significantly affected our overall experience. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and review these areas to improve guest experience in the future.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in two connected Deluxe rooms, which together created a very spacious suite of about 150 m². The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. We extended our stay due to cancelled flights, and the hotel kindly offered us a discounted rate for the additional night, which we appreciated.

Breakfast was not so good. The selection looked quite large, but many dishes seemed overcooked and the overall quality did not feel at the same level as the rest of the hotel.

Constant inspection of the mini bar. Either trust your guests or don’t stock the fridge and counter.

The hotel is overcrowded, the services were not sufficient enough for this many people. We had to wait every day for a long time for breakfast, and also for facilities like the swimming pool or gym.

The hotel is very nice and connected to the Mall of the Emirates. We had access to the Executive lounge and the staff there made us feel very welcomed. Liam and Hatam, in particular, were very attentive and helpful. My five year old had food allergies and the hotel staff (including room service) catered to it well. Thank you!

My only comment: this was a non-smoking room but I smelled the faint odor of cigar. I'm not sure if it was from room freshener or fragrance, or cigar(s) were smoked in the room previously without authorization. The room was 1033.

Everything was excellent, the hotel is very clean and beautiful, with large and comfortable rooms. The beds are pleasantly soft, and the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is tasty and varied. The pools are clean and the sun loungers are extremely comfortable.

The only downside is that the sun reaches the pool area only around 12:30 in the afternoon, but it is still lovely to enjoy the morning by the pools even before the sun arrives.

Location is very good. The room was very clean. Housekeeping was very good. They also made a suprise for our son’s birthday.

The hotel is well located in the Al-barsha area of Dubai, it is also directly connected to the Mall of Emirates making it very easy to have access to all the Mall's facilities. What I liked the most about the hotel was their super A-Class gym. It was equipped with modern machines, super clean, and other amenities like sauna, cold plunge, etc. The aesthetics of the gym were also cool and calm. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive as well. The overall stay was comfortable.

Whilst everything was generally ok, I did think the size of the room was slightly smaller than expected for what we paid. We booked a twin room and both my sister and I thought it was somewhat smaller than what we expected. I'm generally a tall person, and felt the twin bed was slightly small. Overall it was a good stay.
