I stayed here for one reason only - to have easy access to the airport. This property isn't exactly an airport hotel - it's about 15 minutes away - but as an airport hotel, it is just fine. The staff were EXCELLENT. The property is what all Aloft hotels are - funky, fun, clean, and comfortable. Nothing more, nothing less.

Not much. I was only there for a quick overnight so I didn't even get to have breakfast.

Excellent range of facilities in terms of bars, restaurants and a really nice pool and well equipped gym. Lovely room with comfortable beds, housekeeping was excellent, Great staff generally

The Bonvoy card system is annoying, have to spend 5 mins awkwardly giving a membership code every time you spend in the hotel or pay 20% more

There is no spa , steam room or sauna , also there is no kids area

Near to nothing except the exhibition center & perhaps the Grand Mosque. But if yuo plan on doing nothing but relax its great.

The room was well appointed and the amenities available were good. The cleaning crew did a great job daily with the room. I would like to make a special commendation for both Ibraim and EiBek (who were both stationed at the front desk/reception in the lobby) for being very accommodating, professional, helpful and engaging and whom helped to make the stay more enjoyable.

The fact that the entertainment areas (Glow Restaurant and Brick Top) closed by 11pm and 12am respectively. I am a passionately football (soccer) fan and I was not able to enjoy the games being televised at the Glow lounge due to this fact.

The location was great with easy access to conference facilities and transportation. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful, especially Ibrahim. The hotel is very pretty and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The room was large and should have had a small couch to make it feel homely and give more options for sitting and watching the television. The toilet seats are too hard. The water did not get warm enough for a good warm bath.

Loved the room, the lobby, swimming pool, gym and breakfast.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, which really made me feel welcome. The place was also very clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the common areas.

I was disappointed with the food. Both breakfast and dinner lacked variety, and some of the dishes really need improvement. The roasted beef was so tough and chewy that I couldn’t even eat it in the end. The sushi didn’t taste fresh, and some of the bread was hard to bite into. The soup selection was also limited and not very appetizing. Another concern is the buffet layout. The food counters were placed too high, which made it hard to reach the food comfortably—I had to tiptoe just to get some items. This setup isn’t ideal and could even cause accidents, especially for shorter guests, elderly and kids. Also, the hotel only has one pool, so there’s not much variety or space for guests who want a more relaxing or quiet swim. When we ordered food at the pool area, the fried chicken we got was very tough and mostly breading—not enjoyable at all. The drinks were also a letdown—no fresh juices. For the price I paid, I expected better food quality and overall value. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were great, the food quality, buffet setup, and pool experience didn’t meet expectations for the price. I hope the hotel can improve these areas to make the stay more worth it.

If you are attending an event around Zayed Sports City, the location of this hotel is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat, good breakfast. If you get a good deal on the rooms, don’t miss it.

Restaurant and food served. Value for money. We would have stayed in a palace for this price. And unfortunately it was far from a palace.

The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Especially a big shout out to Twinkle at reception. The poolside as well as die surrounding restaurants are very nice. It was a great stay.

WIFI was a bit slow There was no warm water to shower even after I reported it to the front desk.

We stayed thr for a concert happening in Abu dhabi, place was neat, calm & well decorated. Love all the wall quotes on the way from parking. Food -was really good We ordered food arnd 1AM & the service was prompt & tasted super good

When the room was for 2 people, the amenities provided were for only 1.. & we had to call for extra slippers and a dental kit etc

Breakfast is good. Rooms are big and confortable and location is very useful if you have to wrork in ADNEC:

Neighbours maybe noisy and there is a faint humidity smell in the room. Also, if you happen to stay in the hotel during an exhibition, there are a lot of extra people in the hotel crowding the lifts, crowding the pool...so it´s not quiet, nor calm, nor confortable, and the prices skyrocket during those shows while services goes way down.

The staff were friendly. Location good for what we needed. The beds are so comfortable! The room was very clean and the bar area was great. The food was nice. Bar staff were very efficient and courteous.

Service wasn’t always efficient. At breakfast food items had run out and not replaced even though we were there mid-service. Tables were left with dirty crockery etc and not cleaned up at all when we were.

Everything was perfect. Staffs are very professional yet friendly. There are a lot of guests but still so quiet. You can really rest well.

Maybe a sofa in the room will make it more cozy

I stayed there for a business trip, and the location was amazing, especially for attending a congress at ADNEC. The team was very helpful, and the room and facilities were clean. I will definitely consider this hotel for my next trip. Special thanks to Mostapha at reception for his professionalism.

1. The impression was really spoilt when I was told that I should wait for 45 minutes to get breakfast in the restaurant as it was a huge crowd 😳 (because of Eid holiday). I believe the management should think how to organise the paid breakfast for customers during important holidays, it's obvious that there will be big families. People were angry. The receptionist offered me to take some items from the cafe for breakfast, thanks to her, because I didn't have possibility to wait for 45 minutes. NB: other 2 days there were no problem with lines for breakfast, as there were fewer people already. 2. The location is convenient only if you have some business meetings in this place, or you take part in Abu Dhabi Expo Exhibition, it's really just in front of. In all other cases (as for me) this hotel is far from all interesting places in Abu Dhabi.
