Failure, they ruined my vacation. There where no photos to take .
Rooms a neat and clean .
It’s not worth its value . They over charge u . They are deceiving. Booking.com did not help too . They are good for a two night buisness trip . Not more .

Not good value for money…Don’t expect 5-star luxury!
The location is next to Hudson Yards and nearby to other main attractions in midtown. Property looks well maintained and staff is friendly.
Definitely not a luxurious or 5 star experience.
Coffee maker didn’t work properly (I informed the front desk twice and they didn’t do anything about it). When it did work, the quality of the coffee pods was terrible. Gym ok. No pool or spa.
Housekeeping was extremely erratic. One day I had to complain about the room not being cleaned up by 2pm.
Not coming back or recommending this hotel. For anyone willing to spend 900usd/night price, I’d recommend so many great properties including the Plaza, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, etc.

Beautiful modern interior design and lovely staff!
One of the reasons I chose this pendry is the fact that a floor plan was available of the room type, the room exceeded my expectations! The staff was beyond amazing and the pendry had wholefoods and daily provisions just downstairs!
I come to new york quite often, just felt my go too spot took a longer time to reach! I would try during summer.

From check in to check out you’re looked after for anything you need. For was great and in room dining is the best I’ve

Fabulous, highly recommend this hotel, normally stay midtown but this was a better location, very trendy and cool
Fab hotel..spotless, new, loved the location, very chilled but so close to the madness of the city, lovely boutique hotel vibes.. including the staff who were so friendly… beds were like sleeping on a cloud!!

Very much underdelivered on service - highly overpriced and disappointing
room was not available despite earlier messaging
alternative room in different category, much cheaper but no credit given, not even offer of some compensation (even just a drink)
bathroom was oddly designed with both shower and toilet door opening towards the middle where the sink was leaving no room to stand if inside and both doors open. just awkward every time one wanted to use either toilet or shower
breakfast finished already at 10am in the restaurant
overall paid more than USD2k for 1 night and for that service was very much underwhelming to say the least and certainly not 5 star
