The Warren Street Hotel is a striking new addition to the Tribeca neighborhood, opened in 2024 as the third New York property from Firmdale Hotels. Unlike the historic brick warehouses that define much of the area, this ground-up construction features a bold, glass-fronted cerulean blue exterior with a bright yellow rooftop, designed by Stonehill Taylor to stand out while paying homage to 19th-century industrial architecture.

Inside, the hotel is a masterclass in maximalist design, curated by British icon Kit Kemp. Each of the 69 bedrooms and suites is individually styled with bold patterns, hand-picked textiles, and a massive collection of commissioned contemporary art. Many suites even offer private, landscaped terraces, providing a rare green sanctuary in the middle of downtown Manhattan.
