Room was tired Entry desk staff were interested in chatting among themselves

Easy check in, friendly, helpful staff. Had everything required.

Prefer to have a kettle but tea and coffee were available at the desk.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean, the bed was comfy, the hotel is very close to the shops, theatres and bus and train stations and is very easy to find

The room could have been a bit bigger

Good price and the facilities and breakfast were reflective of that

The rooms with no windows, no Guide light one closing the door to give you time to put they keycard into the slot

Location is perfect. Everything is clean. Smart use of small space.

All the things are really good, I recommend it.

There’s a multicoloured lights that is fine but there should a normal light too.

Location is good as well within city centre. Continental Breakfast was more than adequate.

Communal hallways in dire need of re decoration. They can’t blame people’s cases for the scuff marks on the walls as they are higher than most cases so must be due to the housekeeping trolley carts. No drawers in rooms so are only useful for 1 or 2 nights stay otherwise you’d be living out of your case.

The facilities were clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly and polite. The lighting in the room was really fun, including disco mode! Close to a very secure car park, so that was reassuring.

There was no coffee available from reception.

It was quite noisy - outside - but we did stay on a Saturday! Had to ask for towels to be put in the room

It was very noisy, lots of noise from waterworks, the hallway, and you could hear both people and the TV next door very loudly. Not bc of high volume, but as if the wall was very poorly insulated behind the TV in the room and next door

There was no tea and coffee in the room. I’ve never stayed in a hotel room where this isn’t provided. Just a little shocked, but no big deal to my overall stay.

I had a very nice ,clean room with no window. I quite like the no window aspect as you do not get the street noise. The bed was very comfortable and I had a really good sleep.

Noisy heating system which seems to be par for the course here, but I switched the fan heater off.
