Overall my daughter had an EXCELLENT experience and birthday celebration at the hotel
Everything was wonderful, the staff, the food and the pool all exceptional.
There was a parade that day, I wish the hotel made it their business to find out what’s happening in the area and give guests an update so they can be prepared. It took us hours to get to the hotel.

Impeccable service. The beds exceptionally comfortable and the attention to detail with the washroom amenities, turn down gifts, shoe cleaning service etc etc. The bar is a must-go-to. Location fabulous. Coming from Dubai the standard of hotels are very high, but the Baccarat certainly is world-class

Nice luxury hotel could do better with customer experience
Nice luxury hotel, comfortable beds, clean rooms and good location if you’re looking to stay uptown. Beautiful pool in basement.
The staff at the cafe/breakfast is NOT friendly. after multiple visits to this hotel, even when not staying at this hotel, we often come for breakfast or snacks, I can honestly say that the staff that run this cafe (same faces every time) are so unpleasant! Hire new staff or retrain them! They are not a good image for the baccarat dining experience.
