The staff are super friendly and eager to help, it’s very nice and good value for money.

It’s showing some wear and tear and some areas feel dated or dingy but perfectly acceptable for the cost

first time at this hotel so didn't know no tea making facilities had to pay for teas at reception ,although not expensive. Nice lounge, eating area, no information about breakfast or how to pay for breakfast.

It was clean, looked nice, room was a bit mediocre but what can you expect when you're not paying top dollar.

The room had a celly feeling to it but really wasn't bad

I thought we had booked breakfast but it turned out that wasn’t correct. Otherwise hotel was clean and a comfortable bed with central location

The room Got hot very quickly the air conditioning was on n off at times the breakfast had little selection could of been a lil better with fry ups but other than that was very good

Good ac and love that you can adjust the lights to whatever colour + brightness you desire. Very comfy beds too.

The bathroom door kept swinging open (room 425), not a massive deal when on your own but could be inconvenient if traveling with others.

Little bit squashed with no where I could find to leave and open my suitcase apart from on the bed.

It was a bit of a tight fit, I would have liked more packing space, and a charger socket by both bedsides.

The staff was great, room cosy and comfortable, location excellent.

At first glance the room was super modern and clean, but when you look closer you can see sloppy renovation work and dirty fingerprints.

Hotel was very comfortable, staff were great and room was clean and had everything we needed. Was in a good location for what we wanted.

Room was very noisy, so none of us got much sleep at all. I actually thought the window was open because of how much noise I could hear from outside

It was enough for 1 person, the shower was excellent, the bed, Air, and lighting very comfortable easy to adjust; the breakfast lounge was very good, room was clean and overall the installations, the morning buffet was just ok,

There was a huge confusion when I arrived, I was given the card key to an occupied room, the lady was very upset with the staff as this was her 3rd time struggling about it, it is very concerning how the security of the place can be this lax at least between guests; No proper place to store luggage, no under the bed is not a good place, even hostals have chests

Really missed not having access to a kettle in the room.

I loved the lights and the hotel was really quiet and Calm. I loved that it was easily reachable to any shops you might want to get to. There was easy access to transport and whatever thing you might think of.

I didn’t like that you have to wait 3 days before getting your room cleaned. So even if u stay 2 days, your room would not be cleaned except you stay until the 3rd day. Also their breakfast they offer for 11 pounds, it’s just pastry, cereals and tea. They said they didn’t offer hot foods. I had to go outside to get a better breakfast.

Great location, easy walk to both Glasgow Central and Queen Street stations. Small but clean and comfortable room.

Lovely staff, took our bags as we were there at 9am. Went out and came back at 12pm and room was ready. Very clean room, fully equipped. Breakfast was fine.

The room wasn't entirely clean. 😕 Only just big enough for two. Wouldn't like to stay for more than a night or two.

Could do with some maintenance in rooms, e.g. peeling laminate on shelves, broken shower tray. At breakfast some of the chopped fruit was on the turn, clearly the previous day's, and some cups not clean. Not really a hotel, so no lounge or bar, just a breakfast room.

Hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes from Queen Street station. Very handy for the theatre! The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and the air conditioning was good. Shower was nice and hot!

My room was very small and utilitarian - it almost felt like being in a spaceship! The bed is small and wedged up against a wall on one side. No tea and coffee making facilities. The mood lighting is gimmicky and would rather just have normal lights. No storage space at all in the room at all.

Central to where we needed. Clean, quiet at night.

All shelves on one side of bed only room for a phone on other, I need glasses, book, water etc. Hanging wet coats had to be on or touching with dry stuff. No tea making facilities in room for first thing in morning, I’m permanently on crutches so can’t carry from machine in lobby.

It was a really comfy bed. The staff were lovely and the AC was very handy
