Excellent location in an historic building. Beautiful view to the water and quiet. Very clean! Excellent value for money.

Great location, ideal for discovering the city. Worthy of note is the general cleanliness and the excellent equipment of the self-catering kitchen.

There was a ventialtor (with a slight squeaking noise) in our room that also ran in the night - that bothered. The personel couldn`t turn it off.

It is located in a peaceful island. It is very clean and breakfast is good. PARTICULARLY this time I had accidentally booked a normal room even though I travel with my dog, but the reception got everything sorted out for us. VERY friendly customer service and definitely worth of 5 stars

For a hostel is pretty nice, beds are comfortable, rooms are big and with space. The location is beautiful and in general the sttaf are very nice, with one exception.

It's a bit expensive for a hostel, sharing a room with 5 people. I don't like the fact that the female room is more expensive, I don't think is fair to pay more just to feel safe. I also had twice a bad situation with a old lady in the reception that is very sarcastic and not helpful.

The location is fantastic and the view from our window was glorious. The beds were super comfortable, and though shared, the bathrooms and showers were convenient and clean. The shared kitchen as well as the café downstairs provided options for breakfast depending on our mood/budget. Overall, a fabulous stay.

The only thing I thought could have been provided was hand soap in the rooms and shampoo/shower gel in the showers. I feel the cost of a stay could cover those basics.

The location is very good. Everything was nice and clean. The personell was (all) very nice. The breakfast is sufficient. It was also nice to have the café :-)

Location and the facilities provided. I'm most impressed by the staff at reception who works in the afternoon. He is well mannered, helpful and patient with the guest's requests and questions.

I was given a lower bed after I requested because I'm a senior. However, I do know that other elderly people were still given an upper bund bed after several pleas. What I don't understand is that a lower bed was empty and a 29 year old came the next day.

The best place to stay in Stockholm, this was our 4th time there. Great location, kind staff, good kitchen, very nice breakfast buffet and Cafe Skeppsholmen downstairs.

Lift should be build from the reception to first, second and third floor. Now there is a lift in one part of house only, not to all rooms.

Excelent location. I stayed in the 16-bed room. I thought I was going to be uncomfortable, but it was actually very good. They're all single beds. No bunk beds. During my stay, everybody was quiet and respectful. I had to do my bed on arrival, and it wasn't a big deal. Some people complain about it in their reviews. The bathrooms were super clean, and you had to push the bottom every 30 seconds in the shower to get water. Again, it wasn't a big deal. Some people also complain about this. The wifi was great, and the kitchen facilities were good. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

People in dorm really fart a lot! .get near a window .no soap in the showers.. Website could have better info on transport there Taxis will rip you off. Be very specific I was charged 40 dollars to go to the Viking terminal 1km away...he did an elaborate run.around. a real jerk. He also said. ,"Buy uber its cheaper." He also drove uber! Really horrible creep. He just laughed Super jerk from Nigeria.in stockholm for 15 years.

Great location close to Gamla Stan but still felt a little quieter and more removed. Everything was very clean. I highly recommend renting a bike!

The best location in Sthml City.💕 Nice rooms, you can have very tasty breakfast and drinks&food until around 20 o'clock. Nearest T-bana is Kungsträdsgården. I recommend this hostel🇸🇪💙 Very friendly service. 💙

The location in the historic area, on the waterfront was exceptional. The only downside was the noise that the neighbouring barnacle geese made, but I suppose they were here first!

I' ve always been going to STF Stockholm Vandrarem, every time I go to Stockholm, Sweden. I Love ❤️ the Hostel the people there, the location it' s my absolute favourite, above all the others.: Skepsholnen och Shepsbron. Right in front of The Riyal Palace, on one side abs of the Vasa Muset on the other.. I adore everything about it. From one side of Skepsholmen , you can even see, from afar the beautiful " Grona Lund"- the characteristic, very popular amazing Theme Park of the City of Stockholm, SE 🇸🇪💋💓♥️

As a hostel it is good, in good location. There is shared bathroom but the price is low accordingly.

The doors are very loud when they shut as they’re heavy, so when a group of young visitors were in and out of showers and rooms late at night you could hear every banging on the doors.

Top location, everything we needed for spending 2 nights in Stockholm. Clean bathrooms. Amazing view to Gamla Stan. The walls are quite thin, we could hear everyone on the corridor.

The hostel is in a very beautiful location on the seafront in Skeppsholmen Island. It's an historic building surrounded by trees and its peace is interrupted only by the sound of birds - I saw a flock of geese passing by and the occasional heron. I slept in a small single room which I absolutely loved. Its lovely window looked out onto the Royal Palace in Gamla Stan on the adjoining island and on the rigged ship called Af Chapman which is berthed beside the hostel. And trees. What a beautiful scene! The island is linked to the mainland by a bridge and also by a ferry which will bring you to either Gamla Stan island or Djurgarden island where the outstanding Vasa Museum - and several other museums - are located. Delightfully, you have to "summon" the ferry to stop at the island by pressing a button at the dock! The hostel is spotlessly clean. The bedlinen is crisp and fresh. The decor is simple but uncluttered and tasteful. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of healthy foods including boiled eggs, yogurts, cereals, cheeses, fruit and much more. Very good value for around €12, I thought. There is also a cafe which is open until 8pm and a kitchen for self-catering. The hostel has several rooms for relaxing or working online and one of the rooms has a billiard table. The staff throughout the hostel are very friendly and helpful. Although I only stayed two nights, I was actually sad leaving the hostel and my lovely little room with a view. I hope I will return.

The location is great, cross 2 bridges within 1km and we are at the center area. The cleanliness satisfied me so I'm happy with it. There is also a sink and a mirror in our room so that's a good point even the bathroom is shared.

The location is superb, and everything was clean and tidy. We had a sea view from our window! The shared showers were the best I’ve seen in any hostel — there were plenty of them, they were clean, and there was plenty of space to leave clothes and other belongings. Excellent value for money.

We weren’t informed that the guest kitchen would be closed due to maintenance work. There were also some odd design choices in the room, such as a coat rack positioned behind the shelves, which made it difficult to use.

You should make beds by myself and also remove before leaving. It feels a bit much to do for the price.

Location. We had a great harbour view.

That the kitchen wasn't working. It would have been helpful to have made that clear when we booked so we could be prepared as it's a long way from shops and I was quite sick when I was there.

Some staff members where not very nice and the room was tiny. We got back for a second stay and the room was much better.
