The price was too high and you raised the rate for selfish reasons...

Staff was amazing and helpful very friendly I like that there were a lot of places for food to walk around many choices. Very close to my event of the night.

The only hotel in the Washington Heights area, offering very good value for those that need access to the nearby NYC Presbyterian hospital or Columbia facilities. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, cozy and all the amenities worked. Bathroom was fine, everything was very clean. Maid service each day. The front staff was very friendly and accommodating, always greeting you with a smile. They also brought up a mini fridge which made our extended 2-week stay much more comfortable. The neighborhood looks rough--and it probably is later at night--but it has a lot of character. There's lots of food places, a supermarket, even a Target all within walking distance. The subway is a three minute walk down the street.

The air conditioner cooled, but it didn't seem cool enough. Those appliances make noise, something I'm not a fan of. But it never got too hot. And the windows opened and let in cool air.

The view, the staff, the amenities.

The fact that you have a fan running non stop in the bathroom, it can get loud especially at night.

Good location, close to the subway, small room but had everything we needed. Since we were staying 6 days they gave us a fridge for the room too! Staff was so kind and helpful and got us anything we needed and answered all questions and needs quickly. Above and beyond!

I was very nice , my significant other and I work at New York Presbyterian , so this location was perfect for us , definitely will stay again.

The staff were amazing , housekeeping prepared my room daily. Eric at the front desk is the very best he went above And beyond for me.as my husband was in the hospital he,, made sure that I got into the cab safety and that anything I requested restaurants directions and any questions that I had All front desk staff were very good but Eric was a stand out .He deserves a accolades.

I didn't understand the heating system.

Modern, clean, thoughtful touches and close to amenities. It was ideal for my short stay helping to settle my daughter into accommodation nearby. The reception team were very friendly and helpful and the room was beautifully clean with a fabulous view of the New York skyline.

A small fridge might be useful.

The receptionist on February at the Desk when I got there at after 3 in the afternoon was very helpful and welcoming. Needed to book an extra day and he went the extra mile to help me do so.

A bit far from the city center (I knew it before booking), but the metro station is only few steps far from hotel entrance. The view from our room at 11th floor was fantastic.

We were greeted by Luis, who made us feel very welcome. We were pleased by a room that had a lot of space. Though the room was Spartan, it was clean and covered all our needs.

Been there before. Clean, friendly, half size hotel. Close to Columbia Medical Center. Restaurants were great. Shout out to Havana around 174st. Great dinner.

a bit expensive for what it is there are some snacks and drinks available for a fee, i didnt ask for the price right away but then i saw the huge amount to pay.. just for some chocolate bars and drinks. If i knew i would have gone to the closest supermarket. I understand the prices in a hotel are higher than outside but this was way too expensive ! Be careful with the prices

Staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The facilities were kept clean.

Sound between rooms is very porous. I could hear even whispers in the room next door.

The staff was very Nice and welcoming. The bed was so comfy and we had a great view of NY. This hotel was close to Yankee stadium and 16 minutes from our dinner reservations so it was perfect, i would definitely stay here again.

I had no complaints..
