Our stay at the Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We stayed the night before our wedding, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make it extra special for us. Their care and attention to detail meant so much. The hotel itself is stunning, set in a beautiful location, and the infinity pool with views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was simply breathtaking. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with so much choice! The hotel is extremely accommodating, and everything about our experience felt seamless and perfect. A huge shout-out to Rahim, the driver of the abra boat, who is also a fantastic photographer! He captured some amazing photos that we will cherish forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable, we couldn’t have asked for more.

I have been to this hotel before, but this time there were problems with the internet, TV and kitchen.

As always, we had an amazing stay at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri Abu Dhabi. The staff are incredibly dedicated and attentive, making every moment feel special. We were delighted with a lovely room upgrade and a thoughtful cake surprise for our anniversary. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The team at Shang Palace were especially attentive, and the food was delicious. At Bord Eau, we enjoyed a truly beautiful culinary experience, the manager and his team were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, and the food was outstanding. A consistently wonderful experience, we look forward to coming back again.

Location was good if you wanted a quieter holiday, but Ubers very easy to book and not expensive

The staff were so lovely, they set up a surprise for our 9th anniversary and decorated the room. They made our weekend so special and we truly appreciate it. The food was also excellent!

I’ve travelled quite a bit and I’ve rarely been so impressed. Every staff member in this hotel has gone above and beyond during our stay. Our room was always perfect, so was every corner in the building. We had a wonderful time and we plan to go back every year.

I had bad experience with lost and found I forgot my jacket I tried today to call to check but they couldn’t find it as this second time I forgot it either on my room or the reception

Everything was perfect, clean, beautiful. The reception staff kindly offered an upgrade and the suite was simply amazing. The staff are very helpful and smiling, very welcoming. Special thanks to Mr Nazih, Mrs Sabrina, Mrs Darine and all their colleagues who kindly made our stay an unforgettable experience.

The WiFi didn’t stay connected, had to keep signing in, even after consulting with staff. Most annoying. Complicated light switches, couldn’t control individual lamps. Xmas decorations too outrageous.o

The location of the property was beautiful and the views from the room were spectacular. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. I like the fact that the app allows you to request things to your room without having to always call the reception such as pillows, towels etc. I received the most warm welcome upon my arrival and would like to give a special mention to Gamal. His hospitality was exceptional and his customer service was beyond excellent. He ensured I received a 5 star welcome and made my stay very comfortable.

The only thing I would note is that when walking to the breakfast area, there wasn’t anyone at the doors to greet and seat you so I had to walk in and get somebody’s attention. The staff were very receptive and did approach me most of the time when I walked in but it would be nice to have someone at the entrance area of the breakfast area (when you get out of the lift) to make getting seated for breakfast a little easier.

This was our third time and as before has been a wonderful stay, very nice hotel and great atmosphere and environment, the quality of the food is excellent and the restaurant staff is super nice, excellent family staycation!

At check in the staff was not very clear, I asked for a higher floor room with mosque view but he told me that on the higher floors is another category but it wasn’t accurate as previously I ve been in these category room but on an higher floor on the right end wing of the hotel, anyway after I insisted on my request we eventually got a different room just 1 floor up then previous one and it was a nice just there was no view of the mosque, apart this small misunderstanding everything has been great!

I liked everything in the property. It is a resort with lots of of varieties and attractions. Very nice room sizes, beautiful atmosphere, very welcoming staff

I did not find anything disliking the property

Breakfast was fantastic as there was so much choice.All staff were both helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble.I even returned to my room to find a bookmark slipped inside.It was these thoughtful touches that made my stay so special.

Two new lampshades as mine were a little shabby!
