Hotel Intercontinental The O2, London

It was right next to the concert venue and was great for pre concert meal and drinks!

We were initially given a room that only had a cover over the window due to having a view of only the fence and pipes, but we were moved with no fuss to a lovely suite with a beautiful view over the O2 and the Thames and given complimentary breakfast the following morning! The staff were all so helpful and lovely.

Our room was very warm despite turning the heating down. We didn’t have the best view this time as it overlooked a roof with lots of rubbish on it.

Clean Friendly Food was great

Staff were all lovely both front and back of house. Food was very nice. Pool and steam room/sauna were very clean, as was everywhere else. Breakfast was good. Conference was well managed.

Ongoing external work severely impacted view in room but room was changed. TV didn’t work in new room but was fixed on day 2.

Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Bar on the top floor has fabulous views and was well staffed. Location for events at the O2 is perfect.

View would have been great if the windows allowed you to look out and weren’t covered. Was abit of a let down hiding the views. Probably personal but pillow were to soft and were hardly worth having. Lighting in bathroom could have been brighter

How it went through the o2, every team member was polite and welcoming. Kinaara was a lovely restaurant but the seating is too close.

- The bath had bits of hairs clogged up so that wasn’t pleasant to wash down. - Parking should be pre-booked because if there was no other available parking, it’s an issue. - For the price £260 - it should include continental breakfast with an option to upgrade.

All good and staff were very welcoming and friendly

No access via staircase to Sky Bar. One of the guests does not use lifts

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the amenities were excellent. The staff are amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to book another stay here.

Perfect location for what we wanted to do. We saw a show at the O2 and getting there from the hotel was really easy, quick and just brilliant! 😃 The breakfast was very good with lots of yummy options and the staff were very welcoming. We had a suprise room upgrade. It had an incredible view and my husband loved the birthday cake, thank you so much!

It wasn't clear in the bedroom/spa if we were meant to bring our robes and slippers from the room to use around the pool. We could only find towels in the spa changing room. There were signs to say where to put the used items, not where to get them from...unless I just missed it!

Noisy outside as there was a lot of building work going on

The bed was too hard for meso I had an uncomfortable night's rest but for my husband it was fine.

From the moment you step into reception we felt welcomed. It’s a beautiful hotel. Staff are friendly. The bed and room was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing.
