Great location and very good buffet breakfast. Room was small but fine for one night and the price was good.

Excellent location near main sites, comfortable bed and good lighting staff helpful and friendly.

All was good, didn’t have breakfast. Noisy at 3am with noise at back of room 330 so not a good nights sleep. Seemed to be waste bins and staff at Macdonalds.

This hotel is outstanding value for money. In the heart of Glasgow it appears a new build. Staff are superb, the room was comfortable, fresh with everything you could want in a basic room. I had a great nights sleep and an excellent shower in the morning

Options for lighting and heating in the room was very nice and the tables and stool was very handy.

The door did not lock properly from the inside so didn't feel fully secure at night and no options for connecting phone or apps to the TV ability to use netflix would have been nice

The TV didnt work, no signal, not alot of channels or could sign in to my account to watch Netflix or that.

The room was slightly cooler than most people would be comfortable in winter, as was the temperature of the hot water - especially in the morning.

Not enough heating

The room was comfortable. It was a nice comfy bed and a good shower. The staff, David, was excellent when he checked me in and answered any questions during my stay.

Breakfast was not included, it was an additional 11 pounds or 15 USD. There was no water kettle in the room or in the public area for usage. It is a very nice hotel, but there are no amenities. There’s no gym, no pool, no tea kettle, no microwave, basically it’s just a room. I never saw a housekeeping. I was there for three nights and he never came in and took out my garbage.

Location, staff, cleanliness, room was very quiet no noise issues.

Tea and coffee should be free! No complimentary tea or coffee in the room. BBC 2 and a couple of other channel's not working on the TV.

The heating was on the whole night but didn't heat properly, shame!

The location is great, short walk to Glasgow Central, plenty of good bars and restaurants within minutes of the hotel.

If you're in one of the internal rooms with no window it can be a bit discombobulating waking up and realising it's already midday

The room was clean, comfortable, and the right size for a solo traveller. I enjoyed the convenience of wall “pockets” to store things and the hooks and such for jackets, a chair, and the pull out table sections! Additionally, the LED lights allowed me to control the lighting and brightness which was amazing as someone with light sensitivity issues.

Not really any natural light coming in, so can be confusing for those who are used to bright, naturally lit rooms, or who rely on it to wake up.

outside the room was very noisy - perhaps just our room location but lots of noises from machinery/vents/pipes or something and a very loud corridor with staff coming and going from very early on

Bed and duvet were very comfy and the hand and body wash was lovely. Great location for the attractions at the top part of the city.

The noise from the air conditioning/bathroom vent was so loud I had to use earplugs every night which was awful. One of the little drop down tables wouldn't go back up and the veneer on the table and shelf was coming off.
