Clean amazing location and overall comfortable stay.

Could of done with more coat hangers

We have been given what we asked for and also had an excellent clena breakfast.

Ready to help staff, quiet, big room and bathroom (for disabled persons), central location and everything nearby (theatres, museums, ...)

Different amount of money paid than what was shown on the invoice, no view from the room

It’s nice and clean. The location is perfect! Just opposite of the museum, just 15 walk away from the old town.

A couple of tiles on the bathroom floor are not fixed.

The hotel is at the top of Wenceslas Square and an easy 8 minute walk from the main train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked the National Museum and had a balcony. Pretty Sweet.

The building is fine but not luxurious. For example, the interior halls were somewhat narrow, but the room was well equipped and comfortable.

they had no one attending the bar on numerous occasions, and when the person offered to help on reception he only knew how to pour a wine or beer. staff did not offer any help with luggage even to help when we stored it on our last day, we had to move other people’s baggage ourselves just to make space, they couldn’t be bothered

The room was large (Suite) and clean with a nice balcony with a view of the lively street (which can be quite crowded on a weekend). The breakfast area was also quite nice with a good selection in the buffet. The check-in process went smoothly and we felt welcomed.

As a lot of people mentioned in the reviews - there is no parking available in the hotel, so either use the valet parking service from the hotel or find parking nearby as I did (there are quite a few nearby with online booking).

Very good views, very nice room, comfortable bed. Next to Muzeum station, in the downtown but at 2 stops from the congress center.

Restaurant closed at night. Inconvenient if you are in Prague for work and you do not feel like joining the crowds outside or fancy dining elsewhere.

The location is incredible, excellent, magnificent...just to name a few synonyms that can make guests speechless! I had a only short night in hotel, without breakfast, because of busy connecting flights, but would love to return to Occidental next time in near future!

Really central hotel, comfortable room & great breakfast included. You are paying for the location which was excellent for our trip.

Rooms are a bit dated, also hotel not 5 star as rated. Facilities available would also support this but this was explained to us on arrival.

Room 509 has some major airconditionig or some engine on the ajacent wall and this was turning on and off in 1 minute intervals and because window is not very soundproof sllepong was not the brst experience

Great location, friendly and accommodating staff, very nice room, solid breakfast.

The view of the National Museum from the room was worth the cost of the room alone. Also, the room was extremely quiet even though it is on a street with a lot of traffic and was in a busy part of town. The staff were wonderful and helpful and the daily breakfast was a great and affordable way to start off the day. The hotel is within walking distance of most of the major sites and the metro is right outside the entrance. The train station is about a 5 minute walk.

The only minor glitch was the television set which did not turn on properly. We always had to reset it (I think it was an internet issue).

It was a little cramped. The room had a strange layout.

The room was beautiful, with an excellent bed, a nice leather chair, a useful desk and desk chair, a wardrobe and minibar. The bathroom was very nice, though it did not have a bath - it had a walk-in shower. The hotel's location is excellent, right on the edge of Wenceslas Square and within easy walking distance of the railway station (which is also where the Airport Express picks up and drops off passengers). Despite the central (and busy) location, the sound insulation was very good and I had no noise disturbances at all. The view of the museum building across the street was excellent.

Check out was a bit of a problem. I had to leave early for the airport and had to wait for some time for someone to come to reception to do the check out. This took a while, and the clerk said that I had to pay the city tax, which the booking (via Booking.com) said I had already paid. I did not have time to argue, so I paid (again), but then made a complaint via the hotel's online system after I double checked my booking and found that I had indeed already paid. The customer service person online responded fairly quickly, saying that I had paid before and that the new charge would be refunded to my credit card, which I am waiting for (it should appear soon, I hope, but it's only been a few days). This was annoying, but has been dealt with. Otherwise, I was surprised at how few English-language TV channels were available (two).

Mattress is very bad and saggy even after I flipped it, also the furniture is very old and the room has a stinge smell in it.

The location is very good next to the National Museum. Old town is 15mins walk. the hotel is close to the shopping street. we booked a family room. Which is two connecting rooms, both rooms had view of the national museum. The gentlemen in the reception were very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner in the rooms were very bad we couldn't sleep during the night. when complaining to the lady in the entrance reception she was accusing us that we open the windows which we never did. This lady was very rude and we didn't like her attitude at all.

Great location, very central to many museums, restaurants and shopping. Despite being in a busy area, good soundproofing; very quiet. Great breakfast buffet!

I can’t think of anything.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Also, the location of the hotel was very good. The staff was very very polite and smiling. The check in and check out procedures were very quick without delay. We were provided with an umbrella when it rained and the staff quickly solved any small problem we had.

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't open the balcony door easily because there was a curtain in front which was fixed. Also, I thought the price of breakfast was a bit expensive per day/per person.

I have already rated this hotel a few times. It's my fith time there. It's very central, just opposite the National Museum and a few minutes from Prague Main Station. The rooms are well equiped and the breafast ist great.

I liked the decor of the rooms and the central area. The staff were superb!

Don't like the carpeting. Some of the staff were not very welcoming, not intentionally. They need to be trained to be and appear to be more hospitable to the guests.

Got a nice 5th floor room with nice view to the castle. Close to most of the points of interests and the metro as well. Valet parking is convenient, but quite expensive. Staff is very nice and helpful.

3 lane street is just next to the hotel, so it was quite noise while we tried to sleep with the window open.

Modern, clean room with all you need. This was our second stay at this jotel.and would recommend it any time. Excellent location right in the city centre, all close by, restaurants, grocery store right below the hotel, as well as a subway station.

No big complaints, perhaps just a couple things to mention. The room was a bit hot despite the AC being supposedly on. Didn't seem to cool the room no matter what the setting was on. The other thing I'd mention was the bed mattress. Large comfy bed but it has two single mattresses pushed together. They don't quite stay together with two people sleeping on it as a couple. But don't this make uou stay away from this hotel. It's worth it.

The location is great. Close to a lot of places. I say close because once you start walking you are walking in the touristic areas. Next the subway station and walking distance to train station The view was really nice with a balcony. Attitude of the people is great. 1st floor is a mcdonalds in case you cant find something else to eat, or you want a quick bite. But still a lot of restaurants near by.

A litlle tight on the space but ok. But really cant find a lot more to talk about for this section.

Staff were friendly, the location is great and my room was excellent with a great view of the museum. Kettle and tea was most welcome and a decent desk for doing work. The pillows were so comfortable too

There was nothing I didn’t like - only that I couldn’t stay longer

The hotel is very well located and next to the history museum but also in walking distance to most of the main attractions. I did not have the breakfast but perhaps the next stay would be longer and I may use the breakfast facilities as well. The Reception was small and efficient with a very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a short but happy experience during my stay at this hotel. I would definitely use it again on my next visit to Praha.

The minibar storage is very small. Also, We preferred to have a room with bigger window. Overall, the room was smaller than our expectation.
