Great location. Wonderful lobby to chill out in.

Bed was a little on the firm side for a side sleeper. Otherwise perfect for what we needed.

Location, artistic decor, comfort of bed, water pressure in shower. Small room, but footprint utilized pretty well. Nice employees.

Absolutely great spot location wise. Everything you need in a hotel. The Staff are of course amazing The room was great and the bed was Huge! There was storage space under the bed which was fantastic for our bags

The only thing I didn't love (it's not that big if a deal as they have cool lights in the room) was the bathroom. You best believe you hear absolutely everything that is going on when you have a glass box in the middle of the room

Super fast elevators, friendly staff. Self-Service Check-In was easy to use and quick. Loved the rooftop bar upstairs. Close to everything, including the C / E subway line.

Would have been nice to have some body wash included in the bathroom facilities. The walls are also thin and you can hear lots of noise from the corridor and neighbours next to / above you.

Excellent location and very pleasant staff.

We stayed Dec 28th - Jan 2nd so it was very expensive. Much cheaper the following week.

The hotel was located 1 minute away from times square. The avenue where the hotel is located was lively and there were always people walking by. The hotel had a subway station and a shop right next door and it was very easy to get around all most know spots in a walking distance from the hotel. The staff was exceptional, always welcoming and helpful.

The only down side to the hotel was the size of the room. It feelt slightly claustrophobic and the windows were fixed, meaning that there was no chance of opening them in the slightest to let fresh air into the room.

The staff is great, really helpful and with a great attitude. The breakfast was delicious, nevertheless since we stayed 8 nights-9 days, it needs some variation for a longer stay. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit mostly. The room was really high tech and cool, and probably for a couple of days is great, for a longer stay is just really small, and for two persons it feels really cramped together with big two suitcases and a bed that is big but you need to jump into the other person to pass t the other side.

The property was very Modern and clean, it had a great reception and plenty of different places to sit and relax or get a drink, we really liked the rooftop bar. The tablet to control the room was a great idea and the mood lighting is such a nice touch, especially being able to change the colours. The room also has lots of storage for the space there is which came in handy as New York was our last destination of a 2 week trip and we’d been in four states prior, so we had lots to store!

The only downfall is that the lifts seemed to be really slow, we aired over ten minutes one morning and ended up taking the stairs, not the end of the world, but the only thing we can think of!

Location is great! Just a few blocks from Rockefeller Center, Broadway and the subway station is a few feet away. The hotel seems relatively new and very clean.

The bed is a bit high and the right side of the bed is up against the wall/window. This is an inconvenient setup for 2 people since you can only access the bed on one side

The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. The bed is soo comfortable. The hotel is very clean and the security level is very high. I loved that the hotel doesn't allows smoking and its location is in the center of the city. Loved the stay very much and recommending the hotel for others.

Free fountain, storage service. Staffs are really friendly. Locations are best near the TimesSquare. Hotels are well cleaned.

Everything was close by - metrostation, Times Square, CVS, Streetfood & much more... The hotel looks really nice in- & outside especially the christmas decoration. The staff was always in a good mood & helpfull when we talked with them.

The window glass was broken in our room, could have been fixed.... It was still a nice view outside.

The location was very convenient for traveling. The breakfast was good, only suggestion, make sure the tables are cleaned more frequently after guests use.

Dining tables were not clean in the morning for 9:30/10 am breakfast.

Great location!

room was good, comfortable although a little cramped. Breakfast choices were great. The breakfast area had a real cafe feel to it rather than the typical hotel. And proper hand crafted espresso was a plus

The pillows in my room were really hard and it didn't make for a comfortable sleep. I also didn't like that the rooms were not cleaned daily
