Perfect location for Muslim , Halal food restaurants are around every were, also its close to the itewen metro station. Bus pick up point also in front of hotel

Comfortable and central

Good location in Itaewon where there are lots of places to eat and drink and near the metro station to get to the sights and other areas. Quite a big room and a great view of the city. Beds very comfortable especially compared to some we had in Japan!

A bit style over function. Lots of mirrors so saw a bit too much of myself! And no light switch in or outside the bathroom just a switch by the beds which made no sense.

The room was very clean and well decorated! I was very surprised how well decorated the entire hotel was, it was so much nicer than I had expected considering the price I was able to book it for.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable compared to the other stays I had.

The best thing about this hotel is the location . It's perfect for going out to the many bars sbd restaurants in Itaewon and close to the metro to get around Seoul. It's also close to the very fashionable Hannam dong with lots of boutique shops and restaurants. . The staff are really helpful and friendly . It was the third time I've stayed there as great value for money is Seoul .

No laundry room but wasn't a huge problem.

Good sized bedroom, clean and comfortable. Good location, walking distance from restaurants/bars.

Good gym facilities and excellent location. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was good as we got a deal; we would have looked elsewhere if it was full price. Saw a few reviews on the noise, but we were 9th floor and had no issues.

Bathroom was separated from the room with glass/frosted glass and curtain in a twin room - needed more privacy. No option to not have towels replaced daily (if there was, this wasn't clear).

Beds were hard so very uncomfortable

Its walking distance to many clubs and restaurants. The room wasn't big but very cozy. It was comfortable and clean and modern. I would definitely stay again and recommend others.

The hotel as well as the room were good, clean, room temperature was perfect. Location was also perfect for me it was 3 great days/nights in this hotel, location😁👌🏾

All was good

The room is quite spacious, as it is winter time, the heater works nicely and they have a separate air purifier which is very good. There is a closed pocket balcony which has amazing view of lotte tower and the streets of Itaewon which is so nice to look. The toilet seat is automatic with a heater and has a built-in bidet. The bath tub is nice as you can relax after a long day of walking in Seoul. They have a full height mirror which is nice to check your OOTD before going out. the place is nearby Itaewon station and nearby halal food. some food establishments are 24hrs so it is very good location. We will book again in this hotel when we visit Seoul.

There is not enough exhaust in the toilet, so at some point, it will be stuffy especially when you are using hot water. Please add an exhaust fan on top with ample suction. The toilet walls are made of glass, so when you prefer sleeping without lights, and someone goes the toilet, it brightens the whole room.

The aircon is not efficient and guests have limited control of the temperature.

Strategy location. The room is clean.

The hot water during shower was intermittent. The toilet is a bit smelly. The air conditioner is totally not functioning.

The location was great with easy access to the bus. The room had nice amenities including an air purifier and espresso machine. Cleaning staff was very kind!

The room was a little beat up. The walls were dinged up, the carpet did not look it's best, and I could not lower the temperature at night which made it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping.

The toilet system is the best!

Price a tad high for the season.

The room had a fridge with water, the staff were very friendly and was clean.

The key card machine inside the room flashes blue light when card is not inside and you need to take out the key card for some of the lights to go off, so this was a bit inconvenient.

I liked the location. Rooms were cleaned every day. No noise or sound from the neighbors.

There are no doors leading to the bathroom. The hotel doesn't have an area to work or sit quietly, however, there are 2 conference rooms on the 3rd that are now used often. Checking in is at 3 pm! If you come early in the morning, they will ask you to pay 10000 for every hour before 3 pm. Seriously?
