Clean modern friendly staff and great location

Stylish, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was so comfortable. More space than most NYC hotels I’ve stayed in, with a desk to write/eat it. My room had beautiful city views. Corner room location was quiet. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Central location for exploring Manhattan a short train ride to Brooklyn. Will stay here again! I was here for business but stayed through the weekend to visit with family.

There are no mini fridges in the room. Irons are available upon request but no ironing board.

Location is good.

Reception desk is quite not interested in guests. Never saying hi or buy when you pass by reception in mornings or evening. We were not informed regarding all bonuses that we are supposed to have during stay at the check-in.

Location was perfect for our needs. Room was very clean and the bed was really good. I slept like a baby.

MADE Hotel is a small hotel in Midtown, however, it has everything you need for a city break - a great coffee shop and a restaurant on the Ground floor, clean rooms with great views, and, most importantly, an excellent location! We explored nearly the whole of Manhattan on foot in 4 days we stayed there.

We stayed in a Studio room (on the 16th floor), which was pretty small. It was expected, but something worth noting.

It was small, peaceful & very beautiful.

Beautiful designed hotel just off Broadway. The location is great, the rooms are very cosy and the coffee shop and restaurant on property are convenient when you don’t want to venture out.

The waitress with the long hair gave off racist vibes.

We had a best time at MADE hotel. The rooms are lovely, beds very comfy and the staff are super friendly. The bar and cafe within the hotel are also fantastic. Location was great! Super close or within walking distance to most sites.

The room was very warm the temp was set at 70 so we opened the window to cool it down

the lighting is very dim in the room. It was snowy and no sunshine so we didn't get any natural light into the room .

Fantastic location - only 11/2 blocks from the Empire State, excellent and helpful staff.

Beautiful property, in a great location. We stayed here for 6 nights with our two year old daughter, and were all very comfortable sharing the large bed. Our room was a very good size, and the hotel staff were very accommodating.

Hotel terrific. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms small, but well laid out, exceptionally clean (especially for NYC), and maybe the most comfortable bed/pillows of any hotel stay I've had in ages. Rooms very quiet too, little street noise. Secure. Restaurant (tapas) very nice, free coffee/hot chocolate in AM and wine hour in PM a nice bonus. Good pastries in coffee shop and breakfast options well done. Lounge area very comfortable. Super convenient location.

Trivial - in an ideal world the rooms would have a mini fridge. Unable to hook up ipad to TV either by HDMI (app to download doesn't work) or by casting, but honesty, it's NYC - you shouldn't be watching TV!

I know: NYC can be very expensive, but with a one night price that is quite the same we paid for 4 nights in Chicago or 3 nights in Boston (both in the very cener of the town and in very spacious rooms) we definetly expected much more. Size apart, room design is nice but too minimal and cheap

Staff very helpful and I loved the fact we had 24 hour access to T & C. Lovely cafe in reception and all the staff were very friendly. Room was a good size. Great they had reserved seating in reception for hotel guests.

No wardrobe so had to live out of our suitcase. And the lighting was a little dim! However the room was fine and we were able to sit in the lobby and watch the world go by!

Very clean, beautifully designed and unique.

Shower is beautiful and has amazing water pressure however, it really needs a door or more glass to better contain the water within the shower.
