Only You Boutique Hotel, Madrid

Location is great, very clean, breakfast very good, staff super helpful and polite. Design of the hotel is great also. Reception allowed me to have a late check out which was very much appreciated.

The pillows, there was 8 on the bed and all were hard. Did not have a comfortable nights sleep.

A very stylish and artistically decorated Boutique hotel in a very central location - we walked everywhere. We upgraded to a beautiful loft room after asking for total peace and quiet. Slept wonderfully with thick curtains, and excellent mattress and pillows - we were offered a choice of 5x different pillow types. Something that has only ever happened to us in Spain. Excellent (included in rate) full breakfast at any time of the day! (A la carte after 11:00) Long breakfast times are a great relaxing concept - again has only ever happened to us in Spain.

Bathroom is very small for a higher-end loft suite, and the shower arrangement is not great - a heated towel rail with towels within the shower cubicle is not ideal. Note: There is a staircase to get to the room. We did not mind it and were helped very efficiently with our luggage but might not be for everyone.

This was a beautiful property - we absolutely loved our room. We upgraded to their suite with beautiful exposed wooden beams, there was a Christmas tree, and terrace. Lovely experience. So comfortable, like staying in an apt.

Loved everything, not a bad thing to say! Would definitely rebook everytime we come. Top tier service and hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone - the location cant be beat.

We were 100% pleased with our stay. The 24-hour check-in policy that allowed us to go to our room upon arriving at 8am after an overnight flight from the US is amazing. The 24-hour breakfast was also fabulous. Until 11 am there is a buffet and after that you order ala carte from the menu. We ate around 1:30pm and were surprised by the quantity of tasty food we were served.

Husband and I absolutely Loved the neighborhood location, full of nice stores and restaurants, the staff were all so professional and attentive, and the whole “vibe” wonderful. We got just the basic room since we were there for just a nite, but when we return to Madrid we will return and upgrade to a suite and enjoy the spa & other amenities. Really a nice boutique hotel.

Really nothing, other than the closed door, toilet/shower room is rather small in the basic room, but the sink is separate which helps.

Internal room with window onto lobby was noisy at night due to bar and restaraunt. Few scuffs in the room and a cracked shower tray but nothing dramatic. Apart from the noise it was a perfect stay.

Beautiful city centre boutique hotel booked at last minute for new year. All areas warm and comfortable. Well maintained and clean. Smart well equipped room. Very good breakfast very friendly helpful staff.

I would choose an outside facing room rather than an atrium room as I like fresh air. We were not able to eat at the hotel in the evenings as it was either fully booked or closed. But there are many restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel hosted a number of events during our stay so reducing options for us as residents down to bar /cafe only....not good for a luxury hotel . Came back one evening and nowhere for us to have a drink !! Bedrooms are furnished like the rest of the hotel with high quality tasteful fittings but nowhere to store clothes except in tiny wardrobe, no drawers,

Awesome hote with great atmospherel, super friendly staff, and comfy, clean rooms.

The noise canceling could be better in the rooms, especially the ones near the elevator. It's not a huge deal, but you might hear the hallway sometimes.

Beautiful boutique hotel; we stayed in a loft suite. Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Bar and food was fantastic. Location was perfect for seeing Madrid on foot.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Only YOU Hotel Madrid. The location is perfect, the hotel is charming, and everything is beautifully maintained. From the warm welcome to the quality of the property, everything exceeded our expectations. We were truly happy with our stay and enjoyed a fantastic romantic weekend. A special mention as well to the Thai massage located beneath the hotel — it was an unforgettable experience and truly exceptional. Thank you for making our time in Madrid so memorable. The hotel and ambiance were exceptional, as was the staff. Although I speak a little Spanish and my wife is bilingual, it was still nice to note that everyone at the front desk was totally fluent in English. We were provided with a welcoming glass of Cava at check-in and given a free room upgrade.

The toilet and the shower were both jammed into a tiny cubicle in the bathroom, so that only one could be used at a time and it was difficult to comfortable squeeze onto the toilet. For such a fancy room and nice hotel, this aspect was quite shocking.

One of the most beautifully decorated hotels! I love it!

They seriously need to deal with the issue of making room dark. There’s always light coming in from bathrooms glass doors, or a crazy green light from ceiling at night!!!

Unfortunately didn’t have water in the bathroom for 2/3 days-Sunday and Monday— most likely a municipality problem. However staff was helpful in allowing me access to another bathroom to shower. Not the fault of the hotel but still quite inconvenient

The hotel was very welcoming and the stuff were very nice, location was superb.

I'm very sensitive to noise, the hotel plays music in many locations within the hotel which was a bit annoying for me.. But after approaching to the stuff, they showed me a couple of other rooms in other locations and I changed to another room that was much better!

I liked the vibe. The people, the quiet room on the high floor, the vividness of the place, the bar, the restaurant. And of course the key location. I loved the pillows and room amenities. Would definitely go back!

We loved everything about Only You. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about beautiful Madrid. The decor was a pleasant mix of traditional with modern and unexpected touches - never boring. Everywhere we looked, there was something interesting to catch the eye. Our room/bathroom was well-equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Dining/cocktail options were great. I felt like a kid in a candy store at breakfast, with a fantastical array of sweet and savory options as well as made to order items. We loved the location, which was close enough to walk to the Prado, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, markets, and so much more. Public transportation to/from the hotel was easy via airport bus, and cabs/ubers were plentiful throughout the city.

It is in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful, even letting us check in early. The design is brilliant.

It would have helped if the shower had indicated clearly which position was for water to come out of the overhead shower and which from the handheld. It was an open shower suitable for the disabled and we managed to get the floor very wet and therefore slippy. Other than that the hotel has great facilities.

Stylish, interesting and very clean with excellent customer care. Lovely products in the room. Hair straightener, steamer etc.

The rooms are sparsely furnished. 1 chair. No drawers or shelves. And only space to put 1 small suitcase on luggage rack. Nowhere to put you smaller items. Seems a rookie error to me and dropped my score considerably.
