Would definitely recommend Pendry Manhattan for its all around great service and rooms.
Location only 2 bocks from Penn Station and Metro - convenient to travel throughout City. 2 blocks or less walk to High Line and Hudson Yards. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and room was spacious, very clean and importantly quiet since it was on the top floor with views. Reception was excellent and personable and, as requested, upgraded our room for our anniversary/birthday celebration. Thank you.
Very minor - an empty mini-fridge to store essentials for each room (did not know you could request a fridge until the end of our stay) as we took items out of mini bar to store our refrigerated goods (if you move the items, it is automatically charged to your room - mostly likely a sensor - even though you did not use those items and placed them back - so review bill before leaving).

Gorgeous new hotel in perfect NYC location
Beautiful stay in a perfect location. Our room was located on a higher floor (16) and totally isolated from any NYC street noise. Kind bed was comfortable, room was spacious and light-filled. Shower had great water pressure. The staff made the experience even better - everyone was so polite and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Awesome view, conformtable room and nice staff on a perfect location !
The location is perfect, close to Empire State and Time Square. All staff is great and comprehensive, succeeding in meeting each personal expactations. The view from room is awesome, from to rising of sun till night !

Brilliant staff make the NY experience even better
The staff are exceptional and lift the experience from very good to superb. Rooms are immaculately presented and lovely touches from the cleaning staff. Hotel manager dealt with an inconsiderate neighbour with generous hospitality

The location was superb. Loved being walking distance to Manhattan West for nice people watching, eating, shopping. Nice and quiet and could not hear the sounds of the city. Staff are so attentive. Fitness center is top notch. Rooms are beautiful and luxurious. We were upgraded to a corner skyline room with gorgeous views of the city. The shower is amazing.
The room had a mini fridge that was well stocked, but NOT complimentary, which I feel should have been considering the price of the room. Also, there was no free space in the fridge to put anything else.

Fantastic staff and a very enjoyable stay. Near perfect except for some very minor grumbles (see below)
Wifi cuts out unless you use the passcode. Water seeps out from under the shower door. In-room coffee capsules could be better

This is with no doubt the place to stay in NYC. Simply awesome!
Awesome location, near the hottest spot Hudson Yards, beautiful modern design,amazing staff, very pleasant, comfortable room, huge tv screen, great lighting system, magnificent care to every detail. The food was also excellent. Even the elevators are always there, always fast.
Not cheap but full of reasons why.
