Good, mid priced hotel in a great location to access the city sights and nightlife.
Well located, short walk from subway. Itaewon has lots going on at night with a busy nightlife. Many shops, restaurants and services close by. Located on a good subway line to enable easy commuting around the city.
Interesting/tacky decor in hotel room and bathroom is only separated by glass. Rooms are quite small and made it difficult with luggage.

Nice accomodation!
Around 5 mins walk to line 6 subway, spacious room come with hotel amenties. A lot of cafe, restaurant and shopping nearby the hotel. Nice windows view at Namsan Seoul Tower.

Nice rooms. Not too small. I had a decent view from my window.
Helpful staff. Great location.
The gym was only equipped with 1 x treadmill and no other cardio equipment. There were enough weights for weightlifting.
No breakfast included and was located at an adjoining restaurant.

There was an odd smell in the room (possibly paint from outside) and sometimes it was so strong that it became irritating. The staff said something about work being done outside but that is not really acceptable.

Good location. However, it does get loud on the street outside and there is a club that was loud late into the night. If you are sensitive to noise, maybe consider another area of Seoul.

Comfortable
The staff were very accommodating. The room is always kept clean and i like how they have soap dispensers. I really love the shampoo they provide from Galrtem. The room size was just nice too. Good space and comfortable stay for my 8 nights there.

Great hotel, quiet Itaewon location. Lovely bed and comfortable room.
This was an excellent choice for me in Itaewon, quiet and away from bars but close to everything. The room exceeded my expectations having read reviews it was clean, comfortable and had a great view.
Staff were fine but not overly interested.
