Hotel Miss Clara by Nobis, Stockholm

Fantastic value for money hotel in the very centre of Stockholm, most friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Couldn't recommend it more for a short break.

It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

Cleanliness is big, so I did like that with my room. I would recommend double checking the pillows as they looked like one of them had one or two stains on them.

My biggest issue is the shower pressure, which did not work as expected and could be fixed. Lastly the pillow and bed stains. Unfortunately there were some and I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable in my own bed because of that

We can only recommend the hotel with its friendly staff, top breakfast buffet, great restaurant, 3 min to the underground, 10 min to the old town on foot.

Hot water in the washbasin doesn't run well enough

Breakfast was lovely and a great way to start the day. Air conditioning was appreciated as the weather in Stockholm was hot when we were there. We received great assistance from a young man at the front desk in finding restaurants and making reservations. It was the weekend of the Stockholm Marathon and everything was booked up.

The room was very small. We were there on a weekend and there was lots of noise from the streets. We were able to shut our windows and use air conditioning which helped.

The front desk team ( Diana and Daniel and the rest of the team) were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was really clean and you can tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at the hotel. The location was perfect too since it's close to the main sights. Breakfast was fresh and had several options. Thanks to the kitchen team for accommodating special dietary requests. We will definitely come back to Miss Clara for our next trip to Stockholm.

Welcoming and super friendly staff - Location is super central - Excellent - Very Good Restaurant located in the Hotel

The newer section of the Hotel with larger Rooms was an unusually looonnngg walk from the Front entrance - with no other access doors or entrances. To make things more inconvenient and puzzling, we could not access the halls leading to our room without using the 2 elevators that lead to the long long hall walk to another elevator ( ! ) that is literally smaller than a phone booth and can barely fit a single guest with a bag, let alone 2 guest with 2 bags. During our stay, this miniature silly elevator went out of service and was a real inconvenience for my wife who has knee pain issues climbing stairs. We both marveled at the lack of intelligent design and planning when this part of the Hotel was conceived and built. The hotel room and beds were adequate and decent and we would consider staying here again (due to its great location...) if we were assured ot stay in the smaller -room original part of the Hotel.

The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our time there. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive care during our stay, their hospitality truly made us feel valued as guests. The continental breakfast offered a delightful array of options, setting a positive tone for each day of our stay. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic hospitality experience.

The hotel was in a great location, it was so clean, has beautiful design aesthetics. Staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. We had a wonderful stay here. Would like to come back again

This hotel was just fantastic for work (and would also be for pleasure). The location, staff and rooms are outstanding. Being here for a week was a real pleasure.

The breakfast was a little basic for a hotel of this calibre and the coffee not up to Stockholm standards - but that's me being picky. I went out for breakfast.

The thin duvets and they weren’t super tucked! The bathroom smellies were wonderful, AND the windows open. You can rarely get a hotel where windows open in cities. A little small if there was two of us though, toilet is basically in the bedroom.

Very friendly staff, they were always very helpful and always with a smile on their face. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of options. Also ate once at the restaurant, which was also very good.

The room was smaller than we thought, but it looks like that is not so extraordinary for Stockholm. Their could have been more storage space and an extra bedside table, but overall it was okay for three nights).

The friendly staff and the View from 7th floor

The location is excellent, just one subway station away from the central train station, and a 3-minute walk from the hotel to the subway station. Despite staying in the smallest room, the corridor still accommodates two 28-inch suitcases. The room retains its previous marble features but overall is clean, comfortable, and classic. The bathroom uses BYREDO products, which smell delightful; they are available for purchase at the front desk to take home! The hotel's breakfast is also fantastic; it's filling enough to skip lunch. The staff at the front desk are very friendly, providing a delightful experience. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. It’s expensive but worth it!

The room's heating is a bit insufficient; those sensitive to the cold might find it a bit chilly, although the comforter is quite warm.

The staff are very friendly, highly accommodating and very much helpful. Dianne , Daniel from the front desk and Ice from the dining area gave us a feeling of comfort and it goes with the rest which unfortunately I wasn’t able to get their names. I love their very personalized approach to each guests. Daniel made reservations for us in one of the restaurants the moment we asked a place to eat. And, our every request to book us a taxi was efficiently done! Their breakfast buffet was highly adequate - worth it! Room is spacious with nice view of the street. I also would like to comment on their info FIND US, it was helpful in deciding which route to take. Bonus info available on the TV screen for restaurant, activities etc.

The staff are all friendly enough but lacking enthusiasm and offering pretty basic hospitality. I’ve had more personable hotel experiences.
