Great location - close to bus and train station.

Quite noisy. Early morning departured guest or guest come back late night.

Having air-conditioner was a big plus during the summer's heatwave.

Lovely, friendly staff with a warm welcome on arrival plus it's an excellent location for Buchanan Bus Station to continue our trip. Nice comfy bed in a quiet room - perfect !!

Pod type hotel ,no kettle,air conditioning noisy ,room very small double but could easily be a single room,

Air conditioning was very good. Space was good. Shower was hot and powerful.

No tea or coffee in the room. Lighting wasn't great for make up application. No bar. Bed not very comfortable

Perfect location, not far from Glasgow Green and Glasgow central station, exactly what we needed.

Good location, nice clean and functional room for a one or two-night stay. No window room was OK, if I was staying longer I'd like to have a window. But good air-con and the fancy mood lighting was interesting. Good breakfast and nice friendly staff.

Hairdryer was broken.

Good stay at the heart of Glasgow. Small room (no windows, was mentioned though) but with all the amenities you need, enough storage, lots of charging points, good shower, good wifi, fancy light control!

Very friendly helpful staff. The hotel is clean and the towels & bedding of lovely quality.

The room we had (214) could use a bit of updating. Paint was peeling off the shelf above the hairdryer. Generally in places it was looking tired.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was reasonable price. The room was ideal size for the price. Both the room and the bathroom was clean.

For the price of the room, I thought the room matched the cost and it was ideal for one night stay.

Great staff, good breakfast, great location, clean,great value for money. A one suggestion maybe would be to add a small desk as the only spot where you can place a laptop to work and bring the chair is in front of the beds and it then becomes difficult to move around.

The staff were really friendly and the bed was comfy. Although the room was small, everything was well laid out.

There was a lot of wear and tear to the room, like marks on the wall and chipped shelves.

Hotel was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Bed was comfortable and plenty of toilet paper in bathroom which is always welcome!!

Breakfast was very basic. Had plenty of choice of pastries etc, but toast would have been nice or another hot option. Only had 1 pillow each in room also, but I could probably have asked for another so can't really complain about that as I didn't ask for one.

It would have been nice to have a kettle with tea/coffee facilities in the room. Unfortunately there was demolition work nearby which started at 4.26am on the Saturday morning. Not the hotels fault but it was impossible to sleep once they started smashing stuff with their bulldozer. 😵‍💫

Very clean & comfortable and in an excellent location for a couple of days in the city. There isn’t much room for luggage so a stay of more than 2-3 days would not be convenient. There was just enough room for one fold-up chair and no tea/coffee making facilities. The staff were very friendly & helpful at all times.
