Great location, value for money

Nothing! Everything was perfect-staff, facilities, location, etc

Breakfast should be improved. The omlette and baked potatoes were tasteless.

The location was fantastic, as we were first-timers to NY and it was the perfect base for seeing the sights by walking or by subway. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us.

The location was wonderful! The staff, over the top outstanding. Cleanliness, 5-star. Room amenities, the only one to speak of, is a safe. OH! sorry....no...all light/climate/shade/curtain controls are done with the in-room iPad. Kinda cool.

The room is the smallest room I have *everrrrrr* stayed in. I'm not ignorant to NYC hotel rooms being small, I visit frequently. The room measured "maaayyybe" 18' from entry to exterior wall and 7' wide wall to wall, with the king bed wedged (a large drawer under) between these walls. With 2 people sharing a bed, it requires that the one with the window view must crawl over the sound-asleeper on the outside to use the bathroom which also occupies that 7' wide area, offering a toilet and a shower with frosted walls. (there is a separate curtain on the outside of these walls for a smidge more added privacy). The Barbie-sized sink and vanity are separate to, and outside the bathroom. The "fridge" IN this vanity is a small pull-out drawer for which you cannot adjust the temp inside and which can fit 4 normal-sized bottles of water (none are provided) with some creative placement. 2 small closet spaces but if you have any larger luggage pieces.....good luck! I loved the hotel and staff, and hate that the size of the room would likely keep us from staying there again.

Bed is a bit difficult to get in and out of. Wish there were space at foot of bed.

I shared a room with a friend and, unfortunately, it's one of those rooms where the shower and toilet is not in a separate bathroom but just separated by some milky glass.

This is in great proximity to the Theater District. We took in a show during our stay, which was an easy walk. There is a great variety of shopping and dining nearby. Everything else is reachable by subway, which is right outside the door. The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff is friendly.

I had a towel rack with a loose set screw that would detach from the wall. One of the lamps was set to some sort of night light mode, that required turning everything (AC included) off to extinguish. The door let in a lot of light from the hall from underneath. Minor problems. I still love the Citizen M brand. The food quality in NY has a little to learn from the location at TD Garden in Boston.

Location location location - perfect spot for all you’d want to do in New York. The roof top bar is a lovely way to unwind at night.

The room was small but we knew that ahead of time. The staff were amazing! The breakfast was not my favorite but the premium coffee drinks that were included made up for it.

It was very clean and all amenities included. The iPad connected room was super convenient. Check in was good. Location was right next to Times Square but still very quiet. Subway stations are all within walking distance. CVS store was close by too.

Really good location. Good size rooms. Clean and also can’t hear the traffic too much - can hear it before falling asleep but then it’s quiet enough to not disturb sleep!

Just the awkward bed but you can see that from the picture. If you want to get up you have to climb over the other person so it’s not very practical.

An excellent hotel, located in the most central place in Manhattan, walking distance to everywhere, the hotel is designed amazingly, the reception staff helped with every issue and it seems that they want to help and assist every guest.

Really tight quarters and no cleaning during our stay. The smaller quarters was fine and somewhat expected although felt the photos made it seem bigger.

Welcoming and comfortable vibe. Good rooftop views. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were state of the art, albeit snug.

Single room is great for one person but might be a tight squeeze for two guests depending on square footage. Pretty small but overall cozy!

The location was excellent. Very clean.

The pillows are too big. Can not be used for comfortable sleeping. I know it’s a small thing but made for tough sleeping.

very limited garbage cans to throw away trash. room cans were so small only 1 coffee cup would fit.
